At first it was a very easy pleasant experience. I love and got the vehicle that I wanted. It runs great. But as of lately, the media center/ touchscreen is having issues. There's 26k miles on the vehicle and it's a 2018. I can't seem to get an answer from anyone there if this is still covered underneath the factory warranty. Very upsetting and still waiting for an answer.
