I have been on hold even as we speak for 35 minute...

I have been on hold even as we speak for 35 minutes. Their service says to leave a message which I have done and have never received a return call.

Their service is horrible,

Who knows when I will get through to ask a questions about a charge on my account that I don't believe to be accurate.

I think Paramount makes this so painful that people just hang up in frustration.

It;s ridiculous, wrong and unethical
