Bonnie was very helpful, kind, and professional. It was a pleasure working with her on my issue.
Had to cancel a gym membership, was given the number to this billing company and told to fax in proof of change of residence. Faxed in my proof exactly as they had asked only to find out a month later I was still charged for the same gym membership I was cancelling. Call back and they tell me they never received the fax even though I have the fax transmission log from my machine showing that it was transmitted perfectly.
I send the new cancellation request in with the old transmission log as proof. Call back a week later, they received my fax this time, but tell me they cannot refund me my money from the previous month because they never received the fax; regardless of the fact that I sent in proof showing that I had faxed it on a specific date to not get charged.
I was told that even though my fax machine says it was sent, they never received it so it's my fault for not following up to make sure it was cancelled. I'm sorry, I didn't know I; as the customer, had to follow up on a professional establishments business practices to make sure they are doing their job.
I do not recommend doing any business with this company, but if you do... call every day until you verify what ever service you needed was complete otherwise you will not get your money back no matter what proof you show.

This company is always a huge hassle to deal with. They have all these fees to cancel. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS JOIN A GYM that is run by Paramount Billing. They nickel and dime you to the point of frustration.
The $10 a month membership is just a scam to get you to pay the yearly fees and other fees etc.
Do not fall for it.
I was able to reach out over the weekend and got a response timely the following business day. Whitney from the online customer support team was very helpful, respectful of my concern, and kind. She followed up along the way until my concern was fully addressed and resolved. I felt more at ease once I was under the customer support care of Whitney. Thank you Whitney!
I ve loved working with these guys. They helped resolve my issue quickly and without any fuss. Communication was easy and clear and resolved in less than a day. A good measure of any business is how they work to find solutions to problems. I m really happy with my solution.
Their automated system is pretty easy to navigate through and the representative who helped me was able to help me resolve my issue regarding my late fee.
It is absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age that you require a written request MAILED to cancel a membership. I ll be letting my gym know that their you can call anytime and cancel is either a bald faced lie or the company handling their membership dues is lying to them. The bottom line is that any company that need to make canceling their services this clunky is only out for money.

I had a great experience with Paramount recently when I needed to cancel mine and my sons gym membership. We recently moved out of state and the franchise was not available in our new state. When I called they did have a long wait but fortunately had a call-back option when it was my turn in line. I received a call back within ten minutes.
The woman who assisted me was very prompt, knowledgeable and very polite. As she promised, I received a cancellation email within 24 hours and she was able to process my final payment that day.
As long as there are no additional charges that come across my account in 30+ days I am 100% satisfied with this company and the cancellation process.
I was told by Golds gym to contact Paramount after my daughter moved out to to attend college halfway into her prepaid contract. Having read several poor reviews, I didn't have high hopes of getting my money back. I called and spoke with Shannon I., she instructed me to send an email with details and proof of the move, and that I would receive a response within 5 days. I did and 3 days later I received a response stating that my refund was approved. Thank you for your quick response, Shannon!

I am not a huge fan of Paramount especially with how long I was on hold just to talk to a representative. However, when I do get to talk to a representative, like Jane (I think that was her name), who was able to help me earlier today. She was so patient and kind with me. She helped me explain the breakdown of my payments, and went above and beyond a normal call center would. Overall a very well experience with her and the company!

I had no idea Vasa had a 3rd party company dealing with finances. Having already paid a pointless 'maintenance fee' I accidently missed 1 payment due to changing banks and everything else over. I got an email from Paramount saying 'they're trying to contact us' which they never 'tried' to do in the first place. I had no idea until I went to VASA and they told me I missed the monthly payment but they'd let me 'work out today only' how nice. Tried to phone paramount with no success, so basically can't go back to the gym. This whole thing stinks of company's who have no interest in their clients and only care about taking as much money off of people as they possibly can.
All these 5 Star Reviews seem fake. Why does everyone mention the name of an associate at Paramount Acceptance? Very suspicious. People rarely have positive experience with billing companies.

Robert Daniels is the best representative that Paramount Acceptance has working for them. The previous representative was not professional and rude but Robert was great and very kind hearted. He makes doing business with them very pleasant.
Although I am glad to see this is a legitimate company, I am very disappointed with my interaction with them. Paramount Acceptance reached out to me via email after a charge was denied as suspicious activity. I explained that I had recently had a vehicle broken into, my personal info was taken and my concern was that this is a charge possibly related to an identity theft issue. They say they tried to call me...they didn't call me... After I expressed my concern about identity theft, they proceeded to ask for my state issued ID and phone number... Umm, ID theft concern...like I'm gonna just hand my ID and phone number over to some rand-o that emails me out of the blue. The more I went back and forth with the "customer service associate", the more suspicious I became. Sorry, I feel it's strange to ask for personal info after being told you, Paramount Acceptance, are seen as a threat to my identification security. How about you send me a bill, close the questionable account and delete my info, safety first. Be a little proactive, less no-active. Stupid thing is, they are after $75. Good for you. I'm trying to secure my flipping identity here...
Went in for a job interview. I have a lot of skills, team leader background, very knowledgeable, willingly open for growth, etc.
To the point, I was very open, clean background, 12 yrs of experience under my belt, and very confident. Going into the interview, the company was poorly managed. The front desk had to check me in while taking calls, mind you, it took them 15 minutes to realize that I was there for an interview to just wait 25 more minutes for my interview while I waited. Seemed like there were more teenagers there and I'm only 29.
Afterwards, I was told I would here a response back. I waited, followed up, and basically told I would hear back after more interviews. If you guessed right, seemed like a waste of time when I have even worked in professional careers, can handle disputes obviously, descalating calls, etc; however, I get a voicemail to call back. I contacted back, given to the same person who interviewed me, guessing he was the manager since in the interview they did not state the roles, and told, "Oh, must've been a mistake, but I will contact you back". Never did hear back considering I was proactive.
I do not recommend wasting your time that a company that is still seeking hiring individuals and by what I read, lies to customers and gets free gym memberships. Look for something better that has career growths and doesn't over work you, discriminates you, as I found a career that fits my needs and better salary, as I had a greater salary before over $12/hr, because your worth so much more and making a ton more. What a joke of a company. I'm happy I didn't land this miserable joke of a job and be under poor management.

