Too bad we can't put 0 stars, 3 months to make a ring, endless delivery time, each time we call they give us a different answer. In the end, I receive my ring for the first time without the punch when it is mandatory for its weight, then I send them back to change the size and I told them to put the punch. 2 months later I receive my ring at the right size but again without the hallmark. Incompetent people ... for a ring costing almost 600 euros. I really do not recommend.
