Shop and site to be avoided. Orders a vivoactive ladies' watch since the end of July. We then explain that the 15-day deadline is to be understood in working days (so 3 weeks !!!), then we explain that the supplier postpones the deadline and I am offered another watch model etc etc
Result: At the beginning of September, I am still waiting for my wife's birthday watch (she is delighted!) The amount of the watch has been cashed for her for a while and I hope to receive this watch and not have been cheated .... To be continued but disgusted

NB: following the response from the store, it is indeed important to put things back in their truth without distorting them
1: Please read the message carefully: I indicate "I hope I have not been cheated": it is therefore not an assertion and it is a legitimate fear when the product has been paid but that it was not received.
2: the store indicates that there have been telephone exchanges. it's wrong. However, there were discussions with customer service via the account on their website. The responsiveness of responses is good. The service also kept me informed of the various postponements of deliveries "
3: I have never been offered a refund but an exchange of watch model
