Very large and clean room and bathroom. Present: desk, teapot / coffee maker, toiletries, large TV. Rich breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Restaurant with good menu and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Convenient if you have the car. Parking for the car is free.

Honestly, I was disappointed, low maintenance (especially in the rooms), ample external parking, but the underground one was decidedly disturbing and even more so the internal passage to reach the floor. Discomfort for the windows inside the room (opening and closing) louis carpeting. Despite having a good interior design, the rooms have compartments of dubious functionality. Design must represent simplicity and innovation, even before beauty. Being furniture, I would have liked less ostentation than beauty and better use of space. Low quality of breakfast, very good dinner.

Quite a quiet hotel, despite the number of rooms and guests. Clean rooms, bath and bedding. The original interior, although slightly neglected. Still, the need to refresh the hotel is present. Wi-fi is seamless. Breakfast - buffet, everything is enough and delicious. Coffee and croissants are our fso! Taxi here from the airport - 21.50 euros. Would I come here again? So.

I stayed for work reasons. Upon arrival, a pleasant surprise: they upgraded our room for free. The view from the 17th floor is fantastic, from which you can clearly see the city and the Bolognese hills. Very nice and clean room (apart from the carpet which was blatantly stained). Excellent continental breakfast. Good variety of choice.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Everything worked well (including WiFi, airco etc), the bed was very comfy. It is located in a nice residental area with supermarket right in front of it and some green areas nearby. There is a frequent direct bus line to the old city (14). It is very convenient for those travelling by car, because it is right near the motorway exit and underground parking is free!

I stayed one night because I was passing through and tired of driving again. At the reception they tell me that the last and only available room is left and that I have to pay in advance without even being able to visit it to check its status. In fact, I went up to the eighth floor and entered the room (of which I unfortunately don't remember the number) I feel short of breath due to the infernal heat. The air conditioning does not work at all and there is no way to start it. I then call the reception to report the problem and in an annoyed tone they reply that they cannot offer me a new room because they are complete and that they will send a technician to check the cause of the malfunction. In the meantime, they invite me to open the window! Window that being blocked does not allow itself to be opened by the same technician about 15 minutes later when he arrived in the room to inform that the intervention on the roof of the hotel was successful, that is, he finally restarted the air conditioning system. The only positive note is the kindness of this person, the technician, perhaps not an Albanian Italian, very understanding, helpful and kind. Happy for the good news, I finally decide to take a shower. Here the horror! The bathroom ceiling is half black in color, due to water infiltration and mold. All for the modest sum of 131 including breakfast. To conclude, I sincerely hope that the request for advance payment of the room is a standard formality of the structure and not a request due to my geographical origin, specifically Naples!

So, given that the room was beautiful, the pillows of the two beds were as hard as pebbles, so I wondered if there were any bricks inside them ... (and only after sleeping on them did I realize that there were two very soft half-hidden in a drawer at the bottom opposite the two beds). Since a good Alessandro Borghese never lets these details escape, it was necessary to manifest them openly. Secondly, the elevators in your hotel are not really great comfort, given that it took me a good ten minutes to get to the eighth floor (and I held on tight). Finally, a proper juice I could not find it (ie peach, apricot, pear ...?: /) However, since a good bourgeois must always look on the positive side, the score of three stars seems a good compromise. Leaving aside the fact that you have changed my name to a somewhat ambiguous "Franchi Etta", I send you my cordial greetings. P.S. it took me thirty years to write this post, but I think it was worth it ...;)
