My experience using Navia Benefit Solutions has been extremely positive. The process of using my flex spending card to pay for medical expenses is seamless and easy, as everything is automatically documented and calculated electronically. The customer service has been very efficient and always friendly. Navigating through the Navia Benefit Solutions website is also very user friendly. I have been very happy with this company and look forward to continuing to use them for my Flex spending needs. Thank you! :)
