Really ashamed of Harley Davidson. One the high pressure sales. Salesmen watching for you to pull up then a new one approaching us as soon as we walked off from one. In Addition they would have missed a sale any way... Every salesman approached and talked to my guy..."what do you ride?" Have you rode the New 17? Not one thought to ask me. Funny since I've been riding and wrenching harleys since most of them where in diapers. And most wives O.k. the budget. Way to blow off your female customers Harley. Woman are buying 30% more bikes then men and all the female riders and wrenches I know would have gone elsewhere had they been ignored like me when every single salesman approached my other half and not one even asking me. Plus I walked off and was looking at bikes and not one salesman approached me on my own yet as soon as my other half walked away from one another was on him like crazy. Harley your blowing it...even your bolt on parts have stopped having anything geared towards woman. High pressure to men and totally blowing off the woman. SMH

Always have a great experience at Orlando Harley. Whenever I need parts, service, or even some new motorclothes the whole team is great to deal with from start to finish. Especially Billy the sales manager along with Jordan and Kyle in sales and Shannon and Allison in motorclothes. Highly recommend!

Worked with Corey (sales manager) to upgrade from my Softail Street Bob to a Road Glide Special. I was busy at work and Corey set it up for home delivery when I got off of work. No BS. Just a good easy bike purchase. Will recommend friends and family to head over and see him if they are looking for a bike.

Came down from Toronto, Canada to Orlando. The one place I needed to visit was HD. The moment you walk in the sales staff greet you and are genuinely happy to help with any/all questions. You are encouraged to sit on the bikes to get a feel. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area who is looking for a new or upgrade to a bike.

First experience at the Orlando HD dealership, amazing service! I had Mark as my sales associate and Billy as manager. Everything I asked for in terms of easy purchasing with no stress or complications. Clear communication and a purchasing process that I couldn't have pictured to be any easier. Thanks to those two and the other staff involved in my purchase I greatly appreciate it!!

In Orlando from the NE and bike broke down!
An oddity that rarely happens to a transmission happened to me. Oil everywhere!
These technicians solved the problem and had all of the parts that I needed. My bike was back on the road within two hours!
Very professional!

I came in and got a tire and brakes done on my Ultra. While here I saw a fat boy lo. Two weeks later I came back and bought it. Mark the salesman, the sales managers were great. Used bike so it needed a rear tire also a set of keys. Dealer is covering all of it. I came in expecting them to try and screw me and had pretty much the opposite experience. Well done Historic Orlando Harley Davidson on I -4

The people when you talk to them are very nice and...

The people when you talk to them are very nice and friendly and my service from Dana, and the communication from Reese has been good. However, when I bought my bike I had been mistakenly quoted that by bringing it in Tuesday night it would be at the place Wednesday and finished by the end of the day after getting wrapped.
When I brought it in, I had to wait for a ride (my bike is all I have) and about 10 mesmer after giving my keys to Curly be comes and finds me asking about the color. I show him the picture I was sent from Billy (that he was sent by the wrapping place) and he seemed shocked I had it, he asked "how'd you get that?" I told him and chuckled and said 'yeah, Billy isn't here and we weren't sure' - first red flag of the venture.
Wednesday night I called before the service department closed and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, the gentleman on that phone started telling me about a bike that was in a wreck, not sent to get wrapped. I am told they'll call me back once they find out where it is... don't hear back so I call - shocker service department was closed and the woman that answered the phone had no clue and the was nothing she could do. Fine.
I call the next day get told that I should never have been quoted same day, always takes at least half a day, but they don't know how close my bike is to being done. Call back to ask if while its at the wrap place I could get a decal added (just the Harley decal so it isn't blank), said I would pay the difference since it was still there anyway. Get call back telling me they can't add anything but my tank was off and it was going to be done soon.
I call today and something else happened so now 'sometime this weekend' it should be done.
This bike was not my first choice, hated the look, but thought once the tank was changed I'd feel better about it. Honestly, am wishing I hadn't even bothered. The lack of communication has been ridiculous.
Thank you to Reese who dealt with me on the phone today. But I am so frustrated, anything else happening to it I'm going through Seminole or Longwood

My bike broke down in Orlando Last Sunday. I had m...

