Lines everywhere! Everything is being repaired or closed. Only good thing is the friendly employees dealing with the chaos. The rooms have no storage and poor lighting. This place has major management issues.

The hotel is nice but the rooms need some basic work such as caulking. The hotel is very clean but the area around is dirty and there are plenty of homeless people. Outside there is a distinct urine smell.

So the room we got had damages we can clearly see(the view was the best part of that room), they'll charge you for wifi and $45 dollars a night to park your car in their lot. They charge you for breakfast and have no where you can get any snacks from in the hotel at night so you'll have to find some where else to get snacks from. Then when we booked this hotel we wasn't told that we had to give them a $200 deposit(on top of the money we actually had to pay for the room) just in case the room got damaged and it'll take them 3 to 5 business days to send it back to you. Lastly, most of the staff is nice, but you can tell that some of them will talk about you once you have walked away as if you can't hear them whispering. But overall it's an okay hotel if you want to spend extra money.

Omni Hotel downtown was nice. I give it four stars because we did the early check in, in advance, but ended up waiting for an hour and a half before we could even get our room! The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable! Bathroom was nice and clean, but toilet is close to sink, so I kept bumping my elbow. We stayed in the North Tower because read reviews saying to stay here because it s newer. Will stay again!

Stayed at this hotel for the Bronner Bros Hairshow...when we arrived one of the guys working the valet was rude but me and my girls looked past that....tthat....then we go to check in only to have to wait nearly 30 mins to a hour to check on they only had 2 girls working the front desk but a guy did come asking did we want a water while we wait....finally we get checked in and arrive to our room!! We get in there and I was likely nice...only to get in our bathroom and there was half a tissue roll and no more tissue to replace that roll and something in the shower that look like a cigar someone put out.and I know these were no smoking rooms!! As many times as I have stayed here never experienced this.... Ask we were checking out I called to see if someone could come get my luggage and they said they would.a hour later no one came...so I called again the lady claim they were a lot of people checking out at the same time but when she connected me to the person over that..they said they never got a call and that they would be on the way!! I don't think I will ever stay here again!!! Are the under new management or something because it never use to be like this!!!

I have stayed at many hotels in my time. This hotel was nice when you walk in. But when you go into the rooms to me they seemed dated. I ve seen nicer in the Marriotts and Hilton hotels. The parking for overnight is $45 a day which I think is high. I m not a cheap person but I feel I expect way more than what I paid for. Very clean hotel and clean rooms.

I'll start with the pros. The location was great for my event. The room with nice with a balcony view. Now the cons, for almost 300 per room per night I expected a lot more. We were on the 11th floor of the South tower which was under construction so we had to park and walk from the north tower. It took almost an hour just to get in the valet parking lot. The elevators weren't working so we had to walk up and down 11 flight of stairs multiple times. Many of the escalators were not working either. It was had to get room service to answer and when we did it took forever for them to bring it. The room I had didn't have a big full body mirror. It only had a small one attached to the closet door.

Went for the Redskins game and they won which was great. Hotel had some issues (housekeeping, valet, bellhop and maintenance was slow). Homeless folks were in the lobby begging and needed help. Young staff was trying to resolve issues.

The staff were lovely. The room was filthy. Tumbleweeds of someone else s hair in the bed and bathroom floor. Two very noticeable, large stains on the floor, head board disgusting (we always bring bleach wipes and wipe down the room especially having a toddler. Actual goop came off the head board.) you could see smears on it, black mold in the bathroom, dirty bathroom door and light fixtures, and a hole in the ceiling. I wouldn t spend my money there again. My room was considered an upgrade, maybe they charge more for an unsafe visit.

If you are going to a show at the arena, there couldn't be a better hotel. My problem was with the fact that you pay a pretty penny to be that close and while I appreciate that they may have been doing some renovations, I don't appreciate a room that has a chemical smell so strong it burns your nose or the layer of dust outside my room all the way to the elevator. I would say give a month or two after this review and then go. Things should be settled by then.

This location is not a fair representation of what an Omni property should be. Very dated, small rooms, lights that were finicky to turn on. The floor was disgustingly stained. Walking the hallways to get to the elevator we were assaulted with very strong marijuana odor. Walls were unbelievableably thin as we could hear people yelling and being loud. Waiting for our car from valet was inexcusably long, 15+ minutes! From the other reviews I saw, this must be just an issue the south tower has as others have nothing but things to say about the North tower.

Overall the stay was very good, most of the staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and very good at supplying directions when needed, but sadly our room was never properly cleaned during our seven day stay. Although our bed was always made, the room was never vacuumed, towels were not always available, garbage was not always removed. We did bring this to the attention at the front desk, and although extremely apologetic nothing was ever done.

Overall wonderful hotel... Great staff and amenities.... However I would strongly recommend noise cancelling headphones if you are a light sleeper. The walls are paper thin and you can actually be in a conversation with the room beside you when you don't won't to be.

The conference I attended was next door, no actually connected, to the Omni at the World Conference Center. The Omni was so poorly managed that only two of the six elevators would operate at any given period of time. You had a 30 minute wait to go to your room after a long day of sessions. It took more than an hour for me to check out due to the mess-ups of people's accounts and only a few number of clerks working the system. When I finally did check-out, I was still charged state taxes, which I was not supposed to after presenting a tax exempt form upon check in. Staff could not print me a copy of the receipt because the printer was out of toner and couldn't be replaced or be sent to another printer. The valet situation was a nightmare with a few number of attendants on the last day of the conference (not to mention there was a gaming tournament going on as well). Lots of people go to conferences for the continental breakfast. The conference was much better than my hotel stay.

I highly recommend the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. My North Tower room was on the 27th floor & was comfortable, had everything I needed and was spacious with great views of the City. The food was delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. I was there for a conference and I would recommend it for both business and personal visits to Atlanta.

Awful hotel. Extremely slow service. Terrible rooms that need to be renovated. Broken elevators, broken escalators. Truly awful. It deserves less than 1 star but that is the lowest that I am allowed to choose.

I attended a business meeting at this hotel. I am always amazed at the ridiculous amount they charge for parking during a meeting being held at their hotel where the host is renting meeting space and having dinner. My experience was the food was marginal at best and certainly not impressed with any of the staff

Attended Momocon at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were always clean and fresh regardless of the many people constantly using them and refreshments to keep you hydrated never ran out. Staff were very friendly as well.

We stayed here as it was centrally located to all the sights we wanted to visit while im Atlanta. Our stay was wonderful, it would have been perfect if the bellman hadn't broken my laptop by throwing it into the vehicle as we were leaving after being asked to allow us to load things ourselves as we had breakables. I doubt I'll ever stay at this or any other Omni again. Yes, one person can ruin a perfect stay just like that. It will cost me $900 to repair the drive he broke and recover my data from tje last 4 years.

Evacuated here from SC. The man at the bottom where we dropped off the car was extremely rude and would not help us unload our luggage. When we left, he was still there and even tho I tipped him to help us, he didn t acknowledge my presence and just threw our things on the pickup curb.
Luckily another gentlemen helped us pack up. The rooms were quite small too.

Third stay at the Omni and loved it. The Front Desk staff are courtesy and professional. Housekeeping kept my room fresh and clean. The location allows for fun activities and convenient restaurants.
