beautiful hotel, good restaurant service, convenient for visiting venice.

Hotel with large spaces in all its rooms, the rooms are very spacious, with good air conditioning, large beds, the bathroom has everything, with a large bathtub, hairdryer and radiator for towels or clothes. It has a terrace bar next to a very nice jetty. Beware of mosquitoes, they are gigantic, I recommend not opening the windows of the room

Bad cleaning, reception organization not standard for a 4-star hotel, room with bathroom and furniture in poor condition

Rooms are large, breakfast OK, but within 3 days the torn toilet seat was not replaced, the air conditioning worked only with temperature over 23 degrees, at night in the room several times groundless lighting, in the shower was the water temperature setting as good as not possible and the shower did not stop at the holder. We were offered no other room. I have not experienced such a thing in a hotel for years and not even from a NH hotel. So we do not recommend this hotel.

For a 4-star I expected better. Few services, poorly soundproofed rooms, average breakfast.

Nice river port view. Near airport, near Despar Hypermart, 500m from bus stop to old venice. Big room. Excellent.

We had to walk through the parking area to get to the other side of the hotel (building b) and the only way to find it was exploring, due to the fact that there're no signals to the building B.

On our room the TV was very old and didn't work. We reported it on the very first day and nobody repaired it or even showed up to check it. Besides it the sink was cracked and didn't look good at all.

As we made the check out, somebody was also complaining of not having warm water!!!! in the last 2 days!!!

We usually stay in NH hotels and never got a bad experience, but now on we'll think it twice.

Very nice hotel spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding

I value the reception and the bar service at the tables, which I found really good. Kind and helpful. Coffee and pastries are good. On one side it is easy to park, and inside, the bar there is an area with a terrace that overlooks the dock of the boats, really pleasant.

Beautiful place. Great location. Room with giant bed and nice clothes. Coffee and tea in the room. Frigobar. Attentive staff. In the side streets, several places to eat. At the corner there are buses every 10 min to Venice at 1.50 euros. I recommend.

Positive aspect:
Friendly and well trained staff.
Well-stocked and good food.
Rooms, paths and lifts suitable for the disabled.
The hotel is divided into 2 distinct structures, with separate dining rooms, if you are many and you want to stay in the same building, it is better to say it when booking.
Downsides:
Although the rooms arrived at 11:00 am, they were made available for around 3:00 pm. (So I was told, but I only returned to the hotel at night).
I took possession of the room at 02:00 am, finding the window open (very cold) and a clear smell of stale cigarette smoke (very annoying)
- the bathroom was not equipped with all towels, 1 type is missing, which is generally near the bidet.

A bit cold and impersonal, but a great location: Venice Mestre. Close to public transport (5 minute walk to line 4L) to Venice.

Beautiful Hotel but needs a refurbished.
The high cost may be justified only by the maintenance of rooms, details are not treated as they should.
For the rest it is a beautiful structure, excellent breakfast!

Beautiful hotel with a view of the marina. Just a short ride to Venice.

Big hotel with a Marina, located in Mestre. You are a bit far from the train station but you can go by bus to Venice. Some free parking lots around the hotel as well as some average quality restaurants and an organic supermarket. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are a bit too warm inside and it's hard to lower the temperature.

Modern and captivating architecture and interiors. The fountains and the covered canal are a real gem.

MeetMagento 2018 event. I didn't use the hotel services but the convention center. Wide but not ideal location for an event where sponsors and the public must be able to interact. The two realities were completely divided. Very good catering, very scenic hotel architecture.

For a Venice trip good place to stay, the bus leaves directly in front of the hotel and is in 15 minutes in Venice, the car can be parked in the garage for the price of Euro 12, - / day. The hotel is very modern and very large, our room to the canal side was very quiet, staff friendly, breakfast was very good, everything was available.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed!!! Big, clean, comfortable and well organized, also there are many mirrors which I like and its pretty important the public area is awesome as well, would like to stay for weeks but I can't haha

The structure is very nice, the hotel staff is very kind, the breakfast in the morning is rich and varied and the dining room staff is very attentive. The rooms are clean and the beds are large and comfortable. The breakfast room time is from 7 to 12, so it is suitable for all needs. Tourists who want to travel to Venice can easily reach the T1 tram stop that takes you from Mestre - Via Sansovino, to Venice - Piazzale Roma. Near the hotel there are also restaurants and taverns within easy walking distance. Runners can run from the hotel to the San Giuliano Park, using the cycle path along the Via Sansovino. The park is large enough and offers quite varied routes, also it seemed very safe during the daylight hours. The hotel management paid attention to me, after my complaints due to the following disservices. Some rooms on the fifth floor were noisy due to the winter air conditioning system that caused vibrations in the false ceiling. The phenomenon also involved adjacent rooms. After my complaint, during the first night I was immediately changed the room with another one on the same floor, very far from the first. On Christmas Day the water on the fifth floor was completely missing due to a failure of the water distribution system and the reception staff did not have the readiness to immediately offer me an alternative accommodation, since the lower floors did not feel the consequences of the fault. So I could not take a shower or use the services. I was offered a room on the second floor only in the evening, following a strong complaint of mine due to the ongoing malfunction of a part of the water-sanitary system. If I had to point out a weak point in the organization, I would say that the staff in contact with the customers have shown that they are not prepared to effectively manage an emergency which, unlikely as it may be, falls within the possible cases to be addressed. The fifth floor of the hotel would require some maintenance to remove the noise problem of the air conditioning system. In any case, they should have checked the room carefully before assigning it to a customer.

