This is a very comfortable Omni with elegant rooms that make it easy to stay inside and never want to leave. Omni rooms have all the amenities you would expect and they always make extra effort with Select Guest members, from the complimentary morning beverages to free wifi. This hotel is fairly busy with convention groups but there are enough staff and elevators to keep other guests moving. My only issue was with the valet which twice took over 30 mins to find our car, then we discovered it was going to the wrong tower. There are two towers here and it's a large hotel. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice hotel in a central location, easy access to many spots in downtown Atlanta. Parking is expensive, but convenient. There's a covered walk way directly to the World Congress Center and the CNN building which has a big food court.

The hotel and lobby are nice and what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff have been prompt and courteous thus far. I was immediately turned off by the exorbitant parking fee of about $40 per day, I later realized I could have parked a block away for only $10 a day. The room itself has some dated furniture, and we weren't big fans of the bed either. The countertops on the bathroom were dusty and there was a musty smell in the closet, making us wonder when the last person stayed on here. Overall, not impressed given the price.

Nice

This has been the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. Room wasn't available at check in time. No answer on when it will be ready. We had to get ready for our event in the SPA locker room. We went to our event and got at midnight. 45 minutes later and we don't have our bags. The immediate response option on the phone gets you a lady with an attitude that tells you someone will be here.... without a time. Ask to speak to a manager and you are told they are busy. The lack of care and concern is appalling. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Hotel staff was abysmal. I understand you are busy but that was pathetic. 36 min on hold waiting for manager and finally hung up. Spoke to front desk and asked management to call and nope. Over 2 hours for sheets. The room was nice and our loyalty ambassador was amazing. She is the reason for it not being a 1.

Ive stayed here several times on what I call, "mini " vacations to get away. I must say that this is a very nice hotel. I have never had a bad experience. Rooms are large, bedrooms are good size with hot, hot water at ur command. The beds are like the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I have gotten free upgrades and when I asked for a room with a view, staff was happy to accommodate. The only thing that im mixed about is valet parking. On one hand, I like it that your car is brought to u promptly , but parking is expensive at $35 a night! There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel too. Location is great!!!! I love staying here!!!!!!

Not a great experience at the Omni this time. Have come to expect more from them. I had actually planned on asking my girlfriend to marry me at the Omni because it had been one of our favorite places to stay in downtown and we had shared a lot of memories there. The room had issues. Had to prop a chair beside the entertainment center to keep the door open so we could see TV, among other issues. Bell staff was not friendly. Actually had a bellman take a luggage cart away from me. Told me I could not use it, I had to wait on bell staff. I had already notified Valet to bring my vehicle around. Was just trying to help since bellstaff was about 30 minutes behind. Whole experience was not good. Won't be staying at omni again.

The rooms was nice but the overall too many extra fees they took and extra 45$ off my card when I payed the 45 in cash... I m going threw red tape about.. when it came to check out they was trying keep my 100 deposit saying I owe some money thank god another worker was standing there and noticed I didn t. My brother payed all his fees n Valet parking up front they try keep his money took them and 3extra hours to get it right just too much

Horrible customer service. I was triple charged for my room, called three different times and was told a manager will contact me ASAP and still no resolution. I have been overcharged $1000! Stay far away.

I expected so much more from Omni. I have had previous experiences with Omni that were above and beyond. I had a horrible experience booking our reservations at Omni CNN on the 1-800 number. I had horrible service when I called the hotel directly with a question. When we arrived The only positive thing is that our key was ready. But how positive is that when you get a room with holes in the ceiling, broken furniture, hairs on the toilet, mold around the vent, wallpaper peeling. I can go on and on. Horrible! Being a member there were certain things that I expected which never came to pass. I also called housekeeping for extra towels and trusted that extra towels is what I would get. It wasn't until later that when it was time to use the extra towels that we realize what they brought us was a stack of floor mats yes. Not a good trip

I came down to Atlanta for a music festival. I paid for valet parking. Valet parking will only allow the workers to actually park your car. The workers were very rough with driving my car. Once it was time to check out of the hotel, I noticed a dent in my vehicle that was not there before bringing my car here. The workers completely disregarded my car being dented due to their negligence. my car is a newly purchased 2018 Hyundai Sonata. There was absolutely no damage to my car before arriving to this horrible hotel. PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF YOUR VEHICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

My family went for a Hawks game. It was so easy to walk from the Omni to Phillips Arena. The room was nice and comfortable. I would recommend it if you have business or pleasure in the downtown area.

Nice room, staff very friendly, but completely overpriced.... sorry guys, you asked me. I would not have chosen to do an online review, but you asked me to so this is my honest opinion........

Would not recommend for two reasons.

Would not recommend for two reasons.
1.) what you see is not what you get. Parking (valet) is $45 a night with no free option. That doesn t included the tips every time you get your car out. WiFi is 10 per night. No free breakfast. Tv has no guide in the way that you can see what s playing. Only a list of channels. Movie rental is $20 and $10 if you want to play music from the tv.

