Let me explain, I bought a third watch via the OCarat website and via the Paris OChrono store, this time in early July 2017 directly at the Paris OChrono store.

I bought an Automatic SEIKO for around 500 euros, I pay it, I ask a few explanations on the watch from an unshaven gentleman with a young beard of about a week, and who seemed to be a manager; I am the only customer of the shop, no crowds so, I ask for some explanations on the watch, he replies that he does not know this watch, I ask if he can set the time, there he responds: "if I put it on time and you don't wear it, it is useless; in addition you will surely leave it in its box and suddenly it will stop since it is an Automatic , so there s no point in putting your Seiko on time "

There I no longer understand anything, I am a customer who has just bought a car watch for 500 euros, my third watch at ocarat, the seller knows this very well since he sees it in his computer listing, thanks to my personal email address. I just ask to put the watch on time having no watch on me, since I come to buy this one and to wear it immediately; and there, in fact, it drags the seller to take a minute to set the watch on time.

Frankly the service at OCARAT is zero!
