Up until today I was happy taking my car to this dealership even though they have been a pain. For my last visit I finally received a survey via email and I answered it truthfully. As soon as I brought my car back into the dealership for the third time to get one thing fixed I was confronted by the service representative. He was upset and extremely confrontational about my answers to the survey. I gave him a bad review partly because he did not offer me a ride back, he would not give me a definitive answer about my warranty or explain it to me, and I find him to be quite rude every time I have dealt with him. Dean Strickler knows nothing about customer service and does not know how to take any criticism. I asked to speak to a manager but Dean told me there was no manager available for me to speak with at all so I decided to call corporate instead. Toyota sucks as a whole and people like Dean are a big part of that. I wish I never purchased a Toyota. When I returned three hours later to pickup my car I still didn't speak with a manager.
