The location was very good, staff was super nice, breakfast could be a bit more choice.

Mostly nice, some inconvenient stuff, like there is an electric kettle in the room but no plug for it. Bar closes too early.

The location is definitely outside of the Venice center, however it is in close-ish proximity to the bus as well as a couple of grocery stores. The hotel is nice enough, with clean, large rooms and nice staff. I was disappointed to find that my room was lacking tea and coffee (only had sugar) but there was a kettle so I was able to use my own tea stash. I'd lost a bag in the elevator and the front desk held it until I came to claim it. Overall a decent enough place to stay if you want to stay away from the tourists and don't mind taking a bus or taxi to the canals.

The bus stop to Venice is right outside the door. You can buy the bis tickets directly at the reception.
The staff is very helpful and the rooms are nice but a little old.
Breakfast was a little messy but it all worked out.

One of my favorite hotels of the NH Group. Large comfortable room. To the island part 5 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bus. To Mestro 2 km on foot.
Always repeat the trip whenever possible.

This is my second time here in NH hotel laguna, everything is perfect and the breakfast was managed very well considering safety and hygiene precautions during the corona situation, what makes it even better Theresa and Roberta from the staff who are very friendly and made my day..thank you agan

I stay this hotel when travel to Venice ! This is perfect hotel ! Yacht viewing from my room ! Clean hotel ! Comfort hotel ! Will stay again when travel to Venice !

Very good hotel The only thing I have to say is that for breakfast we had to go out and walk to the other tower where we were staying because there is no internal connection. With adverse weather it is complicated and annoying. For the rest, everything fantastic.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant, serving breakfast from 7-10 and till 12 on Sunday. The twin room comes with a tv, bath and safe and includes very comfortable beds. The receptionists speak enough English to have conversation and are helpful. The hotel is about 15-20 from train station and stands out from its surrounding areas.with modern exterior and water features.

After waiting in vain for 10 minutes sitting at an outside table, I asked the receptionist to order something from the bar. After another 10 minutes without a living soul coming out, I went back and saw two waiters behind the counter. At my request, they replied that table service is not done but that, in any case, they would bring me what I wanted. In their opinion, a customer how does he know things if he is not warned, especially when the waiters inside see that someone is sitting? I was really annoyed. Junior suite in order. Friendly staff. Restaurant a disaster. Beyond the extremely helpful waiter it's better to go out for dinner. I don't understand why they keep it open. They look bad. Covid yes .... covid no ...

It is a decent hotel, comfortable beds but very noisy. Not one of the best in the chain I've been to. Well located with a bus at the door to Venice

The services offered by the hotel are of high quality. It is a pity to have to report that when I asked the hotel to book a taxi for me, a private car arrived, and to take me to the station which is less than 5km away, asked me twice the rate I had spent on the way. I find these crafty things very bad for our tourism and regret that a quality hotel like yours lends itself to these things. I did (as an Italian) a bad figure with my international client who, like me, was amazed, I am sorry but you lost a customer. This is not done.

Really nice hotel. The position is good only if you want to be near the airport to catch your flight or if you arrive late in Venice.

Generally good. The workers and the cleaning service great. The times that I have dealt with employees very badly ... They did not solve the doubts and the attention has been null.

The breakfast was very varied. The room has a safe, refrigerator and TV. Free Wifi, the workers have been friendly and has guardamaletas. The check out is at 12 o'clock. The only downside is that the hotel has two buildings, and between them there is a pier, that makes you have to turn around to enter the other building

Today I attended a conference in the conference room of the aesthetically beautiful hotel nothing to say, only that at the end of the room nothing was heard and it was cold dog. It wasn't because nothing could be done to solve the two problems.

Visited for the first time only today. As a first experience the structure is wonderful with a small covered dock accessible directly from the structure. We had lunch after a meeting and ate very well. We also spent a few hours at the bar where we were greeted with professionalism, elegance and friendliness. For me all 10 and praise!

It's not cheap, but it's worth it to hunt for its offers! I recommend it with eyes closed!

I have stayed a couple of times in this structure which remains convenient for visiting Venice. Excellent cleanliness and size of the rooms. All the staff was especially kind, Mrs. theresa (very kind and attentive to every need during breakfast)

It is a very nice hotel in mestre and the resection staff were great. The breakfast staff were a bit slow though. It is missing a pool though but that's not such a big issue. It has a bus stop in front of hotel and only cost 3 euro a return local bus trip to the tourist area and 1.50 euro to the airport from bus stop about 400m away. Rooms were great.. We were 2 adults and a 13 yer old. We had free late checkout upto 2 pm. Bathroom was great. All in all a great hotel. We took a taxi from the station to hotel at 23 euro but could have taken the bus but did not know at the time. Also the walk with suit cases from train station to taxi needed a porter if u had more than 1 bag cause you have to negotiate a bridge... Carefull of the porters they will try and charge u 5 euros per bag to carry it across.

The stay at this hotel could not have been more pleasant. Spacious, clean and fresh room; comfortable beds; whirlpool bath after a long day visiting the city; very varied and delicious buffet to regain strength; Very friendly and professional staff who did not hesitate for a second to offer their help for whatever was needed.
In addition to an ideal location, a few meters from supermarkets, restaurants, tobacconists where to buy bus tickets and bus stops and stations to move to the center of Venice and spend a pleasant afternoon among the wonderful streets and beautiful canals of the city.

MY feedback is related to a first impression only. I went there to organise an event that will take place in September, and found very professional people, great welcome, good refreshments, peculiar location and a clean, neat hotel. Will eventually revise the feedback in September :)

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was great as there was a bus connection right in front of the hotel taking us every 30 minutes to Venice. The bus return to the hotel was also possible until approx. 11pm at night. The room was spacious on Level 1, but every time we entered we had the impression someone before had been smoking in the room, despite it being a non-smoking room. This impression came every time we entered the room. The service was good but breakfast regulations due to Corvid-19 were awkward. Breakfast was included but not very substantial. Parking was also very good and efficient with access from the lobby. Bus tickets were available from the Lobby desk, which was also an asset. All in all, a relaxing stay. One request would be to enhance the offer and variety for breakfast and ensure the blinds can be used as these were not working during our stay.

Near Venezia with the tranquility of nh. There is a bus in 20 minutes. Good deal. Spacious, clean and very complete rooms.

We arrived late and the super bed and a hot shower worked wonders !! The staff at the reception treated us with a friendly smile, quick both at check in and out! A pity we couldn't enjoy breakfast since we were leaving before the opening, but we were able to have a coffee and a delicious chocolate cupcake !!

The breakfast is excellent. The boats yard beside the room has an atmosphere of Venezia, although the hotel is far from the old town of Venezia.
