The sales manager Billy, sales associate Eddie, and the entire team that helped me were fantastic. Their professionalism, expertise and passion were noted and appreciated! Will definitely purchase from them again and I highly recommend the team at Orlando Harley Davidson.

We stopped by to have a look around today and we were greeted by Jeb from sales. We had just purchased a bike in Washington and were vacationing in the area. Jeb made a point to show us around, take some very nice photos of us, and we ended up buying quite a list of things from their MotorClothes department which had a huge selection! If you visit the area or are a local looking to buy a Harley-Davidson, this is the place to go - they get customer service and we'll be back on our next visit!

I bought a 2020 Street Glide Special on the last day of the Daytona Bike Week. The dealership was extremely crowded with bikers and events. Even in the most hectic moments, the staff at the Orlando Harley-Davidson were very willing to share their knowledge and opinions of the motorcycles, they were attentive, patient, and let me make my own decisions on what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. The process was not an 'all-day' exercise like many other dealerships I've dealt with.

Overall great services and family place, ,,, when taking the driving course the score management wasn't to accurate with everyone (was one employee posible misunderstanding ) but, I WILL go back with no problem

Did the riders course here. Great experience with a free rental at the end. Really appreciate the free course offered for ems workers.

Dominic was very good to work with on the repairs on my bike. He kept me informed, stayed on top of the repair, and was able to get it back to me as promised! Dominic and Randy were exceptional in taking care of the bike and extremely great to work with.....I will return to them for my service needs on my bike! Great service, friendly, and knowledgeable! The staff courtesy and knowledge showed that this people are very professional. It's a motorcycle paradise. They have different financial options. I just walked in to look and dream awake. They let me drive a motorcycle and after a short ride, I ended up owning a brand new 2018 Sportster... A dream come true. I still can't believe it!!!

I was considering trading my 2018 Road Glide Special for a new 2019 model to take advantage of the new 114 motor and infotainment system they just came out with. I reached out to the salesman that I purchased my last bike from at OHD only to learn he no longer worked for them; however, he said he knew their new sales manager and that he would have him give me a call. Within minutes of receiving his response, I received a phone call from OHD s sales manager, Billy Davis. Billy immediately went to work setting up a test ride and crunching the numbers to put a deal together that would work for both of us. I can honestly say that I am nothing short of impressed by his professionalism and his no pressure desire to serve his customers in his efforts, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had working with any vehicle sales professional. Unfortunately, in the end I decided the new model color choices and upgrades weren t enough to compel me to make a trade at this time, but I had such a positive experience working with Billy that when the time comes for me to purchase a new bike, Billy will without a doubt be the first person I go to.

Dudes came correct. I was looking for a 2016 flss softtail slim, used. Knowledge of the vehicles were on point and had more than enough patience given my inexperience with motorcycles. Looking forward to seeing them again.

BAIT AND SWITCH, looking for a bike to give my wife on Christmas and found one advertised in Cycle Trader at Harley Davidson Orlando for $6999 (2019 XL 1200 NS). Inquired through Cycle Trader and received a response from Ally at Harley Orlando that the bike was still in stock and to come in for a test drive (email on file). Drove 1 1/2 hour to Harley Orlando to be told that the bike was no longer in stock, and that it was sold awhile back. As I was leaving, the salesman advised he can get me in a comparable bike for the same price. So he goes and talks to the big desk and an hour later, the sales manager comes over and shows me the "deal of a lifetime ". A used 2020 XL 1200 NS for $3300 Down and ~$300/month for 60 most. Moral of the story is, they baited me in with a bike for $6900 and tried to sell me a comparable bike for total after financing for $21,300. Thanks Orlando Harley for encouraging me to now look at different brands. And you wonder why your market share is down?

They don't honor Harley Davidson coupons but they're Harley Davidson.

I really love this place. I've bought every Harley I've ever owned from this dealership. The people are great, the place is incredible and always immaculate, and it's always an easy and honest experience.

I was here a few years back, in the area and just HAD to get the T-shirt. I'm from Maryland and I wish we had dealerships as well stocked and with such friendly staff. It's not far from the convention center, so be sure to stop by.

