I'm updating my review and rating for good based on the interaction I had with the CRM manager Maria Serrano and the additional product/services they provided me. I'm giving a 3.5 stars. 4 says I like it - and that will take some time. Probably based on the maintenance services that will follow.
I earlier had issues with the total MSRP of the car after the deal was done. My claim was based on the price I saw someone else had paid for the same car model. Since the deal was done, and a refund not possible, Maria and team was gracious to provide me a complimentary xzlion coating for the car, which usually costs between $700-800, to make up for the additional price I claimed I had paid. Since it had to be done on weekday following rains, they also provided me a rental car to use for the day, which was very useful.
I still have issues with the way Internet Sales Director Sven Sjodin handled the whole thing on the day of the purchase and later, putting dealership above customer all the time. Everyone else at the dealership was very courteous.
I thought I'd mention, I love the car - Toyota Camry.
