Went in to rent a bike and ended up buying one instead! I had a great experience at Orlando Harley. Everybody there was super friendly and very helpful. My salesman Yaric was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had. I ve purchased other motorcycles at other dealerships but never felt more welcomed and part of the family. Thanks!

Went there looking for a bike for my wife. They had no prices on there used bikes. Found a 2007 softail deluxe . They wanted way too much for the bike. Tried to negotiate the price down. They weren't even going to budge. Told them I can get a 2008 105th anniversary edition for $3,000 less then what they are asking for that bike. They wouldn't budge. But they were willing to make a deal on a new Heritage Softail then they try to hit us on the backend of the deal with high interest rate of 12% with great credit score. Needles to say I've bought her bike at another dealership. Where we got a good deal and a low interest rate. Won't be going back there. My opinion is for you to shop around.

I have visited and shopped several times at this store, although last August I found the store dropped and charged me for a couple of candles, oil filter and air a different value from the harley davidson table well above clear, I went to the Daytona store and I asked the price of the same pieces I was informed the value in the table.

We were traveling from the coast Monday April 2nd when I got a check engine light and a temp alarm on my 2016 road glide ultra. It was after hours so we took a room at a hotel about five miles from the dealership. Went to the dealership early when they opened. Talked with John Curly Knoblock who took all pertinent info and got us in as soon as the tech personnel arrived. An hour later problem solved(relay switch to cooling fans had failed) and covered under warranty!
Also the store associates let us into store before actual open hours and got us coffee from their break room.

This is the worst harley davidson I've ever been too. What a wasted trip that was. Staff acts like your bothering them when asking a question. Will not be going back!

Before I moved to California Orlando Harley was the only dealership I go would go to. My salesman, Shane, is awesome. He sold me my last three bikes. The service department is the fastest I've seen, and the service desk guy always remembers my name. I wish I could find a Harley dealership if this quality in California.

Went there specifically to pick up a Sportster 1200 I had seen online. I got there and the bike was out and it was looking more and more like I was gonna buy it. The salesman came out and was talking to me but didn t know the price on it, which is weird but ok there were a lot of bikes. I ask him to turn it on and he tells me the key is missing. Makes no effort to find it or look for it. Doesn t say much else to me. He later says that I m not ready to buy the bike after I double checked with my bank about the price I had seen online. So I left. I should have been one of the easiest sales that day.

I love that they have a regular Detailer! And she knows what she is doing! She knows what chemicals to use to the your bike at it's cleanest! Tell her Big Shawn sent you!

Awesome dealership. A guy completed his purchase while i was there. Let me tell you they blasted the stereo and made at least 4-5 big v twins roar to welcome him to the hd family. What a blast!!!

Great place to buy a Harley. Excellent customer service.

This was my Eagles Nest home base! However I will be moving on to new opportunities due to a change in philosophy and management, When I came in here in March close to a million google searchers were given only 5 stock photos and saw a 3.3 rating.. "I promised to change that and I did within two months"
After a ton of work and some awesome Events there are now over 70 pictures with my multiple 5 star reviews... My 5 star Reviews have single handedly changed the rating up to 4.3 . I had fun while it lasted and I will be taking my talent and energy to another Harley Davidson Dealership nearby very soon .. You all will find me there building positive relationships and getting H.D. riders rolling .

I like their inventory, but their sales people are too pushy for you to buy a more expensive bike that the one you are looking for.

Orlando Harley-Davidson sold me a lemon and they refuse to make it right. The Street Glide was wholly misrepresented during the purchase. For example, it was listed with a security system and a 103 engine. The security system referenced was a handlebar lock and the 103ci engine was really a 96ci with the wrong air cleaner cover on it.. To say the sales process was deceptive at this dealership would be an understatement. When I first came in to buy the bike, I shared pricing on comparable bikes with less miles and the GM was adamant - the pricing was very fair as they thoroughly inspect and service these bikes before they hit the floor. He said, If you buy this bike, you re family and we take care of our family here. We aren t going to sell you something that you ll have to bring back down the road. Joshua Smiley took over after the previous GM was let go and according to Joshua, deals like mine are the exact reason the previous management was let go. Josh hasn t been an improvement - always unresponsive and in his eyes, the previous management isn t there anymore so no one is accountable for what has happened.

The bike had a slew of other issues only presented after extended riding. It s obvious they take the bikes in, give them a very lazy look over, maybe a wash and throw them on the sales floor. The bike spent around 1 month sitting in service as they addressed the issues (that would have been fixed prior to purchase with a thorough inspection). That s 1 month a vehicle I purchased and paid on monthly was completely inaccessible to me..

Here we are now, less than 3k miles later and the bike is essentially unridable. Turn signals and tail lights don t function properly, the radio shuts off and on every minute or so, and after 3k miles of very very light use, the rear tire is needing replacement. I ve never had a motorcycle (and I have had a few bikes) or car sold with less than 3k miles left on the tires.

After all of this, I was willing to give the dealership the opportunity to make it right. Get me on another bike that is newer, thoroughly inspected and in great working order. I am not putting any cash down or increasing the monthly payment, I took one for the team - now it s your turn. Instead of an eager willingness to help, Joshua remained very unresponsive and finally said he doesn t have anything in his inventory to fit my needs. I reached out to the owners, Steve and Anne Deli and they have made no attempt to contact me or make things right. I even asked Joshua Smiley to get me in touch with them and his response was, The Delis have been made aware of your requests.