Parts department sucks i went in there guy was on the phone, didnt bother him. In the mean time 3 employees came by and none asked if i needed any help. When the guy on the phone finished they all started chatting and ignored me when i approached the counter. I just turned around and left, you cant have my money, now im ordering the part online in your parking lot. Have a good day :-)

Let me start off by saying this dealership is the worst Harley Davidson dealership i have ever been to. And i have been to a lot. Brought my 2018 street glide to this dealership because i was having a wobble going on my brand new bike that is only 8 month old. They tell me it had bad neck bearings and the rear bearing is bad too. Then they tell me that my rear tire is choppy. I told them ok that has to be cause of the rear bearing. Service advisor told me yes and when i said then warranty should pay for it. The next day I get a phone call from Reese to tell me that the reason why my tire is choppy is because the low tire pressure. I do not know where these technicians go to school to work for Harley Davison. But the only reason a tire will be choppy is for bad shocks or bad bearings not low tire pressure. To come to find out that my rear tire had 31psi when it should have 40 psi. Still hard to believe that low tire pressure was the problem. When asked to have the service manager to give me a call I want three days never got a phone call from him. Was told my bike will be done on Tuesday and never got a phone call. I call Wednesday after 2 o clock and was told that the bike was complete. Went in Thursday to get my bike and was told the bike is in the wash. ( if i would of came Wednesday to get it then it would of not been done. Thanks for the wash #smh )Their communication with the customers is the worse. I have own a Harley Davidson going onto eight years and have never had this problem with any other dealership. A 2018 street glide with bad bearings that is only eight months old. I just moved to Orlando and was looking for a dealership to have service my bike. I would never take my bike to this dealership. I will take it to stormy hill or motorcycle Clinic where they take better care of customers. Only a dumb person will continue to buy or take their bike to this location. Stay away!

P.s thank you so much Orlando Harley Davidson for your wonderful customer service and your wonderful service department you made it easier for me to go to stormy hill and trade in my 2018 street glide for the 2019 street glide could ve been your deal but you messed that up.

This has to be the Best dealership in the State they have treated me like royalty you would ve thought I had a million dollars but I don t I m just a regular guy working for a living and they took care of me like they would anybody else that was impressive from dealing with the manager to the salesman to the finance department she was great this took less than one hour and I left that Dealership smiling ear to ear I was in Orlando at rush-hour traffic was terrible rain was was very heavy on my truck but for some reasonI I kept smiling and the sun was shining down on me when I buy my next bike it would definitely be a visit to Orlando Harley Davison thanks to Billy and all his staff and the beautiful lady in the finance department I have nothing but great things to say about their entire staff I hope to do business with you again soon. Great service. Very welcoming environment. We are new to the biking world, had a lot of questions. Many are very basic.
All staff were very patient and wanted to expose us to the biking world.

Went in to the dealership on 5/5/18 to get a better idea of what bike would be a good fit for me. Was all set to come in and deal with Chadd but he was unfortunately out in a test ride and recommended I ask for Yarick when I get there. I m glad I did. Didn t take long to discover that the iron 883 was the perfect fit. Yarick was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and concerns. During the process the store suddenly got insanely loud with music and revving cycles. I already knew that a sale had just been completed before Yarick explained what just happened. Little did I know I would be getting the same fan fare that same day. Thank you Yarick for getting me on my first bike and thanks to you as well Chadd. Can t wait to get on the road with my new bike.

Was there to inquire regarding learn to ride program they have. Got answers for all my questions and was patiently.

Great experience buying a bike. Attention to detail when servicing or inspection for crash repair is deplorable. I mentioned main concern and concerns are not addressed. Makes me feel that they don't do a full service when simple things are missed and have to bring the bike back repeatedly for things missed.

The staff at Orlando Harley-Davidson is awesome in everything they do, they help me a lot on the purchase of my new Harley and they were really patience and helpful during the entire process. And I want to thanks John for being so patience and being with me during the entire process , while making the day easy and fun at the same time. P.S. I have never feel some welcomed in a dealer like I felt in this one.

Overly pushy sales (to the point of making it uncomfortable), and they will NOT give you a price until you start signing stuff (which they then use to guilt and badger you into a sale). Apparently their bottom line is so important that they resell motorcycles BEFORE they are inspected. They do not give you a chance to breathe or think, and they badger and guilt you until you go along with what they want. Then, they pressure you into leaving positive feedback and not giving a true evaluation of your experience out of empathy for any single person who didnt make it an horrible ordeal. It was such a terrible experience that it has 100% turned me off of Harley s for LIFE. I will NEVER buy another Harley and I will NEVER recommend anyone to Orlando Harley.
