Brought my Honda Ruckus in for them to check why my horn wasn't working. Left with NONE of my electrical working... And they wanted me to pay them to fix it. I have never had problems with the electrical, asides from the horn, before they touched it. When I called them to tell them what happened they were super apologetic but when I brought it back in they all but accused me of lying and said I'd have to pay their labour (to fix their mistake).

I am in shock at the shameful way they treated me and tried to take advantage of me. This isn't the first frustration I've had or have witnessed others have with their service shop but it will be the last. Do yourself and your wallet a favour and steer clear of this shop.

The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the parts staff have always been kind and helpful to me. Unfortunately I won't be going back here again.

Had a great experience, just looking to see what I would need to get started on two wheels and was overwhelmed with all the information. From buying to maintenance and no pressure involved. Truly customer orientated to likes and more over to my safety in my purchase. Thanks Goodtimes!

Worse service in the industry. This summer I went in on a Friday to purchase a new triumph Bobber that I was extremely excited to customize to my own preference. Over the course of the weekend my friend had run into an issue with his newly purchased speed triple causing a huge oil leak. The bike was immediately brought over, where it was determined that a faulty gasket needed to be replaced. Good time center invoiced my friend for the repairs. My friend had expressed his concerns about this invoice, offering to pay for the parts but he wanted Good time center to absorb the cost of the labor as this was a newly purchased bike. The salesman Kevin had acknowledged at the time that this was a common issue with the Triumph engines. On Monday I called to express my own personal concerns with purchasing a new bike from them and having to deal with service issues that my friend had just dealt with. I received no positive feedback from Good time center. I cancelled the deal and bought my bike in Montreal.

Months down the road I decided to give them another chance. My friend had recently purchased a 2005 KVF 750 Brute Force and had been having fuel problems. Having narrowed the problem down to the fuel pump I called in to Good time center and asked to speak to the service department as I had some questions with regards to options for parts. I was transferred to the service dept and spoke to Olivia. I asked Olivia if she could help answer my questions so that I can order the right parts and she responded with she was not a technician and would not answer my questions. I asked if I could speak to someone that might be able to help me out. She advised that her techs were being paid to work on equipment and she was not going to pull them off of a job to come and talk on the phone. She advised that if I had a question I needed to pay to get an answer. I explained to her that this was terrible business and that I was once again extremely disappointed that this was the way they conducted business. I explained to her that I could call 4 other service providers and they would gladly help me out. I asked for Olivia's name and her manager's name ( Mario ). I explained to Olivia that I was going to hang up and call other service providers and determine if my expectations of a question being answered was too high. I called Rockland Marine and spoke to a tech right away and answered all my questions. We ordered a new fuel system for the bike ( $1200.00 ) and sent the business to Rockland. I called Mario back and advised him that I was once again extremely disappointed and that in the matter of 5min I received an answer without any hesitation.

I will never deal with Good time center again.

I highly recommend Ottawa Good time center, I will travel from Montreal to have my BMW serviced there. I had a lot of work done, they were patient, honest, and a pleasure to do business with.

Certainly less than impressed with the service center. They generally have more work than they can handle, don't generally get back to you within time frames they provide, and need a better system for taking payment over the phone. Reading someone's credit card number outloud in the shop for everyone to hear, writing it down on a piece of scrap paper left on a desk, and then having to call back and ask for it again because someone spilled coffee on it is neither secure, or professional.

Dropped by for a while you wait tire change. Staff are personable, shop is clean and organized. Nice touch that the owner is there, touring the store and pausing for a chat.

No muss, no fuss with the tire swap.

There's a waiting area if you don't feel like poking around, stocked with coffee and pop - nice touch.

A welcome change from other shops.

Will be back for more service.

PS - having Saturday service is brilliant.

Time to update the review: The wife got herself a Ninja 1000 ABS for her 50th and the deal went off without a hitch.

Shoutouts to:

Kevin: Sales pro, get it done attitude, met all time obligations

Allison: No nonsense business manager, no games

Jason: Worked behind the scenes, dealing with some nonsense involved in getting the bike from another dealer.

All in all, we zero complaints, all promises were fulfilled, zero stress.

The sad part: 400km into owning it, she laid her new bike down.

More shoutouts: Bruce (parts manager) and Johnny & the rest of the service staff worked out something that wouldn't be too hard on the wallet to get the bike back to "as new".

Keep it up gang, we're customers for life.

