I am very disappointed with this reseller with whom I placed an order via their website on February 2 of a watch which is always rated available within 2 to 4 days. (file number 277170). 11 days after the order, no one is able to give me an estimate of delivery time because they do not have stock of the models they offer for sale.

Customer service is also at the same level where the advisor does not offer any solution except to revive suppliers who do not follow up on them and the advisor blames the suppliers.

I do not recommend the dealer, go your way especially if it is for an event / gift.

If one of the site managers wishes to contact you, you have the order number above. I no longer wish to contact the after-sales service because the advisers are helpless and are bored of responding to customer complaints which must be multiple given the large number of delivery problems on time.
