Terrible service. Canceled my debit cards without notifying me and now have no access to $8K in savings. Refused to transfer my funds to my new HSA. Basically enjoying the interest in my money and not responding to any requests for access to MY money. Will be filing formal complaint.

My company contracted with Navia to provide Benefit solutions like FSA. LFSA, HSA and COBRA. I loved their website and anytime I had a question or I was unsure about an expense eligibility, they were prompt and quick.

Their website as well as their app is top-notch. Easy to use and extremely user-friendly. I would highly recommend that HR managers evaluate Navia for their employees.

Navia Benefits handles the FSA contract for the state of RI, where I work. They do a reasonable job handling it. Most everything is done via the website and I usually don't have trouble with things like uploading documents. I can use the app, but I find the website more convenient when working with files. My only complaint is that they charge for credit card reissue. That seems to be overly greedy to me. I needed a new card because my old one was completely worn out. If it weren't for this, I may have given a higher score.

Employees were inexperienced and made simple mistakes that just wasted everyone's time.

If you write to them, you'll never get a reply "within 2 business days" as stated in their automatic response. I've been waiting for a response for 2 weeks now and still nothing.

Glad my employer is moving away from this company.

Having the Navi s Benefits card allowed me to get much needed dental work while paying by payroll deduction at a predetermined amount. I was also able to save money on out of pocket expenses by buying over the counter medications and other needed health care items through the FSA store.

I love my FLEX spending account with Navia. They send me a debit card to use with my providers, and when they require documentation I can submit it easily online. I've never had any trouble spending down at the end of the year if needed...I just buy some readers, shoe inserts. Love having it "covered" when major expenses come up.

Responsive service, quick reimbursement, easy to reach call centre and quite helpful representatives. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because two times I had to double check the information provided for inaccuracies.

This has been my first year with Navia and I have to say they have been wonderful! I have only had to contact them a couple of times but when I did they were always very helpful and explained what was needed of me. Highly recommend!

I have contacted this business several times for various reasons and each time, a customer service provider has very promptly responded. The service is very professional and knowledgeable as well as caring. They understand the concerns and strive to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend. I hope they value their customer service reps because they are doing a great job.

Have to stay on top of them. Not sure of theyre just short staffed or what is going on but theor customer service is a hot mess and incredibly frustrating to deal with. My Employer signed me up in Nov of 2018. In January of 2019 called because I still hadn't received my card. They just didn't sign me up but the money was still coming out of my paycheck each month.
My employer and I had to call/e-mail many times to get me set up over a 2 month period . It is now almost May, I am still waiting on my card. I have been paying out of pocket for medical expenses . Was told my claim on these expenses would be processed in 3 days and I would get refunded, I called a week later and it had not been processed yet. Now still holding the bill for what I'm told is another week with more bills to pay but no card. This fsa company is the worst.

I use my Navia Benefits flexible spending for all of my medical, dental and vision needs and I never have any issues. I love their website because it's so easy to navigate through and very user friendly. Their customer service is always helpful and I would recommend Navia Benefits to anyone who is looking for a "no fuss" flexible spending option!

Navia has been great at some things and less great...

Navia has been great at some things and less great at others. Our employees have good experiences with assistance with their accounts. As a benefit admin, I have had great customer service from the main Navia team...not quite as good from the COBRA and Non-Discrimination Testing side. It's frustrating that those aspects aren't as well handled.

The first time I used my new Navia Benefit Solutions was a wonderful experience ,my first purchase was @ Walgreen pharmacy getting my prescription.The minute the pharmacist assistant swipe my new Navia card it went through with no problem.

My employer works with Navia Benefits Solutions. I have an HSA debit card that I can use for co-pays at my doctor's office as well as many other places. Navia is very user friendly, I've participated in another companies plan that was not as user friendly. Great partnership!

Prompt, easy to navigate. One minor thing I would recommend: when you attach a file and submit a claim you do not get a feedback that the uploaded file was included with the claim. For me the entire process was like a clock work.

I've worked with Navia as a benefits administrator for over 15 years. They work hard to stay abreast of the newest technologies, the employee portal is easy to use and they are responsive to requests and questions. Would highly recommend them.

I have been enrolled in their program for years now and I always get excellent service. If your employer is looking for a new Section 125 plan administrator, please encourage them to look at Navia. It is a great benefit to offer employees.

This is a great option to assist in paying for medical benefits. The process is easy and the using the Navia Debit Card is accepted by Doctors, Pharmacy and other health care providers. The website is easy to navigate and see exactly what you have left to spend. Claims process is smooth and communication is timely. Would highly recommend this option as a health care benefit.

Navia is amazing! Their customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful. It is SO convenient to use. Their website is easy to navigate and they have an app available too. Unlike other FSA providers in the past, I don't need to upload a receipt for every tiny dollar amount purchased at a pharmacy, etc. Navia is fantastic. I've encouraged all my coworkers to participate in the FSA plan.

I love using my Navia Benefits card especially during the first part of the year when medical expenses are so high. The fact that my contribution is deducted through payroll makes the process even easier. If you haven't tried it, start with a smaller amount. The peace of mind is so worth it!

Great customer service whenever you need to call about anything. So far, I've saved quite a bit of money using them for my daycare and employer. I like the options to log in online and check my balances easily. Also the automated payments really makes my life easier!

New Name. Still worst experience.

I am sorry to report Navia Benefit Solutions (formerly Flex-Plan Services) is still astonishingly unhelpful, inconsistent, unavailable, and poorly managed. Our entire company has moved off of them only after a short period of time because they have managed things so poorly. Our HR dept literally has had hundreds of complaints about them. Navia is deeply broken.

Their new site is so bad and features misleading info, an impossible navigation, and bugs that make it literally unusable.

Their customer service people obviously don't have enough info and have to use weird "hacks" around their broken internal infrastructure and website. It seems like they haphazardly create "policies" retroactively so that they can claim they can't help you (please contact HR, your other HSA manager, bank, etc. anyone else).

It's obvious that they aren't just understaffed or clueless about how to build a website. I have never in my life encountered such gross incompetence and unhelpfulness. The problems of Navia run so deep I am astonished they're somehow still in business.

Save yourself hours of confusion and avoid Navia Benefit Solutions (formerly Flex-Plan Services).

I have used Navia for two years now and I have not had one issue using it. The debit card makes it super easy when paying co-pays. I have also submitted a few claims outside of using the debit card with no problems. The online website is easy to navigate and use. Highly recommend.

Worst organization EVER. They did not communicate that the benefit was soon to expire, once it did, they locked my card - WILL NOT give me access to MY $!!!!! They said after 90 days, the money 'goes away', then they told me that I could have access to it after the 90 days!!! Which is it? By the way - this is MY money!!!!!

I can't recall a single time that I've been able to pay for a bill with my Navia insurance card without the charge being inexplicably declined (despite having plenty of funds in the account). We contact the company each time, they send new cards--and each and every time it gets declined again.

Well today when we called the company YET AGAIN to try and get this fixed they flat out didn't even take the call! Enough is enough, 1 star.

If you use this company be fully aware that you may never actually get a bill paid through it. And if you're a company considering buying their insurance for your employees--DON'T. You will be paying the company, clearly, to do nothing.

I'm always on hold for at least 20 minutes and they ALWAYS deny claims and make you call/wait to talk to someone who eventually let's the claim go through. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I hope it goes out of business. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and the IRS. SHAMEFUL!
