Way far from venice. The surrounding shops close early. Nice friendly staff though. I prefer to be closer to the nightlife

Comfortable and functional hotel, good quality restaurant but slow service.

Very well located and well connected to Venice, very close to the center of Mestre, comfortable rooms and impeccable attention, totally recommended!

Excellent hotel in Mestre. Very large and very modern structure on the dock. Large rooms with huge bed. Bathroom large and clean. Convenient to reach Venice by bus 43. Or by train (but the station is not very close on foot). Friendly staff. Possible to eat at the restaurant which provides buffet service for 18 per person per day including water and coffee. Great

Too hot everywhere, especially in the room, window behind the bed, opening it during the night I got a stiff neck ... too much tail to have breakfast. Around the hotel only degraded buildings and factories. Harder chairs than marble, even the back hurts. I certainly wouldn't go if I had to pay from my own pocket.

Unique place of its kind ... where can you find a hotel with adjacent marina? The rooms (even the small ones) are welcoming, the international breakfast offers really anything. A little distant from the Mestre railway station, easily reachable by taxi or by bus. At the entrance of the hotel two bus stops to and from Venice.

Staff was great, rooms are nice. Close to the airport, but you have to make an effort to get to the downtown area. Gotta take a bus to/from. Super market close by.

Great location. Convenient parking. Clean rooms. Spacious. Kettle and mini bar. Spacious bathroom and well-sealed shower. Excellent breakfast. Salty and sweet with a wide selection. Essential gym to do cardio. To review the check-in too dry and not very explanatory.

Good location and rooms. However didn't have a kettle in the room for tea coffee or for boiling water. Also the air condition stopped working in our room on one night

There are only 8 free parking spaces, otherwise you have to pay for them. Reception unfriendly. Bus stop in front of the door, breakfast good.

Hotel from the beautiful morphology with a spectacular view near a landing of pleasure boats and a frontal photo that increases the landscape. Friendly welcoming staff, the rooms are beautiful, nothing is missing. Congratulations to all the staff

Visited for a conference the work that took place in the venue .. super food. Very beautiful place and easy to reach

It was large and clean and comfortable. You can get to Venice by bus in around 15 minutes.

5* hotel! Excellent service from the reception staff, especially Beatrice who is so kind and extremely helpful. Our room was excellent and the nice touch of the Tiramisu left in our room as a birthday gift was lovely. Restaurant is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Recommend the Tagliatelle Bolognese! Bus stop outside (Ancona Torina) bus 43 straight to Venice takes about 10 mins. Excellent location cannot fault this hotel. Thank you again for an excellent stay!!!

Hotel is very fancy, staff are very nice and room was ok. The mini bar was unfortunately very "sad" and cooled it as well as not at all.

It looks like a catamaran .... two towers separated from the lagoon

What a disappointing experience. If you have any class or respect for yourself, I would highly recommend that you do not stay in this hotel.

Really nice hotel, modern decor, good location (5-10mins walk to MC Donnalds on the corner as well as supermarket, which was great for breakfast as hotel charges were extortionate)

The only thing that I was really disappointed about aside from expensive breakfast was this..

I went at the end of February, it didn't appear to be busy. My room was dirty with stains and dirt on the walls. When I requested another room I was told there wasn't another.

However, the reason I still rate it a 4 is because the hotel itself was very nice, stunning lagoon and decking outside. My room was spacious and cosy once I cleaned up, bathtub in my room was nice to relax in too.

We ate very tasty grilled fish at the Laguna Palace today.

Very elegant but personal a little haughty and uncooperative. Dispersive in some situations given the size.

Clean rooms, polite staff, the carpets I'm the corridors could do with a clean but absolutely fine if you are on a business trip

A very good hotel ... located in Mestre ... ideal to stay near venice

The hotel was clean, it had everything needed and the service was very nice and prompt. However, although they offered free coffee and tea in the room, they failed to replace these daily which seemed a bit cheap/strategic on their side.

The hotel has great family rooms. European breakfast and above all of excellent quality. Staff very kind.

Very nice context, external view of the hotel and comfort for Venice but neglected rooms such as maintenance of dirty walls and shower cubicles, air conditioner with unpleasant smell and unclean rooms and above all for how cleaning is done.
At the entrance the girls at the reception are in the cold and in the corridors to go to the rooms and when you have to go down to the breakfast room you have to put on the jacket because the heating does not work.

Awfu. No AC and MGMT could do nothing about it but furnish a fan that sounded like a jet engine.

I am quite disappointed with this hotel ... The price is very expensive, the rooms are poorly maintained, the breakfast is very poor ... In addition, on the first night the hot water did not work, and there was no compensation of any kind. It is saved only by location. But of course I do not think I'll repeat ...

Modern hotel with well-finished rooms, only flaw, little soundproofing, you could hear the neighbor's 5v as if it were mine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful

Gigantic hotel, very large rooms. Not really cheap.

Excellent Hotel, modern, well maintained and with very large rooms, overlooking the pier. Fine rooms also for hosting conferences. Very good breakfast with a wide variety (plant milks and alternative flours also), but with tables too close together. About 15 minutes walk from the station.

A magical place where you least expect it.
