Omni Atlanta is overall the best hotel to stay in when visiting ATL. The rooms are fresh and clean. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful regardless of ethnicity or class or income. The establishment appearance is warm, welcoming, and well maintained. Knowing every business has errors, mishaps and make mistakes (we didn't experience any), the one I did hear about was corrected expediently with an immediate apology from the staff.

The room was nice and very spacious. We we're in the park side of the hotel so we had a fair bit of street noise. To park on the property was $45, which I thought was excessive considering how much I was paying to stay there. I felt as if it should have been included in the price of the room. Overall it was a very nice hotel.

I love the location of the Omni for attending football at Mercedes-Benz stadium. The rooms are compact but comfortable in the South tower and quiet if you are not facing the street. We overlooked the unused conference space courtyard which made it quiet.

It s great to have the large food court underneath the hotel leading to the CNN Experience and so many food choices to the pricey hotel restaurants. This is great for bad weather when you can t motivate yourself to get the rain gear out.

Parking is $45 per day which is exorbitant but you do get in/out privileges. You could park in the Hilton Garden Inn lot and save $15 bucks, it s not far to walk.

Upside good rooms and a great location. Downside they nickle and dime and overcharge on everything. Example 45 dollar a night parking for guest, 6 dollar waters, wifi not included, etc etc. By the end of the trip I was surprised they didn't just charge us the entire electric and water bill with how much they decide to try to charge extra for. Poor experience for the price.

Stayed in the (older) south tower with no complaints. Arrived and checked in around noon. My king room over looked the CNN Center. I was concerned about noise from there but the food court closes at 8. (Check out BurgerFi). I was attending an event at the Georgia World Congress. While this building is connected to the GWC, if you are headed to Building C, you'll have a hike.

We had a long day of driving and a rough time at a different hotel in Nashville last night. In contrast to that; tonight Ciara at the front desk was very kind, efficient and helpful. When we got to our room and there were loud people next door, she said "wait there" then quickly came and brought us keys to another room. She went above and beyond and the rooms were nice, clean and modern. Definitely a highlight of this trip!

I went there for a convention and I have to say I am amazed by the staff friendliness and the quality of the service provided. The food was simply amazing and the staff go above and beyond to help you with their needs. Amazing!

The hotel is not up to the standards of the typical Omni.
On the floor of my room, I found a dump of pennies from a previous guest, I assume, with "residue" left in the toilet.
Bed was clean, but that's a minimal expectation.
The room was nauseating at check-in; it seemed the housekeeper spilled a couple of gallons of bleach in the bathroom or something.
The room service charge was unusually high, but then again, so are the basics. Black coffee and a banana in the lobby cost $18.00 (I avoided room service breakfast due to the $10.00 delivery charge).

WiFi in the rooms and conference area are ridiculously slow. Painfully slow. That extends to how rapidly the television changes channels as well, as the TV is internet-operated.

All in all the location is outdated with spackled-on coverings. Overall, it doesn't feel clean, doesn't smell clean/fresh, overpriced, and not what one expects from an Omni.

Very nice location. I found lots of dust in bathroom vent, minimal sign of mildew growth in tub. Worn vinyl tub lines on my feet. Sink + bath tub draining water slowly, creating a puddle. Seems like it was very nice + posh in the day. Needs major tune up for a clean modern feel. I love clean surfaces especially for 4star hospitality ratings. I did not find it easy to rest, lots of guests enjoying Atlanta's nightlife. No free parking, they have zombie molasses valet. Parked off site.

I visited the Omni for a spa treatment at their spa and my massage therapist was Deon! The best massage I've ever had and the customer service all together was phenomenal! Great Ambiance and even better rates as well! I will most definitely be back!

I stayed here the Feb 5th-6th. All of the escalators were down. We couldn't use the status because they were closed. Which is a fire hazard. The entire building had us all using only 4 elevators. It was very chaotic at this hotel. The worst stay that I have ever experienced.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff for the most part was very friendly. However when you have to pay $45 a night to valet park your car and that is the only option it sets the mood.
Also when asking staff where certain places were within walking distance we either got I have not idea or incorrect directions.

So far....not impressed. I can usually tell within the first few hours of stay if I will be happy. Waited 15 minutes for an elevator. Ok so it s busy. Arrived at the room. Decided to order room service. The room had two broken lamps. Trying to turn in a lamp to see the book for ordering room service but lamps didn t work. Had to go to the bathroom counter to see the menu. Then, I finally ordered wine, and she informed me it would be a 45 minute wait. I am only one hour in, but I sure hope this gets better! Because it s been a hassle to get settled. When it is one problem after another, it begins to get frustrating! So for this price point, this is not ideal!

Stayed for a cheer competition in April. Had a room in the south tower. This is clearly the older part of the hotel. The rooms are showing their age - dirty carpet, old furnishings, outdated bathroom fixtures. The bathroom had no fan, so it got quite warm in there after showers. The coffee maker in our room was broken. Two of the 4 elevators were down while we were there leading to long waits. You can take the stairwells down, but not up due to locked doors. The bar was overpriced, but typical for a hotel bar.

Got a great deal, so it's hard to complain, plus the location is perfect for downtown Atlanta - particularly Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was my main destination. I don't have that platinum selling album yet, so I couldn't be affording the room service.

Location is great! They offered good rates with my APS conference and were very easy to interact with. Elevators go really fast, which gave my colleague some motion sickness when we were drunk, but not too bad. The one thing that really annoyed us was the housekeeping staff kept moving our things across the bathroom or room and we kept losing track of them. A pretty good experience nevertheless

A nice property in the heart of downtown Atlanta right next to several attractions. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. I stayed here for a conference so I can't comment to the full extent of the amenities. From a conference perspective the place was more than suitable.

Room and services definitely 5 star. Restaurants I've eaten at are great. Little disappointed in how late things are open on week nights. Shops seemed to be closed earlier than I expected.

We got stuck in the elevator and the alarm didnt work we had to call the front desk and then we waited for about 30 mins and it just so happened the maintenance man passed by and heard us finally got it open and he was rude about it and then we had to take a service elevator when I pay 150 dollars a night at a hotel I expect it to b 5 star and a 5 star experience however this was the worse experience I have ever had and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and then what hotel makes u pay for wifi and then 45 dollars for valet parking this hotel is not worth what u pay a night so if you want your monies worth do not stay here.