I have been a customer of this store for over 5 years and purchased a new 2017 motorcycle from them in 2017. Today I spoke with the service department and inquired about getting my wheels balanced. I recently purchased rubber from another supplier and one of the weights fell off the front rim. Thus the need for balancing. I have purchased tires from them and found them over priced so I looked elsewhere. Their technicians are great but their service policy obviously is lacking. I bought a bike there along with helmets, clothes, parts, etc. But I didn't buy a set of overpriced tires there so I can't pay their technicians to balance them. I can't pay for service at the service department. With my recent purchase in hand and it obvious, I asked the question and got asked by the service person if I bought the tires there. I said no. So he said no they can't do it. I'm paying for your labour. The question of where I purchased the tires should not be asked. Congratulations. I will no longer purchase anything from your store. I will purchase my next bike from another, more customer service based shop and will tell others to do so as well. On your website you say you pride yourselves in customer. Words are cheap. Actions speak louder then words. Booooo!

Lots of selection, possible first time bike purchase, but no one to help you. The finance pedson was on the phone, but would not expect her to greet me, tow other individuals sitting at their comuters not looking up once. Sales person bring out a bike, I said hello, he smiled. All in all, they have a great reputatiin, but, from my perspective not at all friendly. UPDATE: Went back with a buddy of mine, Jason was able to help and I did indeed purchase my first bike. Jason was extremely helpful and knew about bikes and gave good advise on the type of bike a new ride should get! Very impressed and service department was as helpful.

It was awful I got no help from any staff members they treated me like I had a disease so because of that I bought nothing that I had come in looking for. And I wanted to buy some gloves a helmet and some clothing. Because of the way i was treated I went else were for my purchase and the other company was quite happy to take my money

If there were a different Triumph Dealer within 100km, I'd use them.

As it is, because of their approach, I used a dealer in Toronto (GP Bikes mentioned in another review). Goodtime Centre would not budge on their price, nor accessories, yet would give me a 'discount on gear'. Wow. Do I look stupid? You want to extract more profit from me? I walked into buy a bike and you won't make any deal? Well, guess I'll go elsewhere, just on principle.

Experience is hit and miss, but $750 admin fee on a purchase? When you're already charging about $1K more than other dealers in Ontario?

The fact you're charging more for the same model bike (but different paint scheme than I wanted) than multiple competitors online? Nice to be able to try on jackets and helmets and just pick up polish and stuff like that. Oil changes, etc.

They act like they deserve the market; they won't compete with other dealers and because of that, they lost a sale from me.

Sorry you didn't want to deal until I asked for my deposit back. Received much better service from GP bikes and would tell anyone to check with them for all things Triumph. Also there are two dealers in Montreal. Despite the distance you'll get better deals and better service elsewhere. Shop around.

I've stopped using them for winter bike storage too; they charge by the CC vice the size of the bike, which makes no sense. Why do I pay more if my form factor is smaller than others; so you drop off your bike, and then what? You're stuck. You need a second person to drive you back home or take the bus.

There ARE Competitors will come pick up your bike, from your home, at no charge and charge less for monthly storage. So ya, you're charging $100 to pick up a bike for work is bad business sense guys. Hell I had a flatbed tow truck charge me less than that once.

Ya, sorry Goodtime Centre. You're ok for oil changes and critical work. But you didn't do my alignment properly either. Bike still pulls to the side.

Your mileage may vary, there are nice staff and I have had some good experiences there, but overall, they have a corner on the market for a few brands and think people won't go elsewhere. Strongly advise you do. You won't be sorry. Shop around!

Yesterday my wife and I went to Good Times to purchase a helmet. Jesse, the young man working the floor, approached us asking if he could help us out. We unfortunately took over 30 mins to decide which helmet to buy. Jesse was extremely patient with us and was able to answer every question we had to ask. I can't say enough how much we appreciated his expertise and patience. We left the store feeling that we got good value for our purchase but more importantly excellent customer service. Thank you Jesse!

Ottawa Goodtime Centre is a good example of why you should buy from a local business. I bought a snowblower from them for a price comparable to Home Depot (on the same brand and model). But OGC delivered it exactly when scheduled, fully-assembled, with oil and a full tank of gas, and the guy who delivered it gave me a full tutorial demonstration on how to run and maintain it.

Now I just want them to make it snow so I can use my new machine.

