They are the worst to work with, their costumer service is abysmal! They make it extremely difficult to use my HSA and are never able to answer my questions. They either send you on a wild goose chase with someone else to call or they just don't ever return your call. I will never work with them again!

Using a Flexible Spending Account is such a good idea and NAVIA makes it super easy. It came with a debit card that I can make my healthcare related purchases with and I have had no issues whatsoever over the last year. I am continuing my FSA this year with NAVIA as well.

I was able to register and apply for a second Navia card on-line, but was never able to get a pin number for debit card transactions. Prompt service from the customer service representatives.
Where do I start? Do NOT use this company. We are currently on Cobra. Navia Solutions took over for our previous company without any introduction or warning. In the mix up, our payment went to the old company instead of the new. We contacted the new company, Navia, and could not get an actual person to talk to for over a WEEK. They do not answer their phones or call back when you leave a message. After finally reaching someone and getting everything settled we set up auto payments and received our new medical cards. We thought everything was fine. Until, I called my medical company to check and see if a certain doctor was on our plan and the woman told me that we were NOT ACTIVE and did not have any coverage. I have spent the last three days calling, leaving messages and even sending email to get someone to explain to me why they have taken our money (6, 000) over the past three months but we do NOT have actual coverage. I will be driving to their offices first thing on Monday since they don't actually have any concept of what could remotely be considered as customer service. I am so disgusted with this company.

I have been using my Navia card for 3 years now and it never failed me to stop loving and appreciating it! It will surely make wonders to you every medical needs!

I have had a great experience with Navia for my Health Savings Account. They provided me with a credit card that I can use to pay for all co-pays. It is easy to electronically submit receipts for purchases of health care devices and they are quick to provide reimbursement. I really appreciate they service that they provide.
Navia manages my FSA account quite well. They provide good summaries of my benefits, how much remains in my balances from claims from the Dashboard. Whenever I have contacted Customer Service they have been very responsive.
This company is a huge joke. Alot of people are saying they can't use their card, well I have been waiting a month and a half to receive mine. Customer service is a joke and management isn't much better. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to invest your time and money into
Services provided were exceptional. I uploaded my expense verification, as requested, and called Navia to verify receipt. The associate was very professional, and reviewed and confirmed receipt and acceptance of the documentation while I was on the phone. Navia benefits solutions has been very beneficial to me over the years.
These people are foolish and seem to me to be puling some underhanded tricks to try to not pay out benefits. Ill urge my company to find a better provider and speak to my coworkers about doing the same.

Excellent provider of benefit services for medium and large businesses. The user access is convenient, easy to understand, and takes the user to the precise information they need.
Navia has been professional and responsive every time I have interacted with them. Staff have been easy to work with and helpful on the phone. The website is easy to navigate, and I have not had any customer service issues. They fixed our documentation issue in one situation and redirected payment information in another, all with no problems.
Easy to work with and customer service was quick to respond and quick to help. They walked through step by step to make sure the issue was resolved.
Do yourself a favor and find another FSA service provider.
It feels like pulling teeth to get anything approved. If they think they can deny a claim, they will. They even denied a claim that was WORD FOR WORD on the approved claims benefits list. It's my money going into their system, I shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail to use it. The debit card is also nearly useless because it doesn't work at most pharmacies I've tried. They say you don't need to set up a PIN, but at most places it won't work without one, and then trying to set up a PIN made me want to pull my hair out again. I imagine if the debit card actually worked like it's supposed to, then more people would get their claims.
Navia has been the administrator for my Health FSA, Daycare FSA and HSA plans for years (both at my prior company and as my current one) and I have never had any problems. There are federal laws and guidelines that must be followed in terms of what they can do, what they must have in order to process a claim, etc and they have always been very helpful in explaining what documentation is needed and why. Especially when the laws changed reducing what my FSA would cover and increasing the documentation I had to submit to be reimbursed for what could be covered - I called a lot then! I think a lot of people don't take the time to fully understand the risks and regulations regarding an FSA and what their rights and responsibilities are.
Navia is a fantastic company to work for, I feel valued and appreciated here. I have seen all the managers and owners bend over backwards to help and accommodate valuable employees and they work hard to make sure the right people are filling the right positions.
I called their customer center a couple times and submitted a claim, can't speak for having too much experience dealing with Navia as a customer, but so far everything has been super smooth.
Having a pretax plan to cover incidental medical and dental costs is a lifesaver. This plan is wonderful and there is so much you can use it on. Highly recommended. Also, when I found confusion, customer service via email was quick and very helpful.

Navia locked up my account because of a disputed charge. Here is the irony, the charge was for IHC, (intermountain health care) hospital bill when I paid for my Daughter's emergency visit. Now I need to call the hospital and get an itemized receipt for the charges. By being a hospital charge, it is obvious this IS a health charge. Now I need to do some detective work and waste my time so my card is unfrozen. My dentist will charge me a penalty because this card is frozen and now I will have to use my debit card to pay. This is way more work than it is worth for the tax benefit. I talked to a few of my co-workers and they will not sign up for next years service either. RIDICULOUS

I am having the same issues as many people on here. Every claim that I pay with my Navia card is automatically rejected. They make it incredibly hard to access my own money. I think a class action law suit is in order! Who's with me?

