I placed an order on April 25 (Order No. 292332) which I have still not received. I have contacted you on several occasions which have been unsuccessful.

However, I would like to change my opinion. That day, the owner contacted me to tell me to do the necessary. He was very polite, courteous and told me to come back to me as soon as he knew the delivery date. He also apologized for the delivery time and the lack of response from customer service, giving me the reasons. I warmly thank him and hope to receive my order as soon as possible.
