I sold my Toyota Prius because of this service department. The service tech kept trying to scare me into doing expensive services. They pushed even harder after I said I want to go home and do some research. I work for the auto parts industry and wanted to consult the car guys at work. The tech basically scoffed at me. So I sold the Prius.
