Chatted with customer service to request a payment history for 2019. The agent stated that they could email it to me and I'm still waiting for the document to arrive.
Also, they referred me to my online account and when trying to access there I wasn't able to recall a payment history. Not sure if this feature is disactivated when you're no longer a gym member

Worked with whitney who quickly and in detail explained the balance I owed in a professional manner. She understood the issue I had and why my payments were declining and assisted in providing the information I needed in order to update my payment method as well as taking care of a few fees that were part of the contract. Worst experience ever. Our credit card company sent a new card and number and we were working to update accounts we thought were hitting the card. We forgot about Vasa. The charge from Vasa bounced and when I went to correct the issue I was told they would rather I cancel our account, lose the revenue and patronage than correct the late charge.
I had an amazing experience with Paramount Acceptance, specifically with their employee, Lara. She helped me cancel mine and my husbands memeberships and allowed us to remove the $42 price guarantee fee on both of our memberships. That was huge for us and so helpful. We were so grateful to be able to work with Lara to accomplish what we needed to, and she was very willing to work with us and accommodate our needs.

The best gym all over Wichita KS, and you can't find any cheaper price than VASA membership. I was sadden to know they haven't expanded to TX yet. Man the set up in VASA gets you in that Gladiator zone. When I walk in. My whole mental attitude change. I catch myself always becomong better. "Equipment Variations" I have worked out there 5 am, also had afternoon sessions and my favorite late nights.

I have had nothing but problems with Paramount Acceptance since I opened my membership account with Vasa. First the would try to pull my payment before the actual pay period date. I would call to see what was going on and be on hold for 30-45 minutes. This was for about 3 months. Then it moved to me trying to schedule a payment and because they didn t take it out, I was forced to pay a late fee. Now, back in September I called to cancel my account because that is what Vasa had told me to do to cancel. October comes around and they try to pull October s payment. I call to figure out what is going on and they say there are no notes or anything on the account and that I have to cancel online or in an email. I say this is ridiculous but whatever. I email them. Then November s payment try s to come out the next month. I call and they have no record of me ever trying to cancel the account and there is nothing they can do. I m forced into paying 2 extra months on a membership I haven t used in 6. To make it worse I was told that after 6 months of the membership, there would be no fee for cancellation. But now I have to pay for not only the cancellation, but late fees that shouldn t even be an option. By far the worst company I ve ever had to deal with. The only thing positive was the costumer service rep I had to speak with on the final call. She was understanding and did her best to help me in anyway possible. While she wasn t able to rectify any of the situation above, it was her fault to begin with.
I originally spoke to a young lady who was very helpful as well. She looked up my information and noticed I was overcharged and was very professional and courteous. I then was sent an email with an amount I was unclear about and I spoke to "Tommy." He was amazing as well. He figured out the charges and even followed up with 2 phone calls to make sure that I knew my issue was taken care of to my liking. In this day and age where I really think there is little self accountability, it was really refreshing to work with two really wonderful people that actually went the extra mile to help me out. That is wonderful customer service. Thank you so much!
In the past, Vasa has made it difficult to cancel gym memberships and we have always paid a yearly rate guarantee fee for the tennis membership which makes no sense since the tennis membership is always the same price. Yesterday, I needed to cancel my tennis memberships and it was a very pleasant experience. The customer service person I worked with was very kind and helpful. Thank you!
Had a first time experience with finding a charge on our bank account. Was very concerned as the charge was listed as a gym expense. Rep from Paramount was so positive and helpful. Found the chvarge was actually a correct charge. Interaction was completely professional, warm, and respectful. Kudos!
I just spent 34 minutes on hold and then they hung up on me!! I have tried to call 6 separate times and have yet to actually reach a customer service representative. I m starting to think they ve only got 1 person manning the phones and that person goes put to lunch every time I try to call.
Called to cancel and was told it was taken care of... the next month I get my membership charge plus a "year rate guarantee" charge. I called back and they said they had no record of me calling and actually require 30 days written notice. The lady answered all my complaints and questions with "It's in the fine print" and said "good luck" when I asked if I should try to dispute with my bank. Thanks for ruining my trust in joining a gym.
Great customer service! I sent an email about cancelling a membership and not even an hour later I got an email saying it was cancelled and asking if I needed help with anything else. Whitney was very nice and very quick with helping!