There are a ton of great Harley-Davidson dealerships around the Central Florida area but I suggest avoiding ANY of the Orlando Harley-Davidson dealerships. They are poorly managed and clearly don t care about their customer base. Oh and FYI, this is my 3rd bike purchase from them. I ve been a customer for almost a decade and that doesn t make a lick of difference to them.

UPDATE: Number 1, it hasn't been 3 years since this bike was purchased.. Number 2, the year has no bearing on the ineptitude of your handling of this. The year doesn't effect the fact that your dealership mislead us countless times with this bike. Just another reason to avoid this shop.

I bought a 2016 CVO Streetglide and it was the most miserable experience I've ever had! I had purchased two bikes previous to this one from this dealership and had no issues. I dealt with a sales manager and the GM for this sale and everything was great until I went in to the finance department and dealt with the finance manager. He tried to sell me all the mop and glow stuff add ons. He talked to me about the service maintenance program for my bike. Explain the difference in payment with and without the program unfortunately he misrepresented the cost to me. I realize the cost was way more than he represented it to me. I called immediately the next morning to cancel that service agreement. For several weeks I was given the runaround as to whether they could do it, then they couldn't do it, finally they agreed to do it.
I'm still waiting on my refund! I've lodged a complaint with Harley Davidson they are investigating and will let me know. I never usually buy these extended warranty plans but because he made it so attractive but misrepresented the costs I felt as though he was misleading me into buying something that I didn't want. Buyer beware

Very good service. If it is to see motorcycles and ideal. But if it's for the botique it's kind of out of hand.

Have been having trouble with my 2011 electaglide for a while now. I have had it numerous places to get that pesky noise looked at and had given up, I took the bike to Orlando Harley Davidson for an in related problem, thu fixed the problem at hand and found the cause of that pesky noise. It s nice to get your ride back fixed properly and clean and buffed as well. Thanks to all at Orlando Harley Davidson absolutely superior service.

They say they finance anyone.. however, if you have not so good credit, be ready for a HUGE down payment! (Almost HALF of the cost of the bike down!)

Rented a Harley for the day, did it online with express check in and I was in and out rideing a new full dress flhtcui in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly.

I tested a few and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. The guy even started on the road with me to make sure I got home safe. FOREVER A HOG

Had work done on my bike a new starter put on they took off my battery tender and never put it back on low rate for work mon ship

I won't say they were rude, but less than friendly. I inquired about getting my Infotainment flashed, but was told it would be $130. I recently spent $32k on a a bike, and they want to charge me that for something that takes 30 seconds and should be free......... I will never walk in that place again.

The staff are friendly and the store is willing to work with you and help you out. Definitely reccomend coming in and speaking with someone if your interested in a motorcycle.

If there were "0" stars that would be my score. I have waited long to write this review. First I was told on the phone that they had a used Harleymodel in stock that met my price point .Upon arrival, I was met by the person on the phone and handed down to a sales guy who had no clue what I was saying or did not care to listen. After showing us several new models we had to stop the guy and ask for the bike that I was told was there. They finally find the bike and assured me the price was the one we discussed on the phone. After the road test, the bike went from on price to $4k more! The manager guy whom I did not even catch his name said in essence that it was the price and sorry they could not assist. Needless to say after spending a couple of hours with an inept sales guy, the inept manager comes out as if he did not care, sold the brand more than customer satisfaction and in essence said that Harley are expensive bikes and he did not have anything that suited my wife's and I needs. Very dismissive. They push BRAND NEW BIKES and their used inventory is slim to none. This experience turned me down from Harley and even testing one at St Pete Power Sports I chose to buy a Japanese bike at St Pete Power Sports .The crew here is beyond awesomeness. Orlando Harley is over priced, over rated and in my opinion a scam for those who are looking for a Harley. (Even another customer walked out as they refused to make the deal even when the guy was putting almost half of the bike in down payment cash). They definitely need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and a management team that shared the same passion for service not crrokedness and ripping off customers

Horrible experience in the service dept. I think his name was Dave promised my bike would be ready on a Monday. Never heard from them so I called next day. After 3 call he tells me for sure Wednesday. No word from him again, so I call and I'm assured to come get it on Thursday that it would be ready. I arrange a ride to work as at the time I worked very close. So I figured I'd walk over and pick it up. Once again they drop the ball and don't call. After many phone attempts, I finally get Dave on the phone telling me now Friday. So here I am at work, with no way home. At this point I told him I'd lost faith in his customer service skills and told them I'd be showing up with a trailer to pick the bike up on Saturday. And to my surprise it was completed on Saturday. The reason for such the delay? They were waiting on a "special glue". Total Bs. After purchasing 2 bikes there, I will never ever go back! Lost customer for life!

Service department was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Bike sat there for almost 2 months before they touched it. After several calls sometimes waiting 20 +min just to leave a message finally get Rob to take my call. I ask why my bike hast been looked at and his response to me was IF YOU LIKE I CAN CALL YOU EVERYDAY TO TELL YOU THAT WE DIDN'T GET TO IT. Beware before you take your bike there.

Been I the harley industry for almost 40 yrs- service manager is a smuck- I have a mind to apply for the that position just to try to help out the dealership get a better reputation - I know of at least 50 riders that have gone to other dealers just because of the personal! What a great place to get it back from him I was lucky enough to meet Billy Davis the manager they took great care of me it was a phenomenal buying process and I m in love with my new 2019 street glide special my sales person Joey Leoni was a dream to deal with
