Clean. Friendly staff. Great location with the ability to walk to Aquarium, Coca Cola center, the park and College Football Hall of Fame is right next door. Conveniently located to the airport.

Omni hotel is located in a good part of town if you just have a few days or hours in Atlanta. The room rates are good, however parking is expensive and they do not give discounts to guests. However there are many attractions nearby such as Georgia Aquarium CNN center and connection to the Marta. Traffic around the area is surprisingly light . Many places to eat within walking distance to hotel including CNN center and Georgia Tech.

Generally a nice hotel. Corner room with balcony and city view was nice. The room was a bit small. No free breakfast, but the room service food was very good. Connection to the CNN center and Georgia World Congress Center is very useful as well. Loyalty program is a bit limited as the chain is not very huge, but free to sign up for. Would recommend on a discount or if extravegence is worth paying more to you. Glass elevators were cool too if you like that sorta thing.

My stay at the Omni CNN was very nice. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some went above and beyond what they had to do. I would definitely stay there again. They made our experience in Atlanta a trip to remember.

Room was downgraded even though we had booked the room well in advance. While it was during the time of a convention and staff was very busy- I felt as though we were treated a little more rudely than necessary. The phone in our room while connected- did not work. I also do not appreciate the staff telling me that they did not have a stairwell (I knew that was a lie) and then come to find out they did in fact have a (hidden) stair case. Probably would not stay there again.

MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY THEIR OWN STAFF. DONT GET FOOLED.

I would give negative stars if I would. No rooms service even if you call them. Parking is horrible and vallets do back deals. Only good thing is the location and I guess that's what the price is all about. And oh yes, you pay for everything including breakfast and and pets (25 per pet). To the hotel staff, it'll be nice if you include all this in the night stay rather than embarrassing the hotel staff and the guests over 10-15 dollar change.

Cool

I would do 0 Stars if it let me..... Lines for everything and poorly managed throughout. Line of over 45 minutes to check in, then straight to a 10 minute line for the elevator to finally get to our room. The next morning the elevator took so long my pregnant wife, 3 month old and I decided to walk down 8 flights of stairs down because the elevator still hadn't shown up after waiting over 15 minutes. Once downstairs there was a line to check out, and then worst of all was valet. After waiting for over an HOUR for our car, I finally spoke to the desk again and demanded my keys so I could walk to my car, that they finally brought it around. It took us over 2 hours from leaving our room, to getting off the property. Needless to say, I'll be staying at the Westin 3 blocks away next time I'm in that area. Definitely not Omni quality. Horrible hotel.

From the slow check-in to the 1990 s interior, this over-priced hotel screams you have choices in hotels...explore them!!

Staff was very nice and food quality reasonable, but for what the hotel charges it s a disappointment. I wouldn t choose to stay again, nor would I recommend. There s a myriad of other hotels with two blocks...check them out.

Terrible service, unclean, poor housekeeping and poor maintenance of building. Due to elevator maintenance, I had to carry my luggage up five flights of stairs just to reach my room. No one offered to help me or even apologized.

The room was well appointed and clean. The common areas of the hotel were clean. Every single employee that I spoke to were both polite and helpful. There are signs to help you navigate through the hotel and always someone around to answer questions.

It could have been fluke for me, because I've been here before and it's been fine, maybe it was Sunday...place was empty. Quality of attention to detail and expediency were absent. However I encountered some really great staff making up for the others who weren't keeping up their end. Hotel definitely needs an overhaul/update. Huge place, lots of convention space. Update: Weird drops in service quality continued to happen, mostly housekeeping, although I tried to get a delivery and they were told I wasn't registered at the hotel . This is a huge place and I think it used to be much nicer than it is now. Rooms are large and great view.

We always enjoy our stay at the Omni in Atlanta. We receive 1st class service from the time we walk through the door until the time we leave. The food served for our meetings was top notch! Every Omni employee greeted us whenever we walked by. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all of the necessary amenities. The internet was having some issues but we weren't in the room that much anyway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Omni hotel is in the middle of downtown Atlanta. Its located to Several other ATL attractions, food, and clubs. The ATL suite (our room for the night) was absolutely beautiful. The view from the hotel was also amazingly beautiful.

The best part was the spacious bathroom and the view (I stayed on the 24th floor). Some fixtures were kind of dusty and one of the chairs had a small tear in the upholstery. The front desk and valet were great. Also the food at the restaurant was good.

The hotel was clean on the main floor but very dirty on our room floor. Glasses were left near the windows. Trash all over the floors, you would think for a hotel that charges this much money would be spotless. Room was spacious but they need better housekeeping.

Amenities were fine. Staff helpful. Biggest complaint is that walls seem to be paper thin. Heard everything in adjoining rooms. Thankfully, no partiers around us. I'd look elsewhere when I return to Atlanta.

I am very disappointed in my stay at the Omni Atlanta at CNN Center. Staff was very unfriendly. Staff seemed annoyed anytime I asked about the area - restaurants, getting around ..... which is odd being in the tourism and hospitality business. Also, I had a very bad experience my first night. When I got to my room, I pulled down the comforter to take a nap. It was clear the sheets had not been changed. The sheets had stains, hair all over, and overall slept in look. It was disgusting to think the hotel would try to get away with such a thing. I called guest services immediately and it took over an hour and half for someone to come change the sheets after another phone call and visit to front desk. During the action of changing the sheet, it revealed the under pad had not been washed for a while. It had a huge period stain that appeared to have not been washed. Period stains typically fade in color with a wash. Oddly, the housekeeper blamed me for the stain (so weird). I told her I just checked into the room. To think the staff would put clean sheets on top of soiled material is insanitary. When she took off the pad, it revealed a bed that had been soiled several times. I immediately wrote guest services. That was 5 days ago. I have not heard back. The next morning after the sheet incident, I noticed the coffee maker and two lamps did not work. Overall, I can say my experience was awful. Mostly because I never heard back from management. Things happen. However, I am surprised with the lack of pride, hospitality, and professionalism of the Omni Brand. I never right poor reviews because I address it with management. However, corporate did not reach out at all. Please do not waste your money on this hotel.

Rooms were sub par and not very clean. Sticky side tables, white gunk all over the front of the desk, hairs and stains in the bed and hairs and mold in the shower. There was also a large stain on the carpet floors. I've never given a bad review of a hotel and it was disappointing. The saving grace was that they had great service and the manager attempted to make things right with a breakfast voucher, unfortunately they said they didn't have an equivalent room to move me to. Hopefully this isn't their norm but I will not be back to find out.

The hotel was great: large comfortable rooms and good service. Be ready, though, if you are staying there to attend a concert at the State Farm Arena or the stadium for the long wait to park when arriving and to get your car back when leaving. Both waits were more than 1 hour. So many people stay there for concerts that it overloads the system. If you are going a day early and staying an extra day it should work out fine.
