Orlando Harley-Davidson Review

Tremendous experience buying a motorcycle. My girlfriend Eddie helped me take my first Road King! And thanks especially to Billy for being a person of great help to be able to do the tremendous business on the bike.

The employees are very knowledgeable. Been there a few times looking for upgrades for my bike. Will go back again for next upgrade.

Went with my dad to drop his bike from his truck and he ended up riding out on a 2016 ultra limited low. The whole crew was awesome. Special shout out to Walker, Billy, and Matt. Definitely coming back for my bike!

Great Harley catalog to test live and find your favorite model. All are facilities for the experience to be a success. And its Outlet section has great offers!

I went to Orlando Harley davidson get my bike fixed, I was treated like the most important customer they had, I had just the most wonderful experience possible Rob,
Curly and Mike in service are the best in customer service and dealing with me, the Tech that worked on my bike I didn't get his name but fixed my Ultraclassic like it was his own. WOW it was just great my bike is now running like new and my safety was their number one concern. I will always return to them for repairs and service at Orlando Harley for this bike and any future bike i may buy. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU.

i was just looking and wanted some information and usually you don't want a sales rep hovering over but in this case not one sales person approached me for anything I've spent 20 minutes looking before i went to the john..and walk my self out of there without even speaking a word.. but i know that theres other dealers out there with a little more experience employees..in my opinion...

Customer service at Rentals was atrocious no smile hurry up and get out the guy even told me don't worry about checking the oil
I just so happen to check the oil and it was low left a message complaining about the service nobody returned a call to even inquire!! go somewhere else

i purchased a $40,000 + 2017 Road Glide from this dealership in Oct 2016 the salesman and management (except the finance manager he was a Ass) were great but please stay away from the the Service department(managers) i have had 2 bad incidents and there will not be a third their Customer service is horrible.. they're rude ,careless and inconsiderate and could careless about the customers needs.. The Owner needs to do something about it before they lose a lot more customers..i wouldn't refer no one to this location for service and today was the last day i will ever step foot in this dealerships and i'm telling everyone i know to stay away

A few days ago I was looking to trade my 2011 Street Glide for a new 2018 Road Glide Special; after talking to a couple of other dealerships I decided to reach out to Orlando Harley to see what kind of deal they could put together for me. I filled out there online info request form and within minutes I received a call from Yarik (pronounced Erik) Tkal. I told Yarik what I wanted and after a couple of phone calls and text messages he was able to put together a great deal for me and I picked up my new bike that night. I was so impressed by the whole experience that I as soon as one of my friends mentioned he might be interested in buying a new Road Glide too I immediately put him in contact with Yarik and he was able to put together a deal for him as well.

If you are thinking about buying a new bike I highly recommend you go see Yarik, he knows his product and he will work hard to put together a fair deal. Thanks for the excellent customer service Yarik!

If your going to buy a bike, buy a Harley!!! This is the place to go!

Not 5, but only 3 stars, why you ask? I was led here on an internet deal (too good to be true right!) It was. Bike was not there. Sold they claimed. Due to their so claim internet deals being dealt by a third party. (Suuuurreeeeeee). Sales gimmicks, don't fall for them people. Ended up buying the bike I was after. Black on black street glide special. NOT! The used one I saw but a new one. Sucks that no one these day can be known for their integrity. I am happy with the bike, but they have to resort to fake sales and gimmicks to get you in the door. Drive past my hometown dealer in search of better. One can dream right?

From the general manager to the service advisor, the culture here is not in favor of customer service. Second horrible experience here from their general manager who said "you just don't want to pay" when it was not about that at all. Find the smaller shops that know how to work on your Harley. You'll be much happier.

Mike Kutys is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to his job and his passion for motorcycles. When you visit this store, he is absolutely the guy to talk to.

Great historic feel and great for all your Harley Davidson needs

I joined the @harleydavidson family with an #883iron and and began working pretty intensely on modding it out to my liking. One thing led to another led to another and suddenly it was "done." Bike week came and went and amidst the wonderful chaos, i realized i needed the bike to be bigger. I started thinking about installing cams, boring out the engine, bigger gas tank. It was at that point that I realized that I was going to go too far. I'd created this beautiful piece of art and now I was going to essentially ruin it. I turned to friends Aaron, Blockhead, Billy, and Dana and a few short days later, i settled on my new project. The last of the new Dyna Low Riders. 103 ci of unadulterated fun. This is going to be a wonderful friendship. And the kicker is they (Billy and A A Ron) did EVERYTHING in their power to get my girlfriend and *underlined* UNBEATABLE deal on her first bike not even two days later! Thank you to everyone involved. I appreciate your help and guidance. You guys treat your customers as if they were your close family, and it shows. Special mention to Matt in sales, Jeff in parts, Yarik also in sales.

