We bought armchairs 1.5 year ago. We never received them nor been reimbursed the price we paid for. Outrageous !

well my first opinion was removed and I see that we hastened to put better ... short mediocre service 6 months to have an invoice, very long delivery, furniture not very polished ... I will not recommend!

Coopetic = very negative working experience in this cooperative. General incompetence of the executive couple, who get upset at the slightest embarrassing professional question, no real listening to the needs of entrepreneurs. Only the commission count on the turnover and the public subsidies received for each unemployed person welcomed into the cooperative, strolled for a year or two and replaced by the next. In short, the list of problems would be too long ... Everything is going much better since I regained my independence, and there are other structures much more professional and efficient. A real scandal to denounce to the public authorities.

Big disappointment ... The principles of the CAE are healthy, the people who profit from it, they are inexcusable because they throw the shame on all the structures of the ESS ... At Coopetic, I had the feeling that the We used freelances, their skills. In return, on the other hand, nothing, not even a natural human exchange: "we" forget to invite me to the meeting of welcome (= signature of the contract CAPE which was to bind us), but "we" do not forget to ask me by email if I forgot the appointment for which nobody had seen fit to invite me (or even to verify that I had actually invited).
When I called the leader of this CAE to report my disappointment (he who had not already reminded me following my voice message on his cell), instead of apologizing to me, instead of reassuring me about the skills and the seriousness of his teams, Mr. got upset and refused to understand the "seriousness" of such a communication error / collaboration with freelancers. Fortunately for me, it was BEFORE I signed a contract CAPE with this CAE and therefore BEFORE giving my euros and my brain juice to this structure which only the commercial seemed to me effective ...
I recall that a CAE is also a "provider" who is given 11% of its turnover against the administrative and fiscal management of our "sales", so we must have confidence in its teams ...
If it's for me to exploit, the CDI already exists, thank you!
