READ THE REVIEWS - THE WORST COMPANY AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I signed up with MyUs becasue I thought hey $7.00 monthly isn't a bad deal if I can get all of the things I need from the US shipped to me here in China. I thought it would be easier to go with a foward shipper instead of hassiling my family members to pack all my items and ship them for me. I thought being that MyUS is such a large company they would be the best bet. BOY WAS I WRONG. I would highly not recommend you use MyUS if you live internationally.
If you value good cusotmer service and communication. Dont sign up with MYUS
-The customer support is horrible
-You can never talked to an actual person on the phone.
-Your limited to the amount of characters you can put for your address. Which may not sound like a big issue but believe me it can be.
-They will not print out a seperate label in the countries language to make it easier for the currier to find your address if the majority of the country does not speak English.
-The customer support does not have direct communication with the shipping department so they essentially have to make a seperate request to the shipping department after you make a request to the cusotmer service.
-If your package is lost of abandonded it is no longer their problem.
I live in China and after signing up with them and waiting to get all of the things I needed which was a 3 month time span. I was ready to ship however I needed to make sure that when it arrived here in the China the delivery person or currier would be able to read the address. So I put the address in English and contacted chat support and told them I had the Chinese address and I would like them to print out a seperate label just with the Chinese address on it to place on the package so they could read it here in China. I was denied ( I have called other forward shippers and they said that is not a probelm). So they opted to insert the Chinese address in the line 2 from their end. It worked I was happy with that. I shipped that day. I checked the next day and the Chinese version of my address had been deleted. So I contacted chat support again and asked them to change it back they wouldn't. So at this point Im feed up I had been through at least 4 or 5 chat agents trying to get the address resolved so I decided that I would cancel the shipping request before they shipped. The agent told me they would have to submit a request to cancel the shippment to the shipping department and they could not do anyting from their end to cancel the shipping. So guess what they shipped my items with out my consent with the incorrect address but the correct city in China. So I had to go online and set it to be held at the local center. But now its being held in customs becasue MYUS described the contents of the package incorrectly and I may possibly lose all of the things I payed for and have been waiting for. AWESOME! Thank you MyUS!
