If there s a zero star, that s what I will give. It s my first time shipping with you and it s a regrettable experience. I haven t received my full shipment (paid to be delivered in 1-4days) for over two weeks now. I have sent emails severally and no response from anyone. The phone lines are never picked up and their voicemail box is full. I spent over three hours on a chat queue to chat with a representative today and she was a very rude and mean person. She showed lack of concern and empathy towards a client s plight and she ended the chat abruptly while I was typing not giving room for a total resolve. This is the chat I had with her in the pictures. I am totally disappointed.

If the owner would read this ratings, I need my shipment from suite Account 6600-648. I have paid for DHL expedited shipping and also paid customs clearance in my country so I don t understand the delay.

MyUS hasn t shown any good level of professionalism and I will never recommend this company unless amends are made

UPDATE: OCT 12, 2020: I have called DHL and they have made it known to me that they are only liable to the shipper and not the receiver. So MyUS representative says I should call DHL myself and DHL says they will only deal with the shipper. This is so unfair of MyUS. I regret ever using this company. And BERYL GRACE is the worst person anyone could ever hire for their business
