Order placed on April 21, 2020 and received on May 18, 2020. Apart from the long but justified delivery time (covid19) and they were missing a jewel they were waiting for it to arrive. I called them after the confinement was over and they answered me directly. The jewelry was well packaged. Very pretty long necklace and twisted creoles too.
