I have spoken to Ivy a few times over the past several weeks. I've had my share of dealing with miscommunications and even late bills in the past, and never have I spoken to someone who comes across so professional and polite. I am currently dealing with cancelling a gym membership- which is always a nightmare. Instead of being condescending or harassing (or downright rude like "bill collectors" often are) Ivy has been a pleasure to speak with. She's been understanding of my dilemma, and has given me valuable advice to correct it. I can literally hear her smile through the phone- and that's an incredible skill to possess when working in customer service. If You have to deal with the inherently unpleasant ordeal of sorting out a debt, Ivy is who you want on the other end of the line.