My company also uses this "company" for FSA accounts. I can echo everyone else's experience. They are awful. They take over $200 per month from you. But then a monthly reimbursement is supposed to cover 1/2 my daughter pre-school. Instead I get a reimbursement check of $.02 - that's right 2 cents! Not even worth taking to the bank to deposit. When I email customer service I don't even get a response. I have to have our HR intervene. Totally worthless experience.

You can leave message after message and you won't get a call back. You can call them non-stop for a week, and they won't pick up phone. Read the reviews. Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees. They were probably asked to write 5 star reviews so their average goes up.

I've used FSA plans for many years and have worked with multiple plan administrators. Navia is by far the easiest one I've ever worked with. Claim submissions and tracking are easy and intuitive and the turn around time is excellent.
It seems Navia always has issues with my use of my FSA card. They always need to verify a charge even when it is coming from a dentist or an orthodontist. They always need more documentation. It gets pretty annoying having to justify each time I use my card.
I have been very happy with Navia Benefit Solutions. When someone in my family or I go to the dentist I am able to use the money in this system to pay my bill. It is so nice to have that money available, and not have to pay a big bill! I will continue to use this system and highly recommend it!!

Navia is our company s FSA administrator. I use their card for health care expenses. I haven t had to provide any additional paperwork and the card has worked every time - no problems.
I would give Navia a negative rating if I could. It's an ingenious business model: (1) take money from people, (2) make it very difficult for them to access it, and (3) keep the money that people can't access because it's too difficult. On multiple occasions I have tried to purchase items that should obviously be eligible for health FSA reimbursement: BandAids, alcohol swabs, etc. But the purchases are rejected. How convenient! Also, did you know you can only carry $500 from your balance over year to year? That means Navia gets to keep the rest. Ingenious.
I received a letter saying the HRA plan I had from a former employer had been acquired by Navia Benefit Solutions when they bought or merged with the (completely useless) local HRA bank my employer dealt with. Since I no longer have this plan, I was concerned as to why they were sending me letters. The first person was polite enough but couldn't tell me anything, so they connected me with an "HRA Specialist" who could only tell me what the "plan" stated. I said I don't have that employer or insurance, so can I claim these funds? They just repeated the same statement about this is the plan over and over, it was worse than dealing with an Indian call center. At least when you call the Indians, they have more than one statement they read over and over.
I have to assume that this is something that's going to come back to bite me in the future, so I'm keeping track of what they send me and what their responses are when I ask why are you sending me stuff.

I've used a couple of FSA plans and Navia is very simple and clear. They're proactive in adding features that make it easy to submit claims and documentation. Their site and app allow you to do what you came to do quickly without a lot of extra clicking to navigate or jump through hoops.
Always prompt in handling claims in my HSA employer account. On occasion when I need direction; their customer service reps are efficient, courteous and patient. Good company w good results.

I love using Navia. I use this for my medical and daycare FSA and it works like magic. It is user friendly, easy to use and it works really well. I have no problem using Navia so far and it's my 4th year using.
I m still waiting for this most recent reimbursement. It seems to be taking longer to process than usual. It s the holidays, I know, but this is precisely why it s challenging for me as well.
I hope this review will be a bit more helpful than others and will try to be as factual as possible with it, to provide accurate information more than opinion.
First, Navia has not stolen any money out of my paycheck. I choose how much of my pretax dollars go to my flex spending account that can be used for medical expenses. In the few years the company that I work for has used this company, I have never had any issues with reimbursement for any medical or dental claims with my flex account for either myself or my wife and we do not have the same last names. I have never had to send in proof of our marriage for them to substantiate a claim. Lastly, if you choose to have 2000 withheld throughout the year (broken up evenly over all paychecks you receive each year) you can use all 2000 as soon as you need it, even if it is early in the year. You will continue to have the payroll deductions, throughout the year, but it is nice not to have to wait for the deductions to add up to how much you might need.
Onto my negative experience. You have the option of receiving a debit card that you can use for convenience sake instead of submitting paperwork each time. While this occasionally works without having to submit paper work, since Navia has taken over, I have had to substantiate more and more of my debit card uses, thus eliminating any convenience intended. I might as well get rid of the card completely and just submit the paperwork for the check's each and every time. Last bit of good news is that at least that check comes fairly quickly, especially when submitting the claim online.
It is a great way to save up for expected health expenses for the year.
I have an FSA account with Navia Benefit Solutions. I opted for their debit card, to keep things straight record wise, and because it is so simple to use. The one and only time I needed to call in to a representative, which was an address issue not a benefits issue, the representative was kind, efficient, and so helpful. Navia FSA availability was a huge part of my insurance decision this year. Thank you Navia Benefit Solutions. I recommend my friends to take advantage if they have the opportunity.

I've used Navia Benefits services to manage my flexible spending accounts over the years. As a single mom, they have been great about handling all childcare-related services when my kid was eligible and always have been great with the medical expenses. Using Navia makes managing FSAs easier and allows me to take care of medical expenses and make sure that I don't lose funds due to not using it. The Flexcard helps and I highly recommend Navia. Customer Service is really thoughtful and responsive too. Taking advantage of the flexible spending account option reduces one's taxable income and Navia has made it super convenient and easy to use.
