Keller Williams created HAVOC in our upscale, quiet golf community through its agent Alec Anderson. The Keller Williams slogan should be: We ignore HOA rules, we ravage neighborhood, and yes trash properties for a commission
Background: My dear long term neighbor and friend told me he retained Alec Anderson from Keller Williams to sell his house, as part of the package, Keller Williams to provide landscaping services during the active sale. I was pleasantly surprised. On Friday, October 26th, Keller Williams (Agent: Alec Anderson) shows up in his car with landscaping tools. KW (Alec Anderson) started himself the landscape chop chop process without respect to the HOA rules, trash my property, next door to the seller, block the side walk where daily neighbor cannot walk, and left a huge mess on the street. For what? For a commission? Do you need Keller Williams to do this to your neighbors?
24 hrs later, I got Mr. Anderson s (Keller Williams) contact number from his sign and asked him gently to come back and fix the place and pick-up all the trash. Mr. Anderson was belligerent, rude, unprofessional, and borderline threatening. He refused to come back and clean the havoc he created. To add insult to injury, he told me that my MY property looks better than ever before, and never looked this nice in the past 20 years. My house is not 20 years old. This is arrogance form this agent who probably was in a diapers 20 years ago.
Legal argument: This agent put Keller Williams and his broker in a major liability as he engaged in a trade, or offered services that KW doesn t offer, may not have trade insurance or bonded for landscaping. If he cut his arms or body with dangerous landscaping tools while on the job under the KW umbrella. Not to add the liability risk to KW, when their employees, trespass, brake HOA rules and threatened neighbors. This agent went too far. I will follow-up with everyone who has authority to stop this reckless agent at Keller Williams, by contacting KW headquarters, KW broker, BBB, FL DBR and commissioners.
To Kelly Williams HQ, I need a formal apology letter. You need to resolve this mess and clean up the neighborhood ASAP. For Alec Anderson, a WARNING for you, if you ever step one foot in my property, I will be calling the POLICE! I work from home and surrounded by Cameras.

Agent and I agreed on a price to sell my property. When it didn't sell after a whole 3 weeks (which is nothing), he called to ask me to drop the price on my property. I said no. He did it anyways, not just a little, but a lot. Very angry about this and there is no website to find a number to complain.

Kaytlyn Jenkins was going to be my realtor. She has a phone number she does not respond to when I text her. When I called the number she had 5 busy signal with a quick hang up. When I texted her to see if she is really who she is she then called me back from a different phone number. I then told her how there are fraudulent people out there and she as a realtor needs to communicate with me and be consistent, she then told me to f off. Remember the name if you want a realtor who is very unprofessional , has a fake number that she does not respond back from, and will curse at you.

Recently sold our house in Windermere. Sylvia Kinkela was our agent. It s been a long time since I ve had a sells person in any industry that has exceeded my expectations. Sylvia worked continuously to sell our home and communicated with us throughout. The process was painless and we feel that we got exactly what we wanted out of the deal. I would have no issue working with Sylvia again in the future and I would recommend her to family or friends. Any home buyer or home seller that works with her would feel the same way and any employer should feel lucky to have her on their team.

I had a realtor that referred me and agent should have paid my Realtor a referral fee (customery) ....but they didn't. I don't recommend to others.

I called one of their agents by the name of Simon Simaan to assist me with purchasing a home, and I was immediately hung up on after he stated he wasn't interested in working with me. I'm shocked that a very large & well established company would hire an unprofessional jerk like Simon Simaan!

Buying a home is definitely a process. Lots of factors involved. My family s experience going through all of the ends and outs were handled with a smile and professionalism. Our realtor Erica Magtira was so amazing! She never complained about all the work involved in selecting our home...We presented two or three offers on properties that we were interested in. We lost all bids lol....Erica stayed positive and exhibited good communication skills when things got tough as she guided us through our next steps. Once we found the right situation for us, Erica negotiated several credits from the seller to address our concerns!..Having good representation definitely made a difference with all of this! She really had our back and it made all of the difference!! I would recommend Erica Magtira to any of my closest friends and family!