The previous reviewer is absolutely right about Mike. He's a pushy arrogant salesman who only cares about the quick sale. Don't be fooled by his apparent charm. He was constantly sizing me up and asking me questions to see how fast he can get money from me. I found it very off-putting, especially considering that I was the only customer in the store. When I was taking too long for his liking in choosing the right bike for me, he said "I prefer to help customers who get excited and buy on impulse. Come back when you're ready to spend money." Unbelievable but true. Needless to say I'm never coming back. If I decide to buy a Triumph I will go out of my way to Montreal to do so rather than give my money to these guys. Knowing that salesmen like Mike will never see a penny from me makes me very happy.

Bought the last new KLR 650 they will ever sell. A 2018 in Camo. Have bought two other new bikes from them in the past couple of years as well. Great showroom and facility. Parts and clothing sections are well stocked. Three stars cause my new bike was not set up properly on delivery. Rear tire was grossly under inflated and the oil filler cap was loose to the point it almost vibrated off on the way home. Checked the Battery and the vent hose was not attached to the battery.

Amazing service, they accommodated me even during covid 19. I want to purchase all brand new snowmobile apparel so that I can go on a Friday and they accommodated me on Thursday. Went out of their way to bring everything in the sizes I asked for even did any change prices were great people were great and the equipment awesome. I had a great day of snowmobiling the next day because I had brand new beautiful snowmobile boots and gloves and a new jacket and new snow pants thank you. Thank you

Earlier this spring I purchased a 2nd hand triumph from this shop. Being a first time buyer, I had needed a fair amount of guidance throughout the entire process. My salesman (Skyler) was very patient and accommodating; the entire process was painless (enjoyable, even). In fact, all of the staff I ve worked with or spoken with have been extremely pleasant. Furthermore, being a new rider, I was unsure of some of the sounds/characteristics of the motorcycle and so today, I returned to the service department to get some reassurance and perhaps have someone give it a once over. The service tech, without hesitation, took my concerns seriously and immediately took the bike out for a test drive. Being a first time owner, this level of service is invaluable. I cannot be more pleased with this shop and the folks that help run it. Highly recommend going to this place if you re looking to purchase. A+!!

I have been in to OGTC a half dozen times this past summer looking at new and used bikes. While I dealt mainly with Mike Pearson, I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Makhoul, Bradley Clement and Skyler Zanth, whenever Mike was busy. Each of these four guys always gave me their full attention and happily answered all of my questions. They all ride bikes, are knowledgeable about bikes, and were genuinely interested in talking bikes and in sorting out what would be the best bike for me. They got me out on one used bike and two demonstrators and listened carefully to the things I liked and didn t like about the rides. Although I got price quotes from Mike, I never felt any pressure to buy from him or any of the other guys. Obviously, they are there to sell bikes, but the approach seems to be to work together with the customer to find out what is best for him or her, and let matters take their course. I also want to mention that the focus at OGTC is definitely on safety, with an experienced lead rider being provided for test rides, and an emphasis on looking at bikes that suit the buyer s skill level. Because I haven t ridden a bike in a number of years, Mike recommended that I take a refresher course with the Ottawa Safety Council, and I did benefit from taking that course.

Due to covid-19 I decided to apply online for fina...

Due to covid-19 I decided to apply online for financing for a 2021 kx450. When I was contacted to say I was approved one of the questions I had asked on the phone were if the financing was for 3.29% interest as per the promotion. I was told yes but when I came in to sign the papers the contract said 5.99% so I questioned it and was told that the financing would have to be resubmitted through a different lender conveniently after an hour and a half it came back not approved which I still don't understand how I was approved over the phone but whatever after an hour and a half drive and another hour and a half waiting I wasn't going home empty handed so I accepted the loan at 5.99% figuring I will pay it off early. Before I signed the paper I asked if they would be interested in throwing in the pit kit which was a promotional item for the 2019/2020. I thought I would take a chance and ask since the purchase was a birthday present plus this mix up with the financing. All they had to do was say no. I was told that it would be looked into so I signed the papers and was sent on my way. Still haven't heard anything.

After all was said and done a little over two weeks later I discovered some fraudulent charged to my account which turned out to be a loan through the same lender in someone else's name using my bank account information. Bank told me it most likely happened at the dealership but they claim no foul play and I cannot prove anything.

I knew I did not like the sales department as I rarely am acknowledged and in 2016 I went in cash in pocket to purchase a bike. I stared at a couple bikes for more than 20 minutes, received zero service so I went to another dealership the following weekend and made my purchase.

