Brought in my 2017 Prius for its first routine maintenance service. Sarkis was assigned to be the service advisor for my appointment. Lucky me! I was extremely happy with his professionalism and the service he provided. Sarkis definitely went above and beyond what I have come to expect from the service department. I received a complimentary shuttle ride home for the first time in over 4 years. I was previously told that I lived slightly beyond the shuttle radius and could not use Northridge Toyota's shuttle service. Normally, this would not have been a problem, however, the estimate to check a few additional items pushed the total time to 4-5 hours. Sarkis checked my address and determined that I was definitely in the service area for the complimentary shuttle. He even walked me over to make sure I was on the very next shuttle. Wow! Highly recommend the Northridge Toyota Service Department and especially recommend asking for Sarkis.
