I have my package delivered to my suite by August ...

I have my package delivered to my suite by August 26 and it is suppose to be a birthday present. Now it is almost October. My order is labeled under review but I also got notified that they have shipped it. I have no clue of what s going on with my package. I sent emails, tried phone calls and other stuff but no one is helping me out. I can pay extra for faster delivery but please at least offer me the option. I really can t wait any more it had been 1 month sticking at MyUS suite. PLEASE HELP ME.

Love the heartwarming letter from the CEO. And my package got delivered (although it took 1 month) I guess we have to understand each other s difficulties in this special situation. Everyone please stay safe.