The physical gym in Greeley, CO is pretty great. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you when life happens. For the price? Can't beat it! Now, if you do any sort of "training" with them and sign a contract, read it VERY CAREFULLY!!! A lot of reviews (not all but most) are really negative because people didn't read the fine print in their contract. The biggest pain in the butt is trying to cancel. It's not a simple process and honestly Vasa could seriously set themselves up better for success if they streamlined and simplified their Cancelation process. For me to cancel my basic gym membership I have to submit an email to a specific address and fill out a survey thing on a Vasa website. To cancel my personal training I have to submit another email to a Different address. Now the nasty bit that people get up in arms about is in a way, it costs to cancel.Their contracts clearly state that once you submit you notice of cancellation your services (payments) will end 30 days from that point. If there are any dues owed within those 30 days then you'll still have to pay them. Read what you sign!

I wouldn't even give them a star if that was possible. They charged a $25 fee for being late. The debit was charged TODAY. I paid TODAY right after I got an email since my husbands card hasn't been working lately. It's not late at all. They said they can't reimburse because the bank charges a return fee. LIE. I called the bank and there is no debit decline fee. I called Paramount back and was told they would NEVER tell that to a customer, well too late. They told me there were no managers to speak with and they cannot reimburse because it's Vasa's rule. Then told me I wouldn't get anywhere if I contacted Vasa. I stayed polite through the process but I am completely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the lies they continued to give me.
Great service. They were empathetic to our situation and went out of their way to fulfill our request. Very appreciated, and we would recommend.

I was unable to continue my membership with the health club so I called this morning to cancel. The customer care worker was extremely helpful, answered the questions I had, was forthright with the fee required for cancelation and above all he was nice. Which is very rare - usually you get the strong arm to continue the membership - I did not receive that. I was impressed.

Paramount Acceptance sent me to collections even though I have proof on my bank statement I paid my bill. When I tried to resolve the matter, their response is they gave the bill to Swift collections and can no longer look up my account. The collection company will not forgive the fine without a email from paramount acceptance but paramount acceptance will not send the email because they state the cooperate office for VASA fitness is responsible. Vasa's cooperate office will not return my call. Swift financial group who is the company paramount acceptance sends collections to are the rudest people I have come across, They called me a liar and cursed at me over the phone. I have perfect credit and have never been late on a bill. Now this company is destroying my credit that I have kept excellent for my entire life. My payment was made at the Riverton Vasa fitness and one of their employees messed up. What a bunch of incompetent employees. I am in the process of trying to find an attorney to sue this company. Word to you all never trust Vasa fitness employees to do their job and always get a receipt and read your contracts.

Coltyn Jenkins - He was very professional and had a friendly voice. I was having an issue on an OD fee and he pointed me in the right direction as to what I need to do to get it resolved.
I first attempted to cancel my account in January. It's now May and they have not only NOT cancelled the account, but now claim I owe fees in order to be released from my membership despite being in a membership I was told I could cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. I've explained to them that I no longer work in the area and have medical issues preventing me from using their gym even if I were still in the area. This company is a fraud. Do not use any gym that uses them for their membership services.
They are the company who does billing for Vasa. I cancelled my wife s membership and had confirmation but continued to be billed up until this month. (We thought my membership was the one being billed).
Their customer service is friendly however I have heard other people have had the same issue where vasa membership is canceled but paramount continues to charge your card and take in the money.
This seems unprofessional and shady to me, especially since I ve heard of others having this issue.
People I talked with were friendly and understanding and ultimately refunded the money to me.

I have talked to many customer service agents in the past and can't rave enough about the experience I had with Lara on 2/22/17 as we worked through updating my payment information for my gym membership at Woodside Health and Tennis Club. As with all financial agreements, sometimes you have a dispute. I found that when I worked with Paramount acceptance, for my Vasa Gym membership and services, we resolved any concerns I had. I m grateful for the representatives, who so patiently worked with me over the phone. Great job Paramount Acceptance!

I called Paramount three times in one day to resolve an issue. The first gal I spoke to was quick to push my phone call off. The next gal went above and beyond to ensure this issue was revolved. Had I received the service from the first girl, that I had received from the second gal... I would have given five stars.

Typically calling a gym for anything relating to payment is frustrating at best, but working with cole at paramount acceptance was a pleasure to say the least. Paramount acceptance are the biggest crooks I worked somewhere that use them every day we had calls on how they're getting ripped off by them I had a call saying a 24.01 month payment was a $900 payment and when he went to the build because he delt with them before and knew how they are they kept saying the manager is at lunch. They pay people for good reviews within 48 hours they will have 10 good reviews before mine because most people look at the first 10 I high recommend DO NOT USE THEM
