I have had nothing but great reviews to say about the customer service that Navia has provided for me. They have always been available to provide me information I needed about my account, that day, within minutes of me calling. Even through Covid 19 when they were down customer service workers, they provide fast and friendly service. I appreciate all they do to make sure I'm given the information I need.