My bike broke down in Orlando Last Sunday. I had my bike towed here. They told me I would get an estimate before anything was done or any parts were ordered . Well that didn't happen there was no estimate I had to contact them because they never contacted me. When I called the first time they couldn't even tell me if it was a 300.00 or 400.00 part how much labor they estimated or anything. The second time I called they said the part would be in Wed. I called again on Thur. My bike was complete. They said delivery driver would call and set up a time to deliver it to me . That never happened. My boyfriend called and spoke to the service manager they like a miracle the delivery driver called. he was an hour away. Anyways when my bike was delivered and we received the receipt they had also installed a new coil. WHY??? they didn't say the part was bad. They said nothing only the electronic ignition was bad. Which makes me wonder if it was bad at all. Also the part they removed was under warranty. I cant get my warranty 250.00 worth because they damaged it on removal. AND they damaged the new part they installed we opened up the compartment to see what brand they installed and it has a big dent and a hole in it. We took photos and took it to our local dealer there service manager said it would never be something S&S would honor a warranty on because of the damage done to it on install. I am very thankful to the fact that they delivered my bike back to me for free. But your word is everything and if you say i will call you with an estimate then call and if you change other parts on someones bike then ask inform them ask them if they have the money to cover it.I am glad they fixed my bike however all this could have been avoided with some communication.

The two sales guys that spent time with me were friendly and fun to talk to, but they absolutely did not listen to my needs as a customer. The very first thing I said to them, and repeated several times, was that I was not going to purchase a motorcycle that day. All I wanted was to get an estimate on what kind of monthly payments to expect for the cycle I was interested in. I got my estimate, but in the process one of the guys kept badgering me why I wasn't ready to buy a motorcycle that day. He must have asked me five times, and it's NONE of his business why I wasn't ready to buy immediately. Then he told me that this Harley branch was in a competition with the other Harley branched to sell the most motorcycles. And, get this, he wanted me to help HIM out and buy a motorcycle so that his branch can sell the most motorcycles. And in a final effort to get me to buy he told me to put some money down to save the financing deals we talked about. I told him I'm not putting money down, and the deals will be the same whenever I'm ready to buy. I feel like ALL they wanted was to make the sale, and they did not listen to me at all. I was friendly the whole time and gave them my number, and said that l'd like them to call me tomorrow about my decision. The jokes on them because they can call and call, but I'm not going to answer them or give them my business. I am going to buy a motorcycle, just not from this dealership because they were pushy and resorted to shameless sales tactics.

Had my bike taken here twice while I was in Orlando attending MMI, I will never take my bike here unless I am in a do or die situation, and even then it'd be to have them transport my bike to another dealership, the service dept. is absolute crap and frankly I trusted myself and my roommates I had during school (some who weren't even Harley techs) working on my bike more than who they hire. When I have to use a hammer and chisel to remove my battery cover bolt off my bike because the "tech" who worked on my bike decided a low inch torque bolt needed to be power-tooled down, you have an issue. And when your friend who had V&H exhausts installed and the front exhaust falls OFF the bike and the service manager's response is "Well V&H's do that" You have an issue. When you hire unqualified or unprepared students who are still trying to get certified as technicians working on customers bikes. You have an issue!

Jeb was a great salesman. His personality is perfect for OHD, and I will be contacting him for any help that I will need. His sense of humor made the process fun instead of boring like how paperwork usually is. Jeb is such a good dealer, he was able to get my father to buy a bike with me by giving us a sweet deal.