2) pool is not well managed and maintained. I ve seen dirty diapers on the ground by the hot tub, trash in the pool and all around it. Cigarette butts everywhere. This is mostly because someone invited their entire extended family here the night previous and had a free pool party. We were unable to use the pool during and after. It the pool was monitored this type of thing wouldn t happen.

Just grossed out and overcharged.

Superb staff, very nice (newly renovated) rooms. Amazing water pressure and shower heads. Great TV and beds/pillows. Parking is expensive, even for valet IMHO.

Overall, a place I would stay again without hesitation.

We decided to have an adult night out with some friends and not worry about how to get home. We enjoyed a local concert and slept so soundly. The room was what you would expect from an omni hotel. Down to the finest detail that most people forget about. There were little packs of Qtips, mouth wash and lotion awaiting in the bathroom. This hotel really felt more like home. The views from the room were amazing!!

just stayed here for the Ed Sherran concert and celebrated our anniversary here stayed on the 15th floor the staff and everyone was nice and polite when the knew me and my wife was celebrating our anniversary the Omni sent up a bottle of champagne with a card we will definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping is not up to the standards you would expect for this price. Floors of the hotel are confusing, and if you arrive in the evening, there is only one place to check in. Good luck--when I arrived there was no one to help with luggage and no signs to tell me I needed to take the escalator to a different floor and find a passage to another building. Much of the staff is friendly and helpful, but housekeeping is hit or miss, literally, as they skipped servicing rooms on some days for no apparent reason. Bring your own instant coffee and creamer if that's important to you. Don't complain, though, because the rest of your day will be hijacked by "concerned" staff trying to talk to you about it. Don't stay here unless the location is your most important consideration.

So first off they charge you a "unexplained" fee when you arrive. Parking each day is 40$. Then when you go to buy a soda from the machine they charge you more than what the machine says. I bought a coke and it was suspose to be 2.25$ but was actually 4.50$ then they changed me twice more for that bc they were out of the first two I picked from so all in all I spent about 20$ on a dang coke!!!! I will never stay here again even if my life depended on it. For the amount of money you put in to a " four star" hotel I would have rather stayed at a super 8 hotel for the kind of service that the Omni provides!!!! I do not recommend this hotel I will never recommend this hotel!!! As far as I am concerned this hotel in Atlanta Georgia is BLACK LISTED from my trips to Atlanta... oh and another thing the could have at least...... I mean at least cleaned the dust off of the dang air vents above our heads. Rant is over!! Never go to the OMNI IN ATLANTA

The food in the main restaurant in near the lobby was excellent. All staff members of the hotel were very nice and helpful. Fitness center was one of the nicest I have seen in a hotel. Hot tub and pool were clean, hot tub could have been a little warmer. Bed was a little more firm than I like and pillows were a little too soft, but I didn't complain, I still slept well. Overall this was a very nice place and would definitely stay there again.

We were there for a 4life research convention oct 11-16 2016.

we found upon arrival that the grand total (SENT TO US) of our stay was not the grand total because we had to add incidental charges. we budgeted for 3 rooms so we had to scramble to find an extra $750. incidental charges: is so 1990's please be more clear or just hid them in the rates.

we found that you they also charge for internet access!!! our first hotel in years charging us for internet access. charging for internet: IS SO 2004 or 2005 ....please do you really want those dollars at the expense of costumer happiness?

housekeepers were courteous and dedicated, good people there. front desk guy : limited in his options for creating happiness for a guest, give him small stuff he can do for guest recovery...some voucher to a drink or something..

bell services: focused on tips and fast but not quality service.
suggestion: retrain, sort, let go if necessary and hire better people as good people is not trained, they are found.
overnight parking at $35 per night: is so 1990's you offer convenience with parking but again why wanna squeeze every possible penny out of your guest?
will we stay again? highly doubtful.
will we recommend it? you can answer that by yourselves.
can you do better and still show profit? OF COURSE!

Nice

Where should I start?! This hotel acts as if it's never handled large crowds before. Chaos ruled.

The system kept giving me an error message when I tried over and over to check-in online before arrival. I called to add my four year old to the reservation because if you are an Omni member and have a child traveling with you they are supposed to get an activity book.

I did not pay $45 to overnight valet because I am able to park nearby for free. The valet line was ridiculously long and it took over 45 minutes just to drop my family off (which I ended up doing across the street from the north tower near the park).

Check-in took an hour and we were 5th in line. I asked about the item for kids and was told they had nothing.

We never were able to get on the complimentary wi-fi even after being transferred to a random call center where they offered no further instructions or advice about how to go about getting on to the wireless. The toilet in room 1857 was so loud and made a 90 second screeching noise every time it was flushed. The cable sucked (no kids channels).

This hotel may have a great location but that is the only thing it has going for it. I would never spend this kind of money to stay here again. The hotel is essentially a two star property, and there are plenty of other options nearby. Save yourself some money and a headache.