I absolutely had to have a Kawasaki this time around and always receive top notch service from the parts/clothing department so I decided to give the sales department a chance. The parts department is the only reason I bumped this review up to a two star. I have been popping in a few times a year when I'm in the city for the last 20 years and have always received excellent service from the parts/clothing department. The girls on the floor always say hello and ask if I need a hand. When I get to the parts counter even if he is not putting through the sale Bruce always speaks to me. He is always a pleasure to talk to, great attitude and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to add that part so I'm not looked at as some customer that is impossible to make happy.

I will continue to pop in for the odd parts or gear but for my next bike purchase I will sacrifice brand preference for better service at my regular dealership.

Reply: I understand how it works with financing through different lenders but I should not have been told over the phone on July 11, 2020 that I was approved at 3.29% then show up on July 25, 2020 to be surprised with a contract at 5.99%. Had I have been told from the get go that I was not approved for 3.29% this would not be an issue.

I also did clarify in my review that the pit kit was not a promotional item for my model year. It was simply just a negotiation tactic for some free swag with my purchase. I do appreciate that it was looked into and the acknowledgment of the lack of communication.

For a motorcycle dealership, they are a very well ...

For a motorcycle dealership, they are a very well organized. Many bike/powersport shops don't seem to know wether you (or they-themselves) are coming or going...not here. At goodtime you will actually not have to bring a tape recorder to keep them honest.

Their servicing prices are like all services in ottawa. 30% higher than everywhere else on planet earth....as such, I can't fault them that

The Goodtime Centre has been my go-to store since ...

The Goodtime Centre has been my go-to store since I started riding in 2016. I have bought both of my bikes there, all of my gear and accessories, and have brought 2 other customers to them who have each spent thousands of dollars in bikes and gear. However, I can no longer give them 5 stars, and I will be looking for alternate suppliers in the future.

I took my first ride of the season on April 25, and, sadly, my battery failed on me during a rest break. Thankfully, we were at the Nepean Sportsplex, and my friend was able to go to the Goodtime Centre and pick up a replacement battery for my bike. I had done a brief search online, and based on what I saw, I thought that it would cost about $100. Imagine my surprise when, on my second ride on April 28, as I returned the dead battery, I realized that I had been charged $310 for the battery, $350 with tax.

Searching online shows the Yuasa YTZ14S for $220 Canadian or less at all stores, and generics (which the OGC does not stock) for less than $100.

I have 2 issues here - first is that there was no indication of the price as my friend picked up the battery. Given COVID restrictions, she provided the credit card information, and received the receipt in the bag. If she had known the price, she definitely would have asked me first. My second, and far more important, concern is that the list price for this battery is exorbitant, yet OGC, as the largest motorcycle store in the Ottawa region, neither stocks nor recommends cheaper alternatives, and charges about 50% more for the battery than any other Canadian supplier.

I love the people who I have met at the store. Sadly, I will not be seeing them any further. I am in sales myself, and I understand that communication and fair dealing/ethical behaviour are absolutely essential to building relationships, and retaining customer loyalty for repeat business. I feel that OGC is abusing their market dominating position, and treating poorly with customers who turn to them as the "best" source for all motorcycle related purchases. I am disappointed that we ended up in this position.

Went in wanting to buy a snow blower walked out wondering how that place makes money.

I walked into the showroom waited about 10 min before someone even came near me. Asked what was their bottom dollar price on Ariens 30' snow blower that is displayed outside.

Response: "whatever is on the tag."....funny thing is there was no tags on the snow blowers outside.
I told him that he didn't enjoy my answer too much. Asked again for bottom dollar let's make a deal....
Response: "can't do that sir. Whatever is on the tag."
I would have rather been offered 5$ off then given that crap lie of an answer. If that is your "lowest price" might as well stop selling Arien snow blowers.

I guess they only make money off of motorcycles.

Response:

Frist off there wasn't even 5 people in the store at the time. Second if people are coming in paying full price for anything they are crazy. You are a dealer. Sad to write this but a big box retailer did give me a better price in the end. Down the road at CT.

Purchased a new Z900RS from this dealership. Hassle free, good selection of new and used bikes. Multi line dealer so you can compare brands. Salesman Terry was great, no pressure, I took a long time before deciding on the Z900RS and made several visits to the showroom. Each time Terry offered a friendly greeting and would answer any question I posed regarding the bikes. Very brand knowledgeable- would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and salesman to family and friends.

