It is already the second time that I stay at this hotel. Very nice and comfortable. This time I went to a congress. I would repeat

Modern hotel, and clean. Very attentive in everything.

Right . 10 minutes walk from the bus that takes you to Venice. The bus ride is 15 more minutes

Great place for meetings and conferences.
Quite convenient with affordable underground parking.
I have not stayed but if it gives me so much I imagine that the rooms are not far behind.
Plus, it's close to the highway.

Great hotel. It's my favorite hotel in Mestre: I think I've been there fifty times. It is a huge and futuristic structure with two large buildings placed on the edge of a lagoon covered by a transparent roof. The rooms are large, clean, extremely quiet, with excellent maintenance and a completely glass wall. Personally, I prefer those without carpets. The staff is nice and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. The area is very quiet. There is a huge underground car park or there are plenty of free parking spaces. The 4L bus to Venice is a 10-minute walk away. Not very close but ... You can't have everything.

Great hotel. Clean. The food is good. But there wasn't enough electrical outlets for charging.

The hotel is nice and the prices are nice .. The bus card goes to go to Venice and back for 3 euro person .. but unfortunately on my arrival time the employee told me the cards were over. I bought it from abroad at the same price

We stayed at NH Venezia Laguna Palace last summer and I would like to recommend this hotel. Everything is good from hotel accommodations , cleanliness, location and customer service. Someday when we decide go return to Venice, we will surely stay in this hotel again....

Air conditioning not working in most of the rooms. We werebtravelling in a group and everyone was very unhappy as it was in Summer without proper air conditioning. Breakfast was average but staff was frendly in Breakfast area. Water also came in the room from airconditioner area roof probably a leak.

Loved this hotel! He owns a Marina. Our room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, with fridge, remote controlled curtains. Large bathroom with toiletries. The coffee was very tasty, and had fresh fruit. The attendants were polite and helpful. All very clean and well decorated. It is well located.

A large nice, comfortable, modern, large rooms, many services but the food is not proportional, it is a bit 'more mass, as is the service.

A disaster the restaurant. 25 minutes to bring an ice cream. I saw the waiter treat a guest badly. It really leaves a lot to be desired.

On arriving after a very long journey, a reception staff noticed that it was my birthday and celebrated in the way I never expected. Good facilities and very good staffs with hospitalty!

We loved staying at NH Venezia Laguna. After a long flight from Australia we arrived at this motel. The family room was fantastic, basically was teo bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are extremely comfy amd the aircon was beautifully cold. The breakfast was amaxing! It had everything to suit everyone. The location was great as it was near restuarants and also had it's own restuarant. There was a bis every 30min which picks up and drops you back from Venice it's doir and door and 1.50 euro each way. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Venice.

I was in this hotel only for a casting so I didn't stay there. But from the hordes of tourists and the fact that I found the staff to be very polite and helpful, I would like to give them the ok. The Laguna Palace is located in an area a little outside Mestre, so very close to Venice, easily reachable by public transport.

Well, but you need more communication in French. This is missing

Visit for a conference, excellent organization and hospitality.

The beds were super comfy, where you plugged the jug into was a nuisance and only one cup for 2 people.

When asked why I choose NH hotels I answer 2 C? Courtesy and Breakfast.
From the restaurant to the reception to the services in the room I have always found availability and hospitality that are pleasing! The breakfast is always fantastic and this time we also had dinner at the hotel: all great! Thank you.

Beautiful hotel structure with internal dock. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms but which would need more maintenance and attention to cleaning (ruined taps and full of limestone, widely cracked sink, malfunctioning shower drain, dripping from the sink drain) and to the bed linen (somewhat frizzy sponges and uncomfortable pillows). Improved ...

Large hotel, very stressed staff.

The hotel is nice and clean. But not what it said when we booked on the internet. No coffee or tea or dressing gown. The air-conditioning doesn't work.. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is an ok hotel but a bit tired with the deco... it is convinient enough to reach venice from here... not much around the hotel ....there is free wify but the service is rubbish... the only thing you can do is send a message .... even my own signal is bad here ...

Hotel is not recommended, toilet not cleaned. Beds not covered, traces of the predecessor. Air conditioning defective. Is the worst NH hotel I know. Complaints are not taken for "seriousness". There are better hotels in Venice for this price. Transfer by water taxi from the hotel to Venice 150

Luxurious hotel. Very good breakfast, plenty meals to choose from. Rooms clean and tidy. Spectacular view trough window

In our room there were stains all over the carpet. Also we requested a crib for our toddler, which was confirmed per mail and also on the phone. Once arrived they told us that there was no crib available

Very nice hotel. Good location for train or bus into Venice centre. (approx 20 minutes and last bus 10ish). Little to do on an evening, but perfect for day trips further a field as mestre station walkable

Worst Service.
We were here by the group G2.
We came for the check in, and they sent us to the other part for hotel, meanwhile the people already went down for the bus. Why like this without information before? And then the reception told me that we have to call first, THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, the Hotel has to inform us.
When we came to the other part this beautiful ladies in the foto greet us like this.
Thanks guys.... You were a nice hotel staff.
And no bodies greet the client who came down for breakfast, all without SMILE.
NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTELY.

I was alone in the meeting room, hospitable environment

Very friendly staff and only faulty clean rooms and the bathroom with enough limestone and rust. For the rest breakfast etc ... really excellent shame about the bathroom since every time I go to a place the first thing I see is if there is NH Hotel.

Comfortable hotel in Mestre, clean rooms with good bed, large bathroom and good wardrobe. The restaurant is quite good although the waiters are a bit dry. Close to connections to the airport and to Venice.
Highlights its covered terrace on the pier, ideal for a drink in the afternoon.

A few bus stops from Piazzale Roma in Venice, it is a charming NH hotel with a charming setting and great service. Too bad the room I had was noisy due to some large electrical panels.

A great business hotel, complete with a central dock that makes you feel like you're on holiday in Venice. The restaurant is also excellent.

Friendly staff, more suited for business meetings than for family or copy stays.

The hotel is very close to the station and to the buses leading to Venice.
The hotel also has a naval service that takes you to the city of Venice.
The structure is huge and comprises two buildings. The rooms are clean and nice.
Hearty breakfast with a wide choice.
The dinner at the hotel was really good, especially the fish dishes.

Very large rooms, clean, comfortable mattresses! Like accommodation, note 10! Restaurant and service left much to be desired! At least at our table! I consider it an unfortunate incident, I hope that next time everything will be fine!

The view from the moored boats is impressive, the terrace from the mooring on the convention halls looks good. I have not had the opportunity to stay or have lunch or dinner the buffets are still good, courteous and well-trained staff. Easily reachable from Mestre Station either by public transport taxi or by foot.

Good stay with needed amenities like safe lockers, electric kettle, neat clean restroom like all 4star hotel. Since it is located in Venice they also have private rider boat facility. Near by is a super market and bus stop too. It is In the city and not inside the island.

Staff, other than the front desk, was rude. Rooms were clean though. Stingy on the towels.

My fiance and I stayed here for a quick day trip to Venice. Its nice but outside of the "Venice" tourist area. Fortunately there is a train that can take you to the "Venice" tourist area fairly easily. The rooms were clean and big. The towels were a little cheap and thin but it can be overlooked.

Well despite issues regarding room service and management everything else is pretty ok

Excellent service staff prepared and attentive to needs (for those in the sector there is a bus parking!)
The hotel has a special feature is divided by a dock, so it becomes a very picturesque and fun place where, make aperitifs!
