Great custimer service!! she made it so easy for both our accounts ( wife and me ) she even corrected some few issues with billing and was able to freeze our account for few months as requested, I just forgot her name but my call was around 11am Feb, 04/2020, I wish everyone could be like her, a good listener and problem solving, great attitud !!

worst gym and customer service ever their fees don't make any sense wish their was atleast a 4 day grace period like other companies rip off with the contract say one thing then another cant's wait to be off my contract never answer my voicemails or get back to me so far has been my biggest mistake working with them.

I was so impressed with Sterling. 2 weeks prior to speaking with him, I had contacted Paramount to cancel a gym membership that had been purchased from 24hr fitness by Vasa (who Paramount represents). On the previous phone call the agent had promised to cancel the unwanted membership and to have my fees refunded. That agent DID NOT DO what was promised and 2 weeks later Paramount again debited my account for Vasa membership fees.
When I called this time, I got Sterling - he promised to resubmit my cancellation request, submit my fees for a refund and call me back when he saw those things were done. STERLING DID ALL OF THOSE THINGS!!!
I full expected to receive no cancellation, refund or call back, but STERLING WAS A MAN IF HIS WORD!!! Not only did I get a cancellation notification that same day, but I also got a call back from Sterling!
Sterlings integrity is SO RARE in customer service and he should be commended for his character.
I would hire Sterling to work for my company and that says a lot!

So this review is for Tommy. I'm pretty sure he gave me a last name, but I just don't remember it. Although we didn't find a solution to my issue he was very patient with me and also gave me great advice. He also just listened to me which was enough to make me feel less frustrated with my situation. I know paramount couldn't solve my problem, but at least Tommy tried his best to at least listen to me. He did help me by sending me a link to my contract. So thank you again Tommy!!!

So the guy I worked with, he didn t me his name, but he was a very helpful guy. He understood the situation at hand and was very courteous and helped me get up to date with my membership.

A $20 "bank fee" for my payment not going through? Plus a $7.50 to recharge? Ridiculous. A decline is a decline, it does not cost anyone anything. I just got an updated credit card and I feel like I'm in huge trouble. I've sadly had to deal with them for years with 2 different companies and I seriously am considering canceling my memberships so I don't have to deal with Paramount! The girl was sweet on the phone, but a nonsense policy can't be overlooked by a nice employee.

I was a little snippy and irritated and he remain calm and told me he would research it and get back to by the end of the day. I really didn't expect to hear back that day but 2 hours later it was fixed and my money on its pay back to me

My boyfriend has had a horrible time canceling his gym membership. Good luck trying to get customer service. I have been on hold of 1 hour and 6 minutes last I looked. Trying to cancel this gym membership since moving out of state has been a nightmare. The contract that is now completed. He has been paying for something he cannot use and they have billed him during the stay at home orders! He left a message a month ago and they never returned my call. Staying on hold or leaving a message as they suggest (they will call you back) doesn't seem to get any results! Bodifi has not been any help either. Horrible, it feels like entrapment.

Happened to look at the card balance and saw that I received a charge from Paramount Acceptance for $70.20. Don't understand why? My gym membership is $21.42 a month. I will be calling tomorrow about this.

Whitney was the customer service rep who helped me with my account issue via e-mail. She was very patient, kind, and understanding in helping me figure out what was wrong and how to fix the issue. She did a great job and I felt like she truly cared about me and really wanted to help me out. And she certainly did! She deserves praise for her outstanding customer service and a raise as well! If I ever run into any other issues in the future, I'm definitely asking for her help. Well done! Way to represent your company!

I should have know better to sign up with Vasa. Since they work with Paramount acceptance. I have dealt with them before. With lifestyles 2000 and golds gym. WORST Customer service. AVOID doing business with ANYONE Associated with paramount acceptance. You will NOT be able to cancel your membership with any ease. You WILL pay cancellation fees. I WILL NEVER DO any business with any company that employs this company for billing. Its too bad you cant just sign up for a gym membership and have a good experience. Be sure to know that you WILL be sorry if you do.

I talked to a customer representative, Valerie, who was extremely nice and quickly resolved my problem. It could not have gone any better and I am extremely satisfied with their customer service.

I work out at VASA Fitness, and never had a problem with billing, till my new debit card came in the mail. I got it just before my card gets charged for my monthly membership. Well......i didn't get a chance to update my VASA account before my auto payment date, and got charged additional money to my membership for the month. I was extremely upset, it was a total accident. I talked to a few other members at the gym if they had to deal with kind of thing before, and all i kept hearing was how bad it is to deal with Paramont Acceptance. I called Paramount, it was hard to get through at first, but did get a call back from them. To my surprise a wonderful lady named Sally, who called, was more than helpful and understood my situation. Long story short Sally was able to get the charge removed from my account. I normally never leave reviews, but Sally turned my awful start of the week to an awesome end of the week. Thanks again Sally for all your help, you went above and beyond to make this guy happy.
