Hotel of modern construction with 2 twin "A" and B "buildings". The rooms we found comfortable and clean but they are not 4-star standard ... Besides, after a day spent in Venice under the scorching sun, we would have liked to have had a nice shower in the evening but it was not possible because the water was not working neither hot in our room, nor in the room that the reception wanted to give us as a replacement ... Besides, the shower head in our bathroom was damaged ... Apart from that I can say that the staff is very welcoming and helpful and that the Underground parking is ample and directly connected with the hotel.

Excellent very modern and functional structure. Super trained staff, my compliments go to the RECEPTION, in particular to Giulia, my favorite, super kind, prepared and helpful. Also the very large and well-stocked bar where I found Mostafa always very kind and friendly. All the staff in general always polite and helpful. I often stay for work and have always had a great time.

It is not a good hotel to go sightseeing since it is not in Venice itself. The bus that takes you is a 10 minute walk ... Still the hotel is comfortable, clean, the service is good and the breakfast is full.

Booked for months, room with cradle and arrived at the reception we are informed that it is not possible to have one, as the number is limited and they are finished. Bad service, we won't be back.

Modern hotel with large and bright spaces located on a dock in the Venetian lagoon. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The conference room is comfortable and equipped. Restaurant with excellent menu and excellent service for attention and punctuality. The breakfast room is confusing with some flaws in the table management service. Service on the floors is not good: the linen in the bathroom is not replaced (only for 1 person in the presence of 2 guests), the use material is not renewed soap bath shower cap and shoe cleaner. Overall, however, it remains a hotel where you can stay in peace and comfort

great hotel, great location for leisure or business trips

We stayed in this hotel with a group of about 30 people. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. As we were a group, we were asked to check out at 8am including the bus driver. The attention was minimal towards us, in fact even if they had a guest list with a lot of specification of the kind, the rooms were mixed. Check-in was chaotic and as the rooms weren't ready yet we asked if they could keep our bags for us while we were eating. They kept them, but left them without a minimum of security in the entrance hall, even though they were urged several times to put them in a more secure place.
The rooms were clean, even though one attendee was knocked in the room for no real reason to bring toilet paper (which was already in the room).
On the website it was specified a buffet dinner but in reality it was a dinner at the table with first, second and dessert but the water was not initially included.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, adequate meeting space, no doubt, but in 2017 it is not acceptable - for example - in a hotel room there is ONE electrical outlet! Or that you don't check in advance that air conditioning and extractor in the bathroom work ...

The NH Laguna Palace Venezia Mestre is located about 12 km from the International Airport Venice Marco Polo Airport and 1 km from the Venezia-Mestre train station. Elegant hotel overlooking the lagoon, very nice calm environment in the proximity there is a Chinese restaurant a little place to drink a good beer.

Roberta and Valeria changed my view of Venice. We had a rough time trying to navigate the buses and trains and traveling with a little one alone can be a lot. They welcomed me in the hotel restaurant with open arms and even gave me a much needed hug. The could see the stress in my face and were exactly what I needed! When I come back to Venice, I will only stay here. Just to see them! Food was also good and and the rooms where nice and modern. Could do with better A/C but that is irrelevant given their kindness

Maintenance is scarce but the structure is very beautiful

Room of adequate size with furnishings to be reviewed. Small bathroom, with bathtub, without window and a little battered. Breakfast with different choices of sweet and savory. Overall, for 85 a night my opinion is insufficient.

Not optimal behavior with the big groups, forced to do the check out at 8 am ... this is unacceptable, to be a cheap 4stars kitchen

I was a guest of the hotel for a day of corporate training; although we were a large group (in the hundreds), the organization was impeccable! The day included both common moments and the division into a work table, moving to various hotel premises, all exemplary! You will then be fascinated by the internal landing stage, which can be appreciated from the Unici 2 dining room in: * Paid parking * Standing lunch If we want to be picky, the chairs provided have caused back pain for everyone!

They didn t clean my room well specially the duvet and the floor are not clean !!

It will be the reservation with booking but they gave me a room not up to NH.
NH is always a guarantee both in Italy and abroad, but this time they did not fully satisfy me.

Very good, it's in Mestre, 20 minutes from Venice. At the hotel's door you take the bus, at the reception they explain everything you need to get around Venice. It is also not far from the airport or from the Mestre train station. Breakfast very good, varied, even have different types of milk for intolerance. The shower in our room was a little bad, not because of installation, but because the water temperature was difficult to regulate and the pressure was very low. The facilities very well. All clean. The very comfortable bed. Friendly staff I liked

Isolated. No 43 bus into venice. Buy s ticket before you board as, bizarrely, the bus drivers have limited tickets. No one checks tho, so we rode for free. Hotel is clean. Rooms new returned but tatty. Damp patches in ceilings. Noisy plumbing. Massive rooms

I had a nice stay here. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. You can get to Venice very easily from the 43 bus that picks up right outside of the hotel, it only takes about 15 minutes. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. There are grocery stores across the street and restaurants that are a easy walk away.

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. The only drawback is the traffic of Mestre that at peak times makes it not very accessible

Food and drinks are okay but too expensive. I would recommend to eat somewhere else in case you want to spent the same but with better quality.

It is an elegant, modern and classic hotel at the same time, great for those who have to hold meetings, conferences; but also for families on vacation, the hotel is a few kilometers from Venice and is easily accessible by bus or train.
