I placed an order on April 28 (Order No. 292920) which I have still not received. I have contacted you on several occasions which have been unsuccessful.
On May 12, I sent an email which was never returned.
To date, I contact you from us and on several occasions without return and when I finally have an adviser on the phone, the person asks me for my order number and hangs up on me !!!

Please do whatever is necessary or send me a refund as soon as possible.
