Went in for oil change and (under warranty and had a bulletin on it) blind spot sensor issue. The people in service area were nice but did not communicate well at all. (General phone receptionist was impatient, and acted out to have to even answer the phone or take a message.) It took them 4 hours (might have been longer had I not inquired about status) to only diagnosed the problem the first day, and said I d have to come back or leave the car. They didn t even do the oil change during those 4 hours on the first day!!!! It took 3 days for a simple oil change and a sensor, something that should have taken 1/2 day to one day after getting a part for the sensor.
The waiting area is nice and the separate rooms for different activities make it more comfortable for long periods of waiting. I found out after the first day they had shuttle service. If I have to go back, I will use that service.

However at this point we will probably look for another dealership to take both Chevrolet cars to for future maintenance, etc.