Very disappointed in management! We are 3 generation Harley owners and riders! Our sons purchase of his first Harley was here about two months ago, sales reps were awesome but after two months he gets a call that they gave him the wrong plate and he has been riding around with a bad plate! WOW, ok so he has to drive 2 hours there to get his RIGHT plate and asked to speak with the manager who then unprofessionally his in his office and would not come out to apologize or offer any kind of compensation such as a free oil change, gift card or even a simple apology!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED SHAME ON YOU!!

I've purchased 5 Harley's from Orlando Harley since 2014, the first four were great experiences which prompted me to buy my fifth Harley from them, Sales and Billy in custom accessories were great ( service Dept dropped the ball on this bike ) I've tried to communicate with their management team with not a single response at all to my last email. So now I will have to pay another dealership to correct the issues with my bike. My issues are nothing severe, just need a little attention, i hate to post this type of review. I've always referred buyers to Orlando's Dealership, but my friends have seen what I've gone through and were shocked how my bike was treated threw the service dept, especially since I've spent a large sum of money customizing my 2017 Road King Special. My last four Harley's would have gotten perfect five star reviews.

The salesman? told me if I wanted to pay less than msrp to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I did and have purchased 5 new bikes since at other central Florida dealers. Smiled every time.

On Friday I went the dealership to get a shift shaft for my bike. Got the shaft right at closing. Little did I know i needed the shift linkage also. The manager got me a shift linkage and also helped me install it. I cannot express how helpful management was that evening. Thank you again OHD!

I bought a brand new 2019 CVO Streetglide from Orlando east historic factory and this was a 5 Experience from the word go!! Billy the sales manager at this dealership is like no one I have ever dealt with before.. Billy and his staff including my salesman Jordan made me feel so valued and important from the jump.. I had a few very minor manufacturing issues with my bike and Billy was so fast to jump into action and show his appreciation for my business like he promised me he would if I bought this very expensive motorcycle from his dealership!! I cannot say enough good things about Billy and his staff other than every dealership should run the same way Billy runs this one! Cody the parts guys is extremely knowledgeable and patient in dealing with my wants for my new bike.. Billy the sales manager made me feel so confident in making this this big purchase at his dealership and has lived up to his word.. this dealership is the best I have ever been to and would never go anywhere else for anything I need or want for my motorcycle..

Friday night close at 7 on Bike Week the worst night I ever had in my life and they want to know why they can't sell all these that's the reason

I recently got a new bike from OHD, I dealt with Loni who was outstanding. His customer service and knowledge was top notch. Everyone at OHD really goes the extra mile make sure the customer is satisfied.

Recently bought a new motorcycle at this particular location and overall the only decent part of the whole experience was that I got the color I ultimately wanted. My monthly payments are $95 over what I wanted to pay and my personal tags from the bike I traded in wasn't transferred over to new bike. They didn't bother asking me. I honestly should have left and gone to a different dealership or come back in a month or so to give them time to make the deal under my terms. My ultimate advise is to leave if the price isn't where you need it to be and payments aren't in your comfort zone.

I brought my partner to this dealership unfortunately so he could get his bike serviced. His experience with the owner and service team members were very unprofessional and unwilling to help because of how they handled the repair from start to finish. DO NOT BRING YOUR RIDE TO ANY OF THE ORLANDO HARLEY DEALERSHIPS. NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP AND SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS NEEDED BECAUSE THESE INDIVIDUALS GIVE THE BRAND A VERY BAD REPUTATION.

If you're considering taking the MSF course, find another establishment. I started riding at age 12 on a Honda CR80, moved along to street bikes, and after a 12 or 13 year hiatus from riding my thought was "this class could help." So, not only is it the law to take the MSF course, I figured I could improve my riding skills in a fun, laid back environment. I couldn't be more wrong. Please folks, avoid this dealership altogether. My experience after spending hundreds of dollars for a training course makes me thank God I didn't purchase a motorcycle from them. Any place that has a band, free food, and door prizes to lure you in is a bit sketchy.
