Has been bothered by a stuffy nose for many years. In 2015, I had surgery for it, but with a bad result. This was not done at Aleris.

Get in touch with Aleris through Helfo after being in a hospital queue since early spring. From the first consultation, I feel that I was seen and listened to. On the day of the operation, I was greeted with warmth and compassion by doctors and nurses. This only went as a common thread through all the contact I had with Aleris. Was contacted by phone when it turned out that the planned operation became a little more complicated after taking a CT. Never felt that the staff had a bad time. Always got answers to my questions.

One week after the operation, it is the first time in many years that I can go to bed without and feel that I am suffocating due to not being able to breathe. Open nose finally.

Aleris can definitely be recommended

This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced from a doctor. I traveled from Bergen only to get an appointment with a urologist. He gave me no information about the process, did not give me feedback on how he understood my chronic pain and did not talk to me about what happened next. He just walked out the door after performing the most painful examination I have ever experienced. He mumbled something about an MRI as he walked out the door. Never felt so little seen and so helpless. When not even a private urologist I had traveled across the country to meet the power to help me, who could then? And it cost me 5000kr + travel to and from. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Aleris.

Has been treated for varicose veins on both legs, and Aleris delivers top quality. Treating cancer surgeon Dr.Arvesen was professional, friendly, sympathetic and, not least, very accommodating when he first examined and then performed laser surgery with removal of the varicose veins. As a patient, you feel both safe and well looked after throughout the process. In addition, great caring nurses at pre - / postopr. Should you be treated for varicose veins, I strongly recommend Aleris and Dr.Arvesen.

Highly recommend Aleris if you want to avoid a long wait. Have been to several consultations here and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worth paying a little extra for such a good treat!

This is a few years ago, but I never forget it, never. I had meniscus problems in one knee, was operated and quickly became good. Shortly afterwards, I got the same on the other knee, only much worse and with severe pain. I got to MR several weeks ahead of time (at Aleris), but asked to get it as island. since I was so hurt. Refusal. In the end I paid to get it private, and even then I had to wait almost a week.
Then I was operated by the same doctor as last, but did not get well. No matter how much I trained afterwards, I was unable to do properly. The doctor was condescending and almost made fun of me.
I was later operated somewhere else and is almost good now - 100% will probably never be the knee.
Star # 2 only gets Aleris because I got so good the first time.

Removal of varicose veins, Dr. Arvesen.
Very happy with the treatment! Good doctor it was easy to communicate with, and good information from both him and nurses, as well as feeling confident about contacting complications. Recommended.

Awful! Had it been possible I would have given 0 in star or minus 5. Was stopping by for wrist examination. Received letters with summons for surgery, but upon attendance the doctor was VERY negative about the whole situation and felt almost chased away. What was stated in the letter versus what he said was two TOTALLY different things, and at the question. about why that was so there were a lot of shouts and explanations that "that's why you're here now" 3-4 times. Spoke in my mouth and was very rude. When asked about treatment options other than surgery, I was asked to "go where you think they can do something else". Not enough supplementary info, very unprofessional, no solution suggestions. BAD!

Aleris can not compete with Volvat who are professional and attentive in every way, from the moment you enter until you leave; to the nice and skilled doctor calls you for a follow-up chat Aleris lacks culture and class, despite the fact that they are located at Frogner.

Was received well by reception and nurse, but there it stopped. Was diagnosed in 4.5 minutes without any blood tests or other examinations, I got the impression of pure guessing. Was then referred to a specialist in the same place who only rejected the diagnosis the first doctor put. Critical to the level of knowledge of the doctors I met and also the willingness to find out the patient's ailments. Ended up with a bill of over NOK 5,000 for this without anything done, two examinations totaling a total of 34.5 minutes. *I feel tricked*

Did not know that my regular doctor had quit.

Did not know that my regular doctor had quit.
Was assigned another doctor who had not read my medical record.
Communication was inflexible and untrustworthy.
Probably good enough professional competence.
However, empathy was meager even with clear communication about pain during examination.
The price level of more than 5,000 for two visits, should in itself mean better interpersonal competence and care.
Since Aleris obviously does not see the doctor / patient relationship as relevant or important enough to inform that a previous doctor had left, their health services should at least maintain the same quality and level regardless of doctor.

After my regular doctor's care provided a staggering and messy vaccine management (curling with data, vaccine cards and what vaccines were applicable), the trip to Africa was saved at the last minute thanks to Aleris Frogner's fast, professional and, not least, friendly Vaccine office - thank you Cecilie!

Felt that the way Doctor Amundsen at Aleris Frogner met me was not very professional or empathetic. Did not feel that she had updated knowledge or factual reason for refusing the request. Did not feel that I had the opportunity to go through things I had propagated to the hour. Epicries and trial responses taken elsewhere that I had with me were not taken into account. Did not appear to have read the email I had sent to her before the hour. Made some statements that gave the impression that she didn't believe what I was saying. Also came up with other statements that were quite strange like saying that I was having anxiety when trying to explain more fully why I had thought or been told that it might be an idea for me to take a particular test. It was a bit rude but also a very sought after and strange ending. Of course she has the right to disagree about whether it is advisable to take a test, this is more about the process up to and around it and how she met the patient to do.

So thankful for super meniscus treatment at Aleris yesterday. Certainly good at off hospitals too - but so streamlined and nice layouts were just as impressive! In addition, telephone dialing today how it went. Thank you

Fantastic good follow-up from start to finish, could not have asked for anything better. Careful preparation and telephone follow-up after both nurses and surgeon. Just a week after surgery (septum) I already notice a marked difference. Got significantly better quality of life
