Yesterday my wife and I went to Good Times to purchase a helmet. Jesse, the young man working the floor, approached us asking if he could help us out. We unfortunately took over 30 mins to decide which helmet to buy. Jesse was extremely patient with us and was able to answer every question we had to ask. I can't say enough how much we appreciated his expertise and patience. We left the store feeling that we got good value for our purchase but more importantly excellent customer service.
