I haven't bought a car here but have used the service dept several times and they are excellent. They meet you when you drive in, take you to your service advisor and he takes care of everything else. Cliff is my advisor and he is great. Not sure what else you could ask for from a service dept.
Update, I just bought a new Blazer from Romann Micciche. Both Romann, and Joy in finance, were so patient and helpful, even when I changed my mind about lease vs purchase at least 3 times. I ended up with a fantastic lease on the Blazer. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the price or the people at Boniface-Hiers.
