The Omni is well known for it quality amenities, good service and convenient location. Right in the heart of convention central in Atlanta, everything that you need to make a comfortable stay is right at your finger tips. The open area in the center of the south tower is very nice but can be loud when productions have sound systems.

Nice common areas, but the rooms was disappointing. i had a broken desk chair and flat pillows. The overall quality of the room was a little better than Holiday Inn. I have stayed at much nicer hotels that were less expensive.

My room smelled like musty mold. The rooms are old and not very comfortable. No free breakfast either. Embassy Suites was a MUCH better hotel, and it's just across the street and had the same price! I should have stayed at Embassy for my entire stay; if only I knew.

Edit: I neglected to mention the unbelievably rude skinny, bald guy with glasses at the check-in desk in the South Tower on level M4. I asked him for directions to the GWCC and he was EXTREMELY rude and impatient. I wish I would have got his name! I would have submitted a complaint about him to the highest level possible.

I was there for a corporate event. Event began late due to catering. Buffet stations were being built even after we were let in a half hour late. Tables were not fully set, vases and mirrors for center pieces but no flowers. Staff was apathetic at best.

Best Hotel Stay!!

Best Hotel Stay!!

The staff at the Omni CNN Cente is outstanding! They went above and beyond to ensure my staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I've received at a hotel. The location was unparalleled and the room was great, especially the terrific views of downtown Atlanta. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great and all of the staff is fantastic. There was some confusion on check in and I accidentally got a room that had already been checked into, but the staff was great about working it out for the both of us, it was just a little disconcerting.

The worst hotel experience of my life... As a disabled man, I always stay in high end hotels with the services to assist me. OTW, i would feel like I was wanting my needs subsidized by others who only need basics... Valet and Bell services are necessary for me to be self sufficient... paying higher rates and tipping well is obvious for that..
However, once I've selected my hotel and room type for that purpose, I dont expect to be lied to about them... This hotel should be ashamed....

I reserved a double on a high floor so that I can see the fireworks with my son (who has sensory processing disorder) from inside and they didn t have my room when I arrived. Offered me a room that didn t have a view for 30% off - which defeats the reason we were there. Then asked me to go find the manager in a different tower because she wasn t near the front desk. Trash.

Nice place. Pool was underwhelming. Interior was beautiful! Staff was extremely kind, but it did take a couple of days to get our billing straight. Room service was delicious! The staff that brought the food up were amazing and the housekeepers were all so courteous when I passed them in the hall. Even though there was a couple of negatives, I still give them 4 stars because the staff were all so great!

High level of service. Beautiful view, lobby and room. Very close to most downtown attractions. The CNN center is always interesting and I enjoy having the food court there. A light was out in my room and didn't have enough outlets. Parking is kind of a rip-off.

We went to the CNN building as a group. We also attended the Atlanta Hawks basketball game and did a bit of sightseeing. The options for entertainment in this area is not limited. The staff was energetic and helpful. There are several options within the building to eat drink and socialize.

Spectacular view. Great service. I stayed at the North building. The room was a double queen. It was great. Everything very clean. The staff very polite and helpful. The views are amazing. The bar had a great selection of drinks. Room service was fast.

North tower is ok, South tower is better. The restaurant has a buffer breakfast for $25. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for tourists or business people. Right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, Atlanta Ferris Wheel and of course CNN center.

Very excited to stay here for our women's conference until I got into my room and found so many unlikable things to complain about I'm really unhappy to find that this hotel that is praised so highly contains poor housekeeping and I would not be likely to stay again

They are terribly understaffed. It took an hour and a half to get a luggage cart when leaving. Check in took almost an hour. Parking is valet only and $55 per night. There is no way to get to your car without using the valet. There was a malfunctioning elevator in the lobby and we had to wait until someone came down in another elevator to go up. Cleaning service didn't restock the coffee. We were given a key that didn't work and when I went to the desk to tell them the key didn't work, they just gave me a new key without checking id or anything (this was the next morning and it was not the same person). So all you need to do is go to the desk and ask for a key to room number ___ and they give you a key.

This hotel is within walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium which is why we chose to stay here. The check in was great and the rooms were nice too. The view is awesome. The only thing I did not like was being able to hear my neighbors very easily. We had noisy people in the next room. So after midnight we called security and they handled it very quickly. All in all it is a great place to stay if visiting Atlanta. Close to everything.
