Driver was arrived early, completely professional and courteous, and dropped me off at my destination safely. Vehicle was also clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this company!

Oh my, where do I start. I guess at the beginning. Driver was late, late, late,late. Off to a bad start already. We had some changes to our route and HALF of our time was wasted because the driver had NO IDEA where he was going. He was super duper nice. I will say that. Just a nice guy but totally lost in Manhattan. He said he did not drive in NYC that he was from Jersey. We looked up all the addresses to the places we were to go. NO plan, no addresses were given to the poor driver. OMG, even finding a place to eat was a CHORE. I felt sorry for the guy and we gave him a good tip but NEVER EVER again will I use this pitiful service. I will be visiting Manhattan often and won't use them again. Not worth the stress. Sending a driver to NYC who never drives there was just a really dumb move. I get a headache just thinking about that experience.

Our driver Jimmy was a pleasure. He arrived at our home early for pickup and was a safe driver. Executive stayed in touch via text and email. Booking was a breeze through the website.

I highly recommend Executive Limousine in West Babylon to anyone. They were incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond, and their prices were the best for what we were looking for (priced out about 15 locations total). Our driver Chris was hospitable, courteous, and genuinely concerned that we were all enjoying ourselves. I would make a separate review for Chris and personally give him 5 stars as well if I could. The limo bus was extremely clean and everything ran on time and smoothly. Will certainly hire them for their services again and recommend to anyone who's looking for the same.

After I scheduled a pick up & a long story of how my daughter did not get in the correct car home, they did not charge me the whole quoted amount. Loved the whole experience! I m a mother of 3 young children who lives in Manhattan and when it was time to head to Gurneys Montauk, we rather not drive. I called to set up our trip, one on the way there and the other for the way back. I spoke two gentlemen named John and Doug, both incredible nice. They have car seats at no extra costs which is a plus! Special thanks to our Chauffeur, David for being patient, nice and professional. I highly recommend executive limousine!

My driver David was early and patient with me, as I had to wait for my bag at the airport. This service came recommended to me by my mother, who has used them for over 20 years, and I can see why. VIP service is worth it when you're riding to and from the airport. I would use Executive Limousine again, and recommend them to anyone traveling around the Long Island/NYC area or airports.

From start to end our vineyard tour with Executive Limo was perfect. John was so helpful and informative during the booking process. Communication prior to the date of our tour was consistent and detailed. Our driver Bill was the icing on the cake. He arrived on time and our car was stocked and immaculate car. He was fun and went long with our craziness throughout the day. He left us at our leisure to enjoy our time at each vineyard and was easy to locate when we were ready to go. The vineyards that we visited each had a little something for everyone in our group. We will definitely be booking again!!!

Arthur was our chauffeur this evening for the ride home from JFK. He was there before we were even ready. He was professional, polite and a very careful driver in the rainy weather.

Once I put into my file that I can't get into SUV's and that I need inside meet to handle my luggage, I've never had a problem with Executive Limousine, worldwide. I booked 3 trips to and from the airport with Executive for a family reunion and everything was perfect. Drivers were prompt and very professional. Vehicles were clean and very comfortable. I have used other companies in the past where they have sent vehicles that were too small or drivers that ran late or got lost. It can be nerve-wracking when things are out of your control and you have a bunch of people that need to get to/from the airport. But your service was perfect and you gained a loyal customer and I will recommend your company without hesitation.

I would NOT use this company ever again. We rented a party bus for the day with Executive Limousine for 30 people to take us to vineyards in Long Island. The sound system didn't work the whole day and when asked for a partial refund the company refused and said "It's a done deal". If we had wanted a regular bus we would've rented something cheaper but the whole point of a party bus is to have music. The team did nothing to help us out.

Our driver was John. I was very impressed. He came early and was very nice. Great ride to city to celebrate friends 60th Birthday. He texted me where he was. Came when we were ready to leave. Another great ride back to Long Island. I recommend this company highly. I have had problems with other limo places in the past that took a big deposit and never heard from again. We got the splinter van limo and it was great. We had 10 ladies but there was plenty of room we felt for 5 or so more. Thanks again John for a great time and Executive Limo.

GREAT SERVICE! I had Chris last night as a driver he was so accommodating and nice to myself and all my guest.

We got to our destination safely and on time and it was the same going back home.

He had waters ready to go and helped out in any way to make the ride enjoyable (like connecting the aux cord to play music) Loved it!

Recently Rented their party bus for my prom on the 8th of June. The bus was beyond awesome looking, and there was plenty of room to fit 20 people comfortably. The driver John was also very friendly and was a great driver. The customer service when you call for a quote are also very nice and are willing to assist you with anything! Also the prices are hard to beat;they have great package deals. I would recommend to everyone and will be a repeat customer

My 2 year old child could have died! No response from Management.

Going to LGA - we requested a car seat. Driver arrived on time, seat buckled into the car, no problem. We enjoyed it so much, I called to arrange a ride back from LGA.