Excellent hotel and facilities and in the season I went, excellent prices !! Your staff are helpful and you are in a very comfortable location.
I loved staying on my trip to Venice

Nice comfortable hotel. The rooms are well kept and cleanliness is perfect. The minus points are the paid parking (12 euros per night for customers) and the food that unfortunately I found absolutely bad. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel rather BtoB, but that allows to have very good prices on weekends when one is in hollow period for seminars. Great breakfast buffet. About 15 minutes from the city center by tram (10 minutes to reach the tram)

Don't expect too much from the Hotel NH Venezia Laguna Palace. As are most NH Hotels, the facilities and rooms are plain and lacking any decor. And from this particular hotel, your stay may be very "uneven".

The hotel is on the outskirts of Mestre and straddles a marina, so if you have an interior room, you have a pleasant view of the canal and marina. Outside rooms feature a view of an industrial park, or streetview of Viale Ancona.

Getting into Venice is relativity easy by the 4L bus, but includes an 800-meter walk from the hotel into Mestre and the bus-stop, right across the street from the very good Pam Supermarket. You will walk past a gigantic Interspar Supermarket on this route as well.

This was my second stay at this hotel and my experience was poor. Yes, it's hot in Italy this time of year, and so it is inside this hotel. The entry lobby, restaurant, and my room (#473) were hot. The A/C could not keep up and my room "cooled" to only 24-Celsius. The nice front desk person promptly had an oscillating fan delivered to my room. I had to have the fan right on me for sleep.

The room had a refrigerator, but it could not keep anything cool either. One side of the toilet flush was broken and did not work.

Nice things I could say are the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, but the bath-towels are low quality. Wifi is strong. I did not eat in the restaurant, but my colleagues reported it to be "okay".

I have generally had good experiences in NH Hotels around Europe, but if you are looking for the genuine Venetian experience....try somewhere else.

Excellent hotel, large apartments, breakfast with fruit, breads and various types of coffee, restaurant with tasty food and excellent service.

Room outdated and cleanliness very poor. Breakfast a catastrophe. Too few and completely overwhelmed staff. Communication in English almost impossible. Quality of the food offered was below average.
In principle, I'm a big NH fan. But this doesn't work and is not worth the name NH.
What is great is the connection to public transport. The front desk staff was very nice and competent.

NH Laguna Palace is decorated in a modern design. There is a marina and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. It is a 15-minute drive from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Good service, clean and nice hotel, we had a great experience!

The location is easily accessible both by road, water and air.

Stayed three nights for a business meeting. Spacious rooms, marble floor, spacious bathroom with everything you need. There is no power outlet near the bed. The staff is very kind and prepared for every request, I was not satisfied with the kitchen but may depend on the type of dishes.
Perfect for relaxing on the bar terrace located in front of a private marina.

The only good thing about the Hotel is its location! The rooms are old and worn. Upon arrival at the hotel there was no hot water !! The breakfast was very varied but of poor quality, it does not match the room prices !! The cleanliness in the reception bathrooms left much to be desired.
The transfer from the hotel to venice suddenly became a disco and a race against the rest of the city

A good place to stay in town for a business trip. Breakfast is good, rooms are big enough for a comfortable stay.

Spettacolareeee. Really awesome. Excellent modern rooms, true comfort. Cozy, quiet functional. Exceptional for business or tourism. Excellent restaurant with a very affordable lunch formula. Good quality of products. Helpful staff smiling sincerely hospitable professional. Then the location is suggestive of a canal with boats that crosses the two wings of the hotel. very .... "cinematographic". Truly a pleasant stay. No problem for parking.

Somewhat older business hotel in nowhere. Luckily there is a good connection by bus. Otherwise, the rooms are rather cool with tiled floor. Clean but not perfect. The bed was very good. The breakfast was unfortunately only moderate. Especially the place where the breakfast took place was not the actual restaurant of the house, but a former entrance hall and therefore rather draughty and uncomfortable.

4 * hotel in Mestre, relatively cheap and nice. Bus no. 4 to Venice, which leaves every 10 minutes, 800m away. All you can eat is SushiFuji just around the corner.

I went for a training course. Beautiful and convenient to reach even from Venice island. Area equipped with many services. The only flaw costs. 8 for a toast, luckily there are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.