I have had issues with the billing for several months and have called to speak with representatives a number of times. They were not helpful at all and told me that it was a bank problem. Rose actually took the time to go over everything with me and found that the expiration date was changed and was an invalid date. She got me taken care of and got the return fees reversed. this company is worse than golds gym be aware of the tactics to screw u , cancel the auto renew way before or u wont be able to cancel , worst company i deal in my life , no wonder the reviews are really bad and the rate or score is too low today i have a call from this company and they just said they are a 3er party company anything u need to do call the gym , and the gym direct u to them , thats a joke , dont even try , just research about this 2 companies

The agent who helped me was exceptional he provided all the information requested and then some. I wish the Vasa experience was as good as the Paramount experience. VASA (VanWinkle) is filthy! This may be the wrong forum to voice complaints. However, if Paramount management is as good the agent I spoke with then I m sure that you will voice my feelings/concerns to the VASA management group. Thank you for the helpful agent. The employee that assisted me was helpful. This one start is for her. As far as this company it's full of scam after scam. I called the gym I was with to cancel Membership since I'm Military and PCSing and was told you have to either fax mail or call these people to cancel. So I call and turns out I have to mail a cancellation even though I was never told there was an auto renewal nor was I informed I had to submitted ONLY by mail a 30 day notice. Like this place is ridiculous... maybe get with the new age of email and fax,
I would like to give a Well deserved thank you to Bonnie, in CS she has been a inspiration and a pleasure to work with, after struggling with 2 other CS agents, Bonnie finally listened and heard what I was saying and then explaining how too go through the process It only took a week of collecting information and getting it back to her for my situation to be completely resolved, she even looked at my deceased son's account to make sure that it was taken as Well I gave her a personal thank you, but wanted everyone to know that, she is a fantastic CS agent and a pleasure to work with Once again thank you Bonnie GREAT JOB Linda ONeill

THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! I was automatically Renewed a membership for a gym that has been closed for over 8 MONTHS!!!! trying to get anyone to help me on the phone has been such a hassle!! No one in the call center can give me an answer in regards to ANYTHING! I've sent Multiple emails to try and cancel and NO ONE has reached out. Girl I spoke to on the phone found my email but told me "It wasn't specific enough" so that is why No one replied to it but they also failed to inform me about the information that had to be on there the first time I spoke with someone. When I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 15 mins to tell me no one could help me best I can do is email! But they don't reply to emails! All I want to do is cancel the membership I didn't agree to and be refunded!
I had an issue with them billing me durin a freeze and I called three times to have it taken care of nothing changed. Today I spoke with Alisa who fixed the problem and called me back. She did a great efficient job.
I called Paramount because I needed to cancel my membership but when I had to cancel, the ending amount was not adding up to what I expected. When I called, I got to speak to Jesus, an outstanding representative, who I explained my situation too. I had been misinformed when i opened up my membership. I got charged with an annual fee and in order for them to waive my fee Jesus needed to speak to his manager who was in a meeting at the time. Jesus promised to call back, to which I was skeptical, but surely enough he gave me a call back the next day as he has promised. In the end, my fee was waived and I had an exceptional experience. Super convenient and effortlessly.
I want to thank Jesus for being so professional and pleasant to talk too over the phone, he sure went out of his way to help my needs and his manager for being nice enough to waive my fee.

I have spoken to Ivy a few times over the past several weeks. I've had my share of dealing with miscommunications and even late bills in the past, and never have I spoken to someone who comes across so professional and polite. I am currently dealing with cancelling a gym membership- which is always a nightmare. Instead of being condescending or harassing (or downright rude like "bill collectors" often are) Ivy has been a pleasure to speak with. She's been understanding of my dilemma, and has given me valuable advice to correct it. I can literally hear her smile through the phone- and that's an incredible skill to possess when working in customer service. If You have to deal with the inherently unpleasant ordeal of sorting out a debt, Ivy is who you want on the other end of the line.
I called in to gather information about two different accounts, and spoke with Selma. Selma was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. If Selma is to get some recognition for her skills, I highly endorsed her. She deserves it.
