Order placed on May 12, still received nothing. After sending 2 emails, no response from them; however they are very quick to collect. The next day my account was debited.
The customers are for them only a money pump. For the rest they don't care about everything @ !!!

(file number 277170). 11 days after the order, no one is able to give me an estimate of delivery time because they do not have stock of the models they offer for sale.

Customer service is also at the same level where the advisor does not offer any solution except to revive suppliers who do not follow up on them and the advisor blames the suppliers.

I do not recommend the dealer, go your way especially if it is for an event / gift.

If one of the site managers wishes to contact you, you have the order number above. I no longer wish to contact the after-sales service because the advisers are helpless and are bored of responding to customer complaints which must be multiple given the large number of delivery problems on time.