Went to pick up alpine stars gloves and a key tag for my CBR 500, on my way out was greeted by a super friendly staff member James Petrow, I was in no mood of upgrading my bike this year however James was super kind to let me sit on a few different super sports, so that I can really get a feel for every bike they carry, from triumph, yamaha r6, zx6r to zx10 .
I got a decent trade in value quote for my cbr as well however I will be upgrading to a super sport next year . Will be coming back to get my next bike in future ( I have visited few other dealerships and so far my experience with sales staff at good time has been the best.)

Customer service seems to have gone out the door. Show up to test a bike. Sale man is gone, bikes aren't ready, no one was aware we were coming. Takes them an hour to get the bikes ready and then they bring me the wrong bike. Was clear on the model I wanted to test, showed the salesman helping us in the store and was told no problem, and they bring me a used 12 year old bike and tell me its the same thing. I explain that no it isn't he says "same engine so same bike and you are wrong". Handed him the plate and the keys and left. Customer Service is key and will be the last time I will visit them for anything. Will take my business somewhere that wants to provide me with service and actually sell me a bike

In store service is excellent, can t walk around for more that 2 minutes without being asked if you need help!

The parts guys are super helpful too!

That said I brought my bike in for a safety and was told that a leak around my air box (before carb) was causing the bike to run on 3cyl. Anyone with any mechanical background will know an air leak BEFORE the carb would not cause this issue. Very disappointed and will not be returning to the service department again.

Not to mention, the bike was running on all 4 cylinders. Very unhappy.

OGC is a large, clean and beautiful motorcycle sto...

OGC is a large, clean and beautiful motorcycle store with friendly and knowledgeable staff, but (there is always a but) they have a major irritant: the process of paying your invoice and picking up your bike after a service. Let me explain how long, complicated and irritating this process is:

Once service on your bike is done, the person at the service counter (on the main floor) hands you an invoice and you have to go up to the parts counter, on the second floor, across racks of jackets, helmets and accessories and get in line a SECOND time (behind clients ordering snowblower, lawnmower, or motorcycle parts from a variety of 1,000 pages catalogues) just to pay for your invoice.

Then, with the proof of payment in hand, you have to go back to the service department on the main floor, get in the queue, again, for the THIRD time (behind clients dropping off their bikes and describing weird idling noises), hand over your proof of payment and only then you can pick up the keys for your bike and hit the open road. Finally.

I don't know if it's a marketing strategy to make you walk through the the store like this, but it makes your stay there much longer and irritating than what you'd expect for a simple oil change.

They would vastly improve on the speed of the service (and customer experience) if they were to allow payment at the service counter.

One simple oil change warrants one line-up, not three...

I was in the market to purchase some new gear. I h...

I was in the market to purchase some new gear. I had about $350 worth of items I intended to purchase from an online Canadian retailer with free shipping (whom I won't mention). Before I ordered I decided to call Good Time simply to find out if they would be interested in matching the price to keep the sale local (their price was $40 more).
I called the apparel section at Good Time to which I was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. When my call was finally taken I explained my intentions and was told that she would find out for me. Another 15 minutes passed and then somebody else picked up asking who I was waiting for and then placed me on hold again to page that person. Somebody else picked up with a "what do you want". I explained that somebody was checking if a price match was possible on a jacket for me to which she rudely replied with "well I do not know who you were talking to but they can't do anything I am the only one here with the authority to do that"
I again explained my intentions to which her reply was go shop there then-I'm not doing that for you. This is our price, pay it or don't.
I am absolutely set back by how rude this person was, a person with their apparent mentioned authority which leads me to think - manager. I can't properly explain the tone of voice I got.
A simple yes or no was all I was looking for and even if I had gotten a simple no it wouldn't have bothered me int he slightest but instead I got this.

Their parts department is always a 50/50 gamble if they will have anything in stock. Their prices throughout the entire store are not very competitive. Not a huge deal I still swung by every few weeks. But now we add insanely rude staff. 3 strikes, I am NEVER going back.

Edit: While I appreciate an actual response it really does not accomplish anything - maybe it makes the manager feel better but I sure don't.
Believe it or not immediately after this awful experience with the Goodtime I called another dealership in the city. Not only was I given immediate service but their price was already better. I briefly mentioned the online price to which he looked it up online and said "Oh yeah it is, sure how does *insert better price here* sound?". Out of curiosity I asked about a few other things I had intended to buy at a later time and I happily ended up adding an extra bunch of stuff to the bill. Customer service goes a long way. Take a lesson Goodtime.