Got back to NYC - Driver on time, seat in the car, ready to go... or so we thought. The driver took our exit off the SSP and the seat wasn't buckled in securely to the car. It was just sitting in backseat. Therefore, our 2yr old daughter, while in her seat, fell completely over hitting her the driver side passenger door. The only response from the driver was, "sorry about that - normally when they have a car seat ordered, they buckle them in."

ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!

I called the main line and spoke to Bernard and I explained to him what happened. After a moment of silence, his response was... "Sorry if no one told you, but our policy is that it is your responsibility to make sure the seat is secure. I will call the driver to figure out what happened." No apology, no inquiry about the health of our daughter, nothing - he hits me with POLICY!?! A policy that was never communicated after making the same reservation (TWICE!) - I signed nothing - no flyer - no leaflet - no email - NOTHING?!? And its my fault?!?

ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! One can only now assume: if the driver gets pulled over for not wearing a seat belt, is that the passengers responsibility to pay the fine? If the driver got into an accident, and our bags went flying over the freeway causing a pile up, is it the passengers responsibility to go to court? I told Bernard, his response isn't good enough and I want a response from management within 24hrs. Which, Bernard complied.

Well, that time comes and goes. I have to call them back and now I speak to John. John says there was no record of my complaint on file. He apologized for what occurred and stated that management was currently out of the office, but he reassured me Adam 'Schwartz,' the manager, would "definitely" call me today (1/2/17).

So, here I sit - 3:55pm on this cloudy January morning and no response from John, Bernard, Adam or anyone from Exec. Limo.

I am not on a witch hunt. All I wanted is for SOMEONE to contact me to attempt to rectify my situation. Also, I would suggest Exec. Limo amend their "POLICY" to fully explain to customers what is and is not their responsibility.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN & I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME.

AGAIN - MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN SEVERELY INJURED (OR WORSE) & THEY ONLY RESPONSE I GET FROM THIS COMPANY IS A POLICY LINE AND STONE SILENCE.

Would you want to trust your life or those you love with a company that responds to situations like this? I wouldn't...

I have used Executive Limo several times but most recently for a trip to and from Lenox Hill Hospital for a surgical procedure. I received an email (or text I can t remember which) that they were on their way and again when they arrived. I loved this. They arrived on time (a few minutes early so we could leave at time I asked for my pick up), the cars were super clean and the drivers neat, clean, professional and safe drivers. Both trips were just what I needed after my short trip to the hospital. Will definitely use again in the future.

I had originally booked with Legend Limo in Smithtown for my wedding and was then told they were bought out by Executive Limo. I had received updated itinerary that had everything original from my initial contract. 10 days before making my final payment, I was told my Bentley for my wedding day was repossessed and they could not give me that vehicle. At first I was upset. However, I was not going to stress about it. What I was very upset about was the fact I was not informed of this earlier so that I could of possibly found the Bentley I wanted and also the fact they still wanted to charge me full price for my second vehicle that I was still booked for. Fortunately, they did the right thing and gave us some money back. The reason I gave them 4 stars was because their drivers were GREAT. My limo driver, name was Chris R, was excellent. He was patient, friendly and very accommodating. He always made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I also received a lot of communication from them with the drivers name, picture, phone number and estimated time arrival. I loved that service. My ride after the wedding was also a nice new clean car. My driver, also named Chris, was also very nice as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but because of the poor business handling of the Bentley I did not feel it was deserved.

I have personally used Executive Limousine for my family and would 100% recommend them to anyone that has transportation needs.

First time using Executive Limo- Great service, Celia and Rose were very imforative and helpful when booking reservation. The limos were impeccably clean, the drivers were attentive, responsive and PUNCTUAL. Highly recommend .

I hired executive limousine for my wedding. We had the 18 passenger cadillac and the antique rolls royce. They quoted me a very good competitive price ( I called over 20 companies just on long island) they were professional and courteous. The driver even helped me with my wedding pictures moving the car and carrying the train of my dress. They were a little late but called me ahead of time that they were stuck in traffic, we werent ready anyone until he got there. I did have to pay extra for a full hour even though i needed 20 minutes to take some more pictures infront of the hall. Overall I am satisfied with this company and I would hire them again!

After having arrived at the airport and realized we forgot a bag, Executive was able to reroute one of their drivers and deliver the bag to us at the airport in time. We made our flight and everything turned out great.

Carl is very knowledgeable, took some back roads to avoid traffic on the main expressway. Great lighthearted conversation and we enjoyed the road trip. Carl is very personable just like the two previous times we used your company. From reservation with John to confirmation with this warm, happy, soft spoken woman (Joan?) you re company is first class.

Worse experience. Did not get what we paid for. Driver took the long route. Had to stop numerous times because bus did not have a bathroom as verbally promised numerous times. Wasted a lot of money Driver told me at end I don't need to pay cash as my contract said. Then this is the receipt I get. No reply from managers.

The driver showed up on time and was totally professional. The car was clean inside and out. I would suggest using them for your next event. I know I will.

Called 6 or 7 other LI limo companies and they had the best price for a 13 passenger limo bus! Very clean and perfect size for our bachelorette party group. Driver was a little rough on the breaks but had no problem taking detours when we running early for some of our reservations.
