This store looks amazing. Lots of big toys for girls AND boys. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They appear to sell both new and used items. Not only do they sell motorized items, they carry lots of accessories as well. Lots of great well known brands. Worth a visit even if you are just looking.

Before I moved to Ottawa, I was on a road trip and they fit me in on a very busy day because I was traveling. I've been in Ottawa 4 years now and I only ever deal with Goodtime for service, parts and storage.

Very disappointed with customer service. First they forgot to deliver my new bike and second they forgot I had scheduled my first oil change...can't get any worst than that.

If I hadn't call them to remind them of my delivery, I wouldn't have gotten it that day and they said they had to many deliveries that day....28 February, right.
They did give me a rebate, so they say, after forgetting my scheduled first oil change. Compare invoices attach and try to figure my discount. It is faster to drive to Montreal and come back for service and $100 less.
I wish they had competition here in Ottawa

I wanted to say thanks to the service department at Ottawa Goodtime Centre for helping me get a K1200s BMW repair done under 'BMW's goodwill umbrella'. This would not have happened unless the service staff made the additional effort on my behalf.
I have all my service work done at the OGC, I find all the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Went in shopping with my husband for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of accessories your store carries. The merchandise department is big and carries huge amounts of products. The young girl working in accessories spent a fair amount of time with us, answering all our questions and needs with patience, while serving other clientele. She was thorough and attentive. Will be back again!

Back again for a routine service and once again the folks at OGC were prepared, friendly, punctual and very thorough. While there I wandered through the extensive accessories dept and found a nice pair of cold weather pants at a great price that I'll be back to buy next week for my Adirondacks tour. I just find this place to be very professional and reasonable every time I deal with any dept. I have become completely loyal to this dealership and have stopped even pricing things elsewhere, since it has never been worth the effort. One thing though...I sure hate the walk all the way upstairs and back to pay for service. Small potatoes though in the big scheme of things. I'm a customer for life.

Pretty good selection of motorcycle gear, also some bikes/4 wheelers/snowblowers/etc. Downside is the service - I've been there several times to look for boots, helmets, bike chocks and the staff did there very best to ignore us. Better off going to Honda Powersports just down the road.

Friendly staff, great selection of new and used bikes, and I was amazed by the vast selection of motorcycle gear even this late in the season (October 1st). If you can t find it elsewhere, come here and you may just find it.

Stay away if you don't like high pressure salesmanship. I was in the market for a motorcycle. Was feeling all kinds of pressure from the salesman Mike to buy today. When I told him I'm probably not buying a $10,000+ product exactly today he lost interest in dealing with me. Apparently he's far more interested in instant gratification than investing in the future. These aren't the kind of sales tactics I condone and therefore won't be giving these people any of my business.

Walked in the other day for some basic merch and window shopping. ended up talking to the young sales rep Terry, great guy with great customer service. awesome spot and makes me feel at home every visit (top and bottom floor).

Staff is very friendly, knows what you're talking about if described well enough. They treat you as if they've been in the same situations for everything and I find that amazing customer service, only thing I didn't like was how damn distracted with all the other bikes.. felt like I was cheating on my own bike.

!!TOTALLY DISHONEST!!

!!TOTALLY DISHONEST!!
So I had my old snowblower serviced at Goodtime. They came up with a list of parts that were required for repair, including tune-up, gas cap, pull rope, spark plug, etc totaling $200. Apparently the technician spent 45 minutes diagnosing the problem. Because it s an old snowblower I told them no worth fixing it for that much money. Once I got the machine back it, friend of mine who is a mechanic came over and looked at it, removed carb housing (2 screws)- as soon as he did it the problem was plainly obvious- the primer fuel line became detached from the carb. As soon as he reattached it, snowblower started and ran like new. Bottom line- the tech when he looked at it NEVER took the carb housing off because the fuel line WAS NOT on the list of stuff to be done. When confronted the service manager, he gave me the story how the mechanic kept himself busy for 45 minutes looking at the snowblower preparing the estimate (NONE of the parts they listed were required for repair). For the pleasure of preparing BS estimate they charged me $80!!!
The bright part of the story is the fact that they hosed me on only $80 instead of $200.

I visited the store on the website, and on a visit to Ottawa I made a point of visiting. Store with lots of diversity, service note 10, I will visit again soon. Congratulations, and congratulations from Brazil.

Hello,

Hello,
My recent experience at this specific store was not good. I do not recommend this store to anyone, poor service when it comes to spending thousands of dollars on equipment and be treated that way.
Overall very poor even when you call for questions on equipment. Don't waist your time going there. Id look for smaller shops with better loyalty and service to their customers.