With much thanks to Jason and Bruce, I picked up my 2013 Triumph Thunderbird on April 2nd. Jason accepted my old bike trade-in as a deposit back in December. Bruce located a new windscreen for it, as well as some other customizations; and arranged with the shop to have them installed before I picked up my new ride. That's why I've been dealing with OGC for the past 30+ years - great service!

couldn't disagree more with the last couple of reviews. I have purchased seven motorcycles now from OGTC over the last few years, and have never been pressured by anyone at all into a purchase. Mike has always been extremely accommodating of me, and I confess I can be somewhat high maintenance with some of my requests. I have always been given the time from the sales staff to answer all of my questions, even when not in any way related to a purchase, which is of significant importance to me. I want to be interacting with staff who I am confident in looking after me not just for the initial purchase, but with any follow up I need after the purchase, and I can certainly say that Mike has treated me extremely well in that regard over the years. OGTC is always my first stop for anything related to my bikes and will continue to be in the future.

Was my first experience with a company so highly recommended. Can t say that my experience was all that great, the customer service needs work. Dropped my bike off July 30th and didn t get it back until almost a month later. Kept getting the run around as to why my bike wasn t ready, only to find out that the part that needed to be ordered wasn t ordered until two full working weeks later( found this out when picking my bike up) , was promised a deal in labour for troubles that I didn t get, double charged for my parts, which was returned, felt like I was bothering the service manager, even though I remained respectful the whole time. Lost almost a month of riding and insurance for that month. Was looking to purchase the Vulcan they had on the show room floor, the reason I had $1100.00 worth of work done and sell my bike to upgrade, but have decide to give another company my business instead as I don t want the head aches. Will never go there again. Thinking if I had have been a male rider I would have had more respect. Terrible customer service. Asked about warranties and guarantees on parts and labour and was told that I didn t look like I d be a aggressive driver that I should be fine...wth?! However with that being said bike runs well.
I d be happy to share the full experience with you Goodtime in order to help your customer service and your team, however I will not be back to make any purchases or have service done with your company. You have my information as to how to be in touch if you would like to better your customer service.

Excellent aftermarket care. 10 years after I bought my snow blower there they still have all my information. Got the parts I needed to fix my beloved snowblower. Parts counter employees were super helpful and nice offering perhaps even more advice than I asked for. I didn't even know they had parts counter. Upstairs is a total retail shop for motorsport accessories and garb.

Told me I needed new chain and sprocket and basically told me everything needed to be changed. All I did was tighten my chain and replaced a lens covers for $20 on eBay. Took my bike to a Suzuki dealership and they saftied it that day. These people are thieves. Be warned.

Response - I have documentation to support everything I have stated. Sue me for slander and watch what happens. Check your records again, trying to say I was never there is pathetic, you must not be doing a thorough enough work if you're trying to state publicly that I was never even there.

I had a bad experience at this place today. I politely asked a sales lady if she had a minute to talk to me she said "yes". I explained to her that I had cash to purchase a brand new motorcycle and I was interested in a brand new non current motorcycle. I made a reasonable offer to, at the very least, open the floor up for conversation on price. Before she could even respond to me another sales associate, from 10 feet away who already had customers sitting in front of him at his desk, BARKED at me about my offer completely shutting down any opportunity to negotiate. I found this rude and disrespectful both to me and the other customers he was assisting. It's a real shame I have spent a fair bit of money on gear at this store, but now that I have the cash to purchase a new motorcycle I will consider going somewhere else..

I had a great experience buying a motorcycle here. They had a selection of bikes in my price range and really went above and beyond. Don't waste your time with the hassle of a private sale. Get a certified bike here. Good knowledgeable shop and sales people.

Huge disapointment...took in my ninja zx6r for repairs, due to a spark related issue. Lied to me and said it's a carb issue. Charged me 1400 dollars for repairs and the bike was still damaged. Huge scam artists. Stay away at all costs.

Hello! I stopped in to look at some bikes I was interested in. I was looking to buy the Ninja 400 and a cruiser you had on sale. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and not a single sales rep lifted their heads from their phones or bothered to even say hello. Too bad, the Ninja s a good price right now. Thankfully Powersports is right down the road, we will continue our business with them!