I spent that last week working with Marie Milien, a contact at the dealership regarding a specific used trike. I made an appointment to test drive the bike, and mentioned that we were coming from nearly 100 miles away. I confirmed with the dealership on Friday. Today (Saturday, 5/9/20), we arrived only to find that the bike had been sold two days prior. We were livid! What a waste of time. We worked with salesman John, who worked hard to compensate for Marie's poor service. The fact remains that a used bike is a one-off...so nothing else on the lot can be substituted. Horrible service - be aware!

WOW, what an experience from start to end!
I would like to thank the entire staff who made my dream come true. A special thanks to Yarkik. Matt and Traven who were part of my buying process at the OHD. Everyone who helped me there was extremely knowledgeable about their role. They were able to put a nice deal together for me. No one pressured me to get this beautiful bike, they just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I highly recommend OHD to anyone in the market of getting a Harley Davidson.
Keep up the good work guys!!!

This Harley store I have to say is the best we have ever been to. The guys here really care and are willing to work with you and make a deal. We had 2 guys working with us. One was the sales manager and the other one was fresh out of the army. They were both awesome. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us. Maybe in the near future my husband will be ready to trade in his Harley for a new one.

Mark was amazing at customer service. Knowledgeable and patient. Problem was (Matt) in charge of the trade in evaluation came back to me offering me $1500 for my Harley. Just last week I got an offer for $8K for my custom, low milage, 100% perfect condition bike. I wonder if I go there with $1,500 they will sell me one of their bikes or just a helmet and pair of jeans? My whole network will be recommended where I originally bought mine (Stormy Hills) Family owned and they take you as part of their family, not just a number.

I was shopping for a new sportster. I wanted a 201...

I was shopping for a new sportster. I wanted a 2019, 1200 sportster. However, I don't like the paint options of the 1200 Iron. I did really like the 883 in rugged gold denim. So I talked to my local dealer in Jacksonville Fl. They told me I couldn't get that bike financed without putting money down and ended up telling me my best option was to get a 1200 Iron and do a stage one on it then get it painted. I said okay I will have to think about it and I wanted to shop around. I ended up contacting Marie Milien from Orlando Harley. I told her what I wanted and she worked with me on the deal. She was able to get me the bike I wanted with the 1200 big bore kit installed and a stage one upgrade. I also didn't have to put any money down and she delivered the bike to me at work in Jacksonville for free. All I had to do was drive down on Saturday to finalize the deal and sign paperwork. Once there I met Marie and she set me up with Leone a sales man at the store. He was amazing and extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the bikes and products. Once everything was ready we went to the finance guy Travon. Also a great employee he had all the paper work ready and all the numbers were exactly what Marie had told me through text earlier that week. By now the deal was done and I thought that was it. I was wrong we then went outside and they had music blasting and bikes revving up and announced that I just bought a bike and everyone there came up to congratulate me and welcomed me to the Harley family. Then we went on a tour of the dealership. We met Sara who talked to us about the rider rewards program and showed us around the store. Then it was off to parts were we met Cody who gave me a parts catalog and told us about all the parts that are offered and how their dealership keeps a lot of stuff in stock because they are a large volume store. We then get to go to service where we meet Nick the service manager. He was really cool and ensured me that all the work (big bore kit and stage one) would be completed as soon as possible and I had nothing to worry about. Also once they were done he or Marie would reach out to me to schedule delivery of the new bike. Although I didn't get to meet him Randy was the tech that did the work on my bike. Randy if you see this thank you the bike is amazing its so fun and will get up and move. I haven't stoped smiling every time I see the bike or get on it. You did an amazing job. Tony the last man in this group of people that made my experience so amazing, delivered my bike to me on a Saturday while I was at work. He took care of the bike during the trip and handled the transport of it wonderfully. All and all I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Harley. I know when and if I get a new or second bike it will be from this dealership. Thank you all again for all the hard work you put into making this a stressless experience for me and my wife. I feel like I can't say thank you enough.