Called to have two tires installed and balanced. Was told by the service department that they don't install and balance tires not sold by themselves for rip off prices. No businesses make it refusing money! N

Recently bought a Triumph T120 Black from OGC. Amazing service from the moment I walked in! Was met by their very friendly greeter who then directed me to the Sales Manager (Jason) who was very knowledgeable and informative. I wasn't seriously considering buying that day but they had a great deal on a 2017 (still new) and gave me a great price on my trade in. Crunched the numbers and decided to pull the trigger. Financing was approved very fast and I was riding the bike just 4 days after purchasing (including a weekend)! The lady who handles the paperwork was kind and efficient as well as the tech who went over the bike with me. Couldn't believe how smooth and quick everything was. On top of that, went back today and Jason hooked me up with a discount to get my girlfriend geared up so we can ride two-up! Just fantastic service all around and I think the best selection for riding gear in the city. Not too mention, I LOVE my new bike!!! I believe Triumph has now ruined Harley for me forever! Can't stop riding!!!

This dealership did not meet my minimum sales expectations. Disappointed BMW would be associated themselves with this store. If you want to buy something in stock you re be fine but anything out of the norm such as a BMW with minor modifications you ll be disappointed, very disappointed. I recommend you consider a dealership in Montreal or Toronto for your purchase who will actually call back customers when they say they will.

* the response below from the dealer is entirely and completely inaccurate, it is nothing short of complete nonsense or / and fictional. Perhaps they should actually contact me instead of responding with dramatic inaccuracies.
If anything this proves my point from the original review.

I find them to be a less than reputable garage. I've had a two dealings with them. I decided to give them a second chance but the second time around was no better. I personally will never take my business to this establishment again.

Edit: I have not confused them with another garage. When I took my complaints to them at the time of service they were unhelpful. I stand by my review.

Purchased a new BMW from OGC, sales staff was courteous and professional. The only issue I had was that my bike was delivered on the back of an open bed pickup in foul winter weather and I spent some time cleaning it up.

I've purchased my 2013 Kawasaki Versys from here and have nothing but good things to say about the sales people and parts department. They are able to answer all my questions, and prices are pretty fair and most have been in stock or arrive Ina few days. Definitely a plus when you want to just get out and ride!

My machine was ready and washed at the predetermined date and time. This is better than previous years when the pick up after storage process would not be started until I arrived. (which is on time)

Bought a Dainese coat there. Happy with the product and service. Was kinda pricey, but I guess Dainese controls pricing through its distribution channels - so no movement on the price. However, they had a couple of sizes available to try on - something you can't get on the Internet.

Always a pleasure to deal with Ottawa Goodtime Centre. The price I got on my used bike was unbeatable. I felt lucky to be the one that got it. The accessories department is also well-stocked with great selection and prices. I bought riding boots for my wife from the end-of-stock line. $99 and she will have them for 20 years.

Great selection of motorcycles, accessories and apparels. Bought a lot of stuff from them, helmets, pants, gloves, vest, parts, gloves, oil and my brother his bike. I recommend, likely biggest showroom in ottawa.

I needed a new snowblower and The Ottawa Goodtime Center was very fast and helpful for working with me remotely during these times. I had the snowblower later within the same week.
Super excited to have a nice snowblower that fits my needs and works very well. And really appreciative of the support I got from the Ottawa Goodtime Center.
Would definitely use again and recommend

Friendly staff - if you want to pamper your bike for the winter and have to other place to store it, then they take care of my bike for a reasonable price for the winter and by request, have it ready for me.

The sales people are very friendly, however like most brick and mortar dealers, the prices are quite high. Well stocked showroom with lots of variety. I wish they weren't located in the middle of traffic hell though.

We've had our snowblower serviced by Ottawa Goodtime Centre for years, and it's always been a great experience. Pam in the service department is funny and efficient, and talks to you like you're an actual human which is definitely not something that can be said of all service departments.

They also go the extra mile. For example, this year, street traffic made it impossible for the cube truck to fit on our street for pickup of the snowblower. Without batting an eyelash, the driver (Patrick, I think) parked more than a block away, then cheerfully walked our ancient beast of a snowblower all the way back to his truck.

Our snowblower is probably about 150 years old in dog years (and easily 1,000 years old in computer years), but somehow they keep it ticking over nicely year after year. For us, Ottawa Goodtime Centre is the total package: great customer service, and great technical know-how.

Staff is very helpful. Sales people treat you really well. Sometimes takes a little bit for someone to see you though because they're pretty busy. Service department is great too and does a nice job on washing your bike after service.

Parts department incredible.

Parts department incredible.
Service is fast, professional. They are on the tip of there toes to serve you. They don'tjudge you by your bike. They want yor business and want to take care of you.
Judging by their after sales service, I should have bought my bike at their location.
I live 50minutes from their store and they offered me delivery without me asking or them knowing where I was from.
I am now at my 3rd delivery in a month and today there was a candy treat in my package. I sat foot at their store once and at my first visit.
Oh! I dealt with a young man called Pat. Way to go Pat!

I've been riding for all of 6 weeks and have my beginner bike - a CB500. Today I sat on a 1300cc Hayabusa just for the fun of it, and the salesperson actually tried to sell me this bike knowing I was a beginner. His exact words were: "It wouldn't be that much of a step up for you." Irresponsible.
