Very good things in this sign, but lack of transparency on the shipment (we are offered a home delivery, but we must read the GTC, they reserve the right to send to the post office). Big big hassle for a gift for an elderly person. Basically the principle is completely understandable for security reasons, but I really regret this lack of transparency when ordering, clarity would allow to organize from the start and choose in particular the post office, and prevent ( what has been done) is very correct, but still you have to give people time to turn around ... Apart from that (which there still spoils me all) beautiful jewelry, again on the rest very good sign, the team responds to emails and calls (even if suddenly problem not resolved at all ...). I hope that this precise point will improve, without that everything would have been perfect!
